As indicated by recent feedback from our valued guests, Cruisers RV Parks has undergone significant positive changes. Previous concerns regarding cramped spaces and primarily grassy areas are being addressed through ongoing improvements and construction. Guests have noted the welcome addition of wider parking spaces, comfortably accommodating both RVs and accompanying vehicles like trucks. While these enhancements are in progress, our guests have consistently mentioned that the work is conducted with minimal noise disruption, ensuring a peaceful environment during your stay.
One of the notable conveniences at Cruisers RV Parks is our on-site laundry room, or "wash house." This facility provides a practical solution for guests who do not have laundry amenities within their RVs or prefer a larger capacity for their laundry needs. Please note that the laundry machines operate using quarters, so be sure to have some on hand.
Further enhancing the convenience for our guests, a Dollar Store is now located approximately one mile from the RV park. This proximity makes it easy to access essential items such as ice, propane, groceries, and other necessities without having to travel long distances. This local amenity adds significant value to the overall experience at Cruisers RV Parks.
While we are proud of the improvements made and the positive feedback received, we also acknowledge that some past experiences have highlighted areas where we can continue to grow. Cruisers RV Parks Reviews
A huge improvement from 2 years ago when I stayed here. It was all grass, you were so close to others that you couldn't park 2 trucks in the space you had. Now I'm assuming it's still under construction because you see people out painting new spaces and doing work during the day. Its not noticeable noise wise though its very quiet. Now the spaces are a little wider and both mine and my husband's trucks fit. They have a convenient laundry room or wash house in the corner so you don't have to search for a place to wash your clothes if you don't have that accessible in your camper. Just make sure you have quarters.... They put in a Dollar store about a mile down the road so now you don't have to drive so far for essential items ice, propane etc. Like I said before a huge improvement and I will continue to stay here while working construction in this area as long as they have spaces available.
Oct 04, 2020 · Casey HaskewEdit Update March 2023,I think the reply ( now deleted) from Cruisers is a lousy response and this person Donna Height is very unprofessional. Reduced the review to 1 star. She responds that I was told the monthly rate was (this is partially true) but we had never discussed before renting or while renting what partial months would be. No verbal or written policy regarding partial months) I never asked and she never said up front about no partial months. Now where the prorated question came into play is I had left for a certain reason, I never asked for my money back until she wanted to rent the spot I paid for to someone else. (My plan was to possibly come back after thanksgiving, she wanted to double dip.) I told her I may or may not come back but I want to keep my spot ( which is paid for)in case I do. She said she has someone she needs to put in that spot. So I proposed, if I come back I can possibly figure something else out if needed if she is willing to partially reimburse me. She would not even recognize that I asked her about reimbursement (dodged it completely) So I told her I would keep the spot since no reply to this question, so she then replied she will have someone move in to the spot Dec.3 when the rent was due, basically telling me if I wanted to come back it would be for the remainder of what I paid. After a few text of me asking “ does this mean I am kicked out on Dec 3 ?, she finally responded no if my camper came back . Beware Donna Height seems like a person that feels the need for power or something because after writing the first review below, she text me ( I guess trying to intimidate me)by wanting to know if I worked for a certain company. ( I don’t work for that company and what does that have anything to do with renting any RV spot , not company paid) . She then text me the Google review asking “ Is this you?” First of all , who texts previous customers about reviews? I never responded to her text didn’t seem the need to bother and I had not planned on responding to her google reply but I decided to after seeing her response and reading her response of another review, and the responses are petty. Create a place that people like, treat customers with fairness, good customer service and respond to customer concerns respectfully, not personal attacks.I can’t say Cruisers terrible, it’s just high for what it is and I’m learning the owner is not a pleasant person , in my opinion.Original Review:Stayed here at the end of 2022. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless there are no other options. Very high price, gravel only, no trees, narrow spaces.(Is clean though)They do have laundry but expensive as well.I did not get prorated for partial month. I asked for a refund with 2.5 weeks remaining in the month, no answer.
Mar 02, 2023 · M SNice park. I paid a month's rent and my company decided I was needed somewhere else the next week I called to try to work out some money back but Donna was happy to keep the full month for 5 days in the park. I guess stealing is ok with them I'd never stay there again.
Mar 02, 2023 · Ed WallaceI called to ask about rates and was met with a not so friendly person, who states they only let “plant people” in their park and would not have anything for anyone for two years. And those people don’t party because they get up at 2 or 3 in the morning. Not partying or loud noise. “Plant people don’t party”.Okay. Doesn’t matter if you are a professional mature person. Wouldn’t even give a price under any circumstances. Don’t waste your time.
Jan 06, 2023 · cheryl caskeyGood place to stay its safe, but too expensive for a rv parking space, way over priced for the wifi to keep messing up plus they never fixed the laundry room it’s been 2 months since they haven’t fixed it.
