Crestview Introduce
Crestview Mobile Home Park, located at 2323 E 6th Ave in Stillwater, Oklahoma, presents itself as a potential housing option for those seeking long-term residency in the area. While the platform category is "RV parks near me," it's important to clarify that Crestview primarily functions as a mobile home park, offering lots for mobile homes rather than typical short-term RV sites with transient amenities. Therefore, individuals searching specifically for overnight or short-term RV accommodations might need to look elsewhere. However, for those interested in mobile home living or potentially long-term RV stays on a more permanent basis, Crestview warrants consideration, albeit with careful attention to the experiences shared by current and former residents.
Based on the limited information available from online reviews, there appears to be a dichotomy in the experiences of individuals interacting with Crestview. One prospective resident shared a positive initial impression, stating, "I think Mr. Rashad is a very professional and knowledgeable person. He made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I plan to return later with hopes of being a future resident." This suggests that initial interactions and the professionalism of at least one member of the management team can be a positive aspect of Crestview, potentially making prospective residents feel at ease during their initial inquiries.
However, a contrasting and concerning review paints a significantly different picture of the living conditions and management responsiveness at Crestview. This review states, "Place is disgusting, managers make false promises to fix the already falling apart homes. On top of that they want to charge almost 1000$. Definitely would not recommend. Trash always in yards dogs running freely. They informed me I have a sewer leak under my trailer last month haven’t seen them since. We are terminating our lease as early as possible." This detailed and critical feedback raises serious concerns about the overall environment, the condition of the homes (presumably rental units within the park, though this is not explicitly stated), the responsiveness of management to maintenance issues, and the enforcement of community standards.
The negative review highlights several critical issues. The description of the place as "disgusting" and the mention of "trash always in yards" points to potential problems with cleanliness and upkeep of the community grounds. The accusation of managers making "false promises to fix the already falling apart homes" suggests a lack of maintenance and a potential disconnect between what residents are told and the reality of the living conditions. Furthermore, the mention of charging "almost 1000$" (presumably for rent or lot fees) in conjunction with the described disrepair raises questions about the value proposition of residing at Crestview.
The concerns extend beyond just the physical condition of the properties. The observation of "dogs running freely" indicates a potential lack of enforcement of pet policies, which could lead to safety concerns or issues with noise and sanitation. The specific and serious complaint about a "sewer leak under my trailer" that had not been addressed for over a month, despite management being informed, is particularly troubling. Sewer leaks can pose significant health and safety risks, and the alleged lack of timely action suggests a severe lack of responsiveness to critical maintenance needs. This ultimately led the reviewer to terminate their lease as early as possible, underscoring the severity of their negative experience.
Considering the significant discrepancy between the two reviews, it is challenging to form a definitive objective assessment of Crestview Mobile Home Park. The positive review suggests that some individuals may have positive initial interactions with management. However, the detailed and highly critical review raises substantial red flags regarding the living conditions, maintenance, and overall management of the park. Potential residents should carefully weigh these contrasting perspectives and consider the specific issues raised in the negative review.
Given the information available, it is difficult to ascertain specific services and features offered at Crestview Mobile Home Park. The negative review focuses primarily on the disrepair and lack of maintenance of the homes and the community environment, rather than highlighting any positive amenities. Typically, mobile home parks offer basic utilities such as water, sewer, and electricity hookups for individual lots. There might also be common areas or facilities, but these are not mentioned in the provided reviews. The absence of positive mentions regarding amenities suggests that they might be limited or overshadowed by the more pressing concerns raised by the dissatisfied resident.
Similarly, no promotional information is available in the provided text. Potential residents would need to contact Crestview directly at (405) 564-5004 or +1 405-564-5004 to inquire about lot availability, rental costs (if applicable), lease terms, and any current promotions or special offers. It would also be prudent to ask detailed questions about the maintenance procedures, pet policies, and the overall upkeep of the community based on the concerns raised in the negative review.
In conclusion, Crestview Mobile Home Park in Stillwater, Oklahoma, presents a complex picture based on the limited available feedback. While one prospective resident reported a positive initial interaction with a member of the management, a detailed review from a resident paints a concerning picture of disrepair, unaddressed maintenance issues, and a lack of enforcement of community standards. Individuals considering Crestview as a potential long-term living option should proceed with caution, thoroughly investigate the current conditions, and ask detailed questions of the management regarding the concerns raised by previous residents. The significant negative feedback warrants careful consideration before making a decision to reside at Crestview Mobile Home Park. For those specifically searching under "RV parks near me" for short-term stays, Crestview, as primarily a mobile home park, may not be the most suitable option.

Sep 21, 2021 · Carlos MckinzieI wouldn't give them 1 star, because there liars, never rent or buy from these people they don't take care of anything and they need to redo their water lines
Apr 15, 2025 · Audra ParmleyOmg Rashad suggs is the best ..he helps u and takes care of his people ..he actually make u feel comfortable talking to him
Dec 20, 2024 · Latoya JohnsonThe management is definitely improving! I haven’t had any problems here except for the water lines busting every winter and I’ve been here 4 years. The new managers have party’s for the kids on holidays, cookies and coffee in the mornings. They seem to be really nice people.
