Ducky's Day Off RV Park Introduce
If you're searching for "RV parks near me" in the Zephyrhills, Florida area, Ducky's Day Off RV Park, located at 34408 FL-54, Zephyrhills, FL 33543, USA, offers a unique proposition as an all-ages community with a reputation for being affordable and welcoming, particularly to younger residents. Unlike some RV parks that cater primarily to retirees, Ducky's Day Off is described as a "fantastic all-ages community," suggesting a diverse demographic and a dynamic environment.
One reviewer enthusiastically recommends Ducky's Day Off as a "great place to live," especially for younger individuals seeking an affordable and welcoming space. This highlights a key feature of the park – its appeal to a demographic that might find fewer options in traditional retirement-focused RV parks. The emphasis on affordability suggests that Ducky's Day Off could be an attractive option for those on a budget, whether they are younger families, individuals starting out, or anyone looking for cost-effective living arrangements in their RV.
The same reviewer addresses some of the negative feedback that might be found regarding Ducky's Day Off. They suggest that these negative reviews often originate from older residents who may have been resistant to changes within the park and who perhaps had a longer history with the community under different circumstances. The reviewer notes a transition occurring, with many of these older residents reportedly selling their homes and moving on. This is presented as a positive development, contributing to an even better atmosphere within the park and fostering a "fresh, vibrant community." This perspective suggests an evolving environment that is becoming increasingly appealing to a new generation of residents.
Another reviewer shares a personal experience of finding a "place to call home" at Ducky's Day Off. They mention purchasing their trailer from a "sweet lady" within the park and express their love for living there. This positive personal anecdote reinforces the welcoming and community-oriented atmosphere. The reviewer also mentions being helpful to neighbors in need, further underscoring the friendly and supportive nature of the community.
The fact that this reviewer "bought my trailer" within the park suggests that Ducky's Day Off may have a significant number of residents who own their mobile homes or park models on leased land, in addition to accommodating traditional RVs. This blend of housing types can contribute to a more stable and integrated community environment, where residents have a longer-term investment in the park.

Ducky's Day Off RV Park Reviews
Ducky’s Day Off RV Park is a fantastic all-ages community! It’s a great place to live, especially for younger residents looking for an affordable and welcoming space. A lot of the negative reviews come from older residents who stayed too long and weren’t always open to change. Thankfully, many of them are selling their homes and moving on, which is making the park even better. If you're looking for a fresh, vibrant community, this is the place to be!
Mar 20, 2025 · Lucas FedermanJust looking all around for a place to call home and I found it here at ducky’s bought my trailer from a sweet lady. I love it in here and I always help anybody that’s in need in the park when I can live my little home .
Apr 02, 2025 · countryboy 96I stayed in this park exactly 2 years ago in January 2023. I was in a camper van and I was to stay one week. The hook ups for power were not working properly and they had to move me next to a resident that was eventually kicked out of the park. There was no concrete on my site and it rained and it was all mud. I left after only two nights of staying there and once somewhere else because there was a lot of partying and drinking constantly after hours inside the park and next-door to me.The caliber of people overall has dramatically gone downhill. Two years later, which is now I’m visiting an old friend who permanently lives in this park. It was a 55 and older park now they allow all ages and the people there are not desirable as a whole. It’s very junkie looking and just an overall impression of very low class to be honest. They do have transient sites upfront, but I’m not familiar with them. Their main office had no phone service or Internet for the three days when I was there because I was told the owners did not pay the bill. Some of The residents that live there do care about the park and put a lot of time and energy into activities and getting people together. I did play bingo in their hall on Tuesday evening and it was very well run and organized. However, there are more than normal amounts of trailers for sale with sale signs on them almost triple what there were when I was there two years ago. I feel terrible for the people that are living here.Unfortunately I do not recommend for long or short term stays
Jan 10, 2025 · Sass Resale Boutique LLCThis place looks AWFUL!! They do not make people keep there homes landscape look good. There are some that take pride but some look abandoned. How can this place expect ANYONE want to buy in here. The office staff DOES NOT CARE about the appearance of this park. When you see the sign out front - you get excited but the minute you pull in it looks like a run down, drug infested park, seriously some homes look ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! Management needs to do a better job!! If your thinking of buying , make sure you go in there during all hours of the day and check it out!
Mar 06, 2025 · Anwar ChowdhariI have lived in this park for four years. It started out as a great park knowledgeable management, which no longer exist. They have raised the rent four times in the last year. The park is still not clean from the hurricane which what they don’t tell you is that it took them weeks to get the people in the back to their homes because of flooding and the lack of gas for their pumps that they didn’t get before the hurricane. It’s really a party central place so if you’re a drinker or a alleged drug addict, this is definitely the place for you and if you like they’re gouging on prices than this is the park for you if you’re looking to retire and be a responsible person then this is not the park for you. The police are in here all the time.. I would never ever have a child in this place unless you want them to be raised to be a partier all these people they’re talking all great about this place. They’re blowing smoke up your bum.
