This individual states that "Kim has been great through the process," indicating efficient and supportive management. Accessible and helpful management can be a crucial factor in ensuring a smooth transition for new residents and addressing any concerns that may arise during their residency.
However, this same recent resident also points out a potential drawback related to the park's location on N Terry Street. They mention that there are "idiots on Terry" who "haul ass," suggesting that there may be issues with speeding traffic on the adjacent street, which could potentially lead to noise concerns within the park. While this comment does not directly reflect on the park itself or its management, it is an environmental factor that prospective residents might want to consider, particularly if they are sensitive to traffic noise.
Considering the limited information available from these two reviews, the overall impression of Daneland Mobile Home Park is generally positive, emphasizing cleanliness, a friendly community, and helpful management. The potential for traffic noise from N Terry Street is the only notable concern raised. To gain a more comprehensive understanding of the park, prospective residents would need to inquire about various aspects not covered in these brief reviews.

Feb 16, 2025 · jon mottI have a close relative living here and I visit frequently so I can that it is always clean and there is many friendly folks who live here.
Jan 10, 2025 · Brian the Builder (Eugene O)Very well kept 55+ park. We have several clients here. They have very active community, with classes and meet-ups. A large indoor pool and nicely maintained grounds
Jan 09, 2023 · Home Settings LLCI hope when i die, my family doesnt have my memorial service at the trailer park. It's a nice little venue for dozens of other things. Parties, celebrations, bingo, bible study, even karaoke would be great. But, it seemed a little lacking for a memorial. There is a bus stop out front, so i was able to make a fast escape.
Apr 21, 2019 · Shannon PierceyBeen here as a resident for a bit more than a year. I enjoy the wide quiet streets and the neighborhood appeal (and this is a large community). The thing that sold me was the individuality of the landscaping, and the obvious pride of the gardening residents. Oh, and the three large shaded parks to walk our dogs in.And last, but not least, the office staff, especially the Mgr. Annie. Always smiling and helping keep the entire community functioning beautifully.YOU GO, GIRL
