Echo Hills Mobile Park Introduce
Welcome to Echo Hills Mobile Park, located at 3620 Helton Drive, Florence, AL 35630, USA. Situated in Florence, a city known for its rich history and vibrant community in the Shoals area of Alabama, Echo Hills Mobile Park primarily offers residential living for mobile home owners. Recognizing that individuals searching within the category of "RV parks near me" may also be seeking affordable long-term accommodation options, Echo Hills Mobile Park could potentially provide suitable sites for extended RV stays alongside its mobile home lots. We encourage those interested in either mobile home living or long-term RV arrangements to contact us directly at (256) 764-1658 or +1 256-764-1658 to inquire about current availability and specific accommodations.
Based on the available customer reviews, Echo Hills Mobile Park presents itself as a community with potentially affordable lot rental rates, described as "probably the cheapest lots in the Shoals." One reviewer also noted "wonderful property owners," suggesting a positive and responsive management team. Furthermore, the park is generally considered "quite and really peaceful" for the majority of the time, indicating a potentially serene living environment. The reviewer also mentioned a single issue with another resident, which they believed the property owners were in the process of resolving, highlighting the management's involvement in addressing community concerns.
However, another review offers a contrasting perspective, stating that neighbors are "on the rough side" and that "residents don't take care of their homes or lots." This suggests that while some residents may experience a peaceful and affordable living situation with responsive management, there might be inconsistencies in the upkeep of individual properties and potential challenges with some neighbors. Prospective residents should consider these differing viewpoints and are encouraged to visit the park to assess the environment firsthand.
For individuals searching within the "RV parks near me" category, Echo Hills Mobile Park's affordability could be an attractive factor for long-term stays. While specific RV-focused amenities are not detailed in the reviews, mobile home parks often provide essential infrastructure that can also support RVs. These may include:
- Available lots of varying sizes, some of which might be suitable for accommodating RVs. It is important to inquire about the dimensions and suitability of specific lots for your RV.
- Utility hookups, typically including electricity, water, and sewer connections, which are necessary for both mobile homes and RVs. RV users should verify the type and capacity of electrical service (e.g., 30 or 50 amp) and the availability of water and sewer hookups at potential RV sites.
- Roadways within the park to allow for the movement and parking of vehicles, including RVs. The condition and accessibility of these roads should be evaluated during a visit.
To determine if Echo Hills Mobile Park is a suitable option for a long-term RV stay, it is crucial to contact the park management directly and ask specific questions, such as:
- Are there designated RV sites or lots that can accommodate RVs?
- What are the specific types and capacities of utility hookups available at these sites?
- What is the cost for long-term RV stays, including lot rental fees and any additional charges for utilities or services?
- Are there any amenities available for RV residents, such as laundry facilities or restrooms?
- What are the park's rules and regulations regarding RV stays?

Probably the cheapest lots in the Shoals, "wonderful property owners." For the majority of the time the park is also quite and really peaceful. I've only had an issue with one person here and I believe the property owners are resolving the issue.
