Nov 16, 2023 · Amy ChickSo far Can't say much but I do notice that. My neighbor next to me for no reason. On Two occasions can't even speak to meAnd calls the office on me. A lot.
Sep 30, 2024 · Michael F. GilbertI have a home here that gave me a place to stay while visiting my son and his family. I came every month for two years before deciding to move up permanently. This is actually a really nice park. They have great facilities for dogs a grassy area with a poop bag dispenser and waste can about every other block, plus a lovely dog park for off leash fun. They have a seasonal pool, tennis courts, an indoor hot tub, an exercise room, a pool table room, a TV room, which often has a jigsaw puzzle in progress. There's a large community room with a kitchen, a TV and some comfortable furnishings, with room for large gatherings, you can even reserve it to use for a family party. Most of the people I met were really nice. All in all, a nice place to live and much more affordable housing.
Sep 17, 2019 · Judy WardSo quiet so beautiful wonderful place to live. Like every 55+ mobile home Park. People don’t like change, our old managers were amazing and friendly. There’s a nice dog park. Swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room. Also a pool table and a library. The main clubhouse has a large Tv and kitchen area. Which you can rent out for party’s. They also have Tuesday evening bingo Wednesday night Bunco game Monday and Thursday Mexican train. Movie nights. We do have new managers they are just a lot different than our old managers. I would recommend Brairwood to anyone. It’s a quiet mobile home Park
