Eagle Village Introduce
For those searching for "RV parks near me" in the Statesboro, Georgia area, Eagle Village, situated at 511 Eagle Blvd, Statesboro, GA 30461, USA, offers a mobile home park environment that may be considered for long-term RV living. Interested individuals can contact Eagle Village at (912) 587-9850 or +1 912-587-9850 for inquiries.
It is important to approach the prospect of residing in a mobile home park with an RV by carefully considering the available information, which in the case of Eagle Village, includes contrasting reviews from residents. One review presents a highly negative experience, citing issues such as pest infestations ("roaches"), unresolved maintenance problems despite rent increases, and concerns about the landlord's behavior, specifically mentioning "staring and stalking," a perceived lack of privacy, and restrictions on outdoor items beyond a grill. This reviewer strongly advises against recommending Eagle Village.
Conversely, another resident offers a more positive perspective, describing the community as "very nice" and highlighting the convenience of not having to maintain a lawn (except for personal plantings like flowers and trees). This reviewer also found the landlord "very easy to get along with."
These divergent opinions suggest that the living experience at Eagle Village can be subjective and may vary depending on individual circumstances, expectations, and possibly the specific location or unit within the park. For those considering Eagle Village for long-term RV living as part of their search for "RV parks near me," it is crucial to weigh these contrasting experiences.
From the perspective of an RVer looking for a long-term site, several factors typically come into play. These include the availability of hookups (water, electricity, sewage), the size and layout of the sites, the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the park, the presence of amenities (such as laundry facilities, restrooms, and communal areas), and the community environment. The provided reviews offer limited insight into these specific aspects of Eagle Village as they pertain to RV living.
The negative review raises significant concerns about the management's responsiveness to maintenance issues and the overall living conditions, including potential pest problems. These are critical factors for any long-term resident, whether in a mobile home or an RV. The mention of restrictions on outdoor items might also be relevant for RVers who often utilize outdoor space for awnings, chairs, and other equipment.
On the other hand, the positive review points to a potentially well-maintained general environment (no mandatory lawn care) and a positive relationship with the landlord. These aspects could be appealing to RVers seeking a relatively low-maintenance and agreeable community setting.
Given the limited and conflicting information available, it is strongly recommended that anyone considering Eagle Village for long-term RV living as part of their "RV parks near me" search conduct thorough due diligence. This should include contacting the management directly using the provided phone numbers to inquire about the park's policies regarding RVs, the availability and type of hookups, the size of the sites suitable for RVs, and the cost for long-term stays. It would also be prudent to ask about the park's rules and regulations, pet policies, and any amenities offered to residents.
Furthermore, if possible, a visit to Eagle Village to personally assess the environment and the available sites would be highly beneficial. This would allow prospective residents to observe the conditions firsthand and potentially speak with current residents to gain a broader understanding of the community and the management. Paying attention to the overall upkeep of the park, the condition of the sites, and the general atmosphere could provide valuable insights beyond the limited information available in the online reviews.
Considering the platform category "RV parks near me," it is important to ascertain whether Eagle Village actively accommodates RVs for long-term stays and what specific provisions are in place for them. Some mobile home parks may have restrictions on the age or type of RVs allowed, or they may not offer the full range of hookups typically expected in dedicated RV parks. These are crucial questions to address when contacting the management.
In conclusion, Eagle Village in Statesboro, GA, presents a mobile home park environment with mixed reviews regarding resident experiences. For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" and considering Eagle Village for long-term RV living, it is essential to approach with caution and conduct thorough research. Direct communication with the management to inquire about RV-specific policies, amenities, and costs, as well as a potential site visit, are strongly recommended to form an informed decision. The contrasting reviews highlight the importance of verifying current conditions and ensuring that Eagle Village meets individual needs and expectations for a comfortable and satisfactory long-term RV living experience.

Eagle Village Reviews
This trailer complex is worst. On top of having roaches they increased my rent by never dealt with any of the issues inside my home. The owner rides around staring and stalking. He seems to want to see everyone and every movement they make. There’s no privacy and you cannot put anything outside but a grill. I wouldn’t recommend this to my enemy. Sorry not sorry.
May 08, 2024 · Sabrina RobertsIt’s very nice, you don’t have to do your lawn, just if you plant flowers and trees you are to take care of them. The landlord is very is to get along with
May 04, 2024 · Peggy SelfThe homes are always kept up with and clean before move in and the front desk is pretty flexible if hardship has you paying a little late sometimes. The clubhouse is also a decent sized area for hosting events.
Mar 26, 2020 · Ambrosia WDO NOT MOVE HERE If you have children of ANY age!!! Unless, of course, you can keep your home UP TO THEIR STANDARD OF 'PRISTINE CLEAN' for the EVERY 3 Month INSPECTIONS - which is Near Impossible! They kept coming up with NEW B.S. items WE had to clean EACH inspection! {Ex. The COILS of the A/C Unit were all of a sudden OUR responsibility to clean 😳 When the past 3 1/2 YEARS PRIOR to THAT inspection, they NEVER were even mentioned! 😠}Decent maintenance, ONLY when TENANT calls Front Office and explains issue as SERIOUS ENOUGH issue. Playground for young children within walking distance of all homes. Bus Stop at near Front Office.
