Aug 20, 2024 · ashley HartzelI moved here about 5 months ago and I like it so far. Yes my car did get broken into once, but i left it unlocked and it seems to be a thing happening all around Bear area, not just this park. I find it quiet and most of the people friendly and no issues at all with management ( but not sure if newer then previous reviews) Another review also claims there are no rules, but when I applied to live here there were several that were made clear and I understood, and I was told about the previous state of the people living here and now vacated. The only issue I have is with SOME of the kids, they do not seem very friendly and seem to have a click happening which makes it tough for mine to make new friends. There are parts of the park that could use some work, you can tell who has owner pride and who doesn't easily, Maybe a park cooperative would be a good idea, but I'm new and I can't possibly be the only one to think of this.
Sep 18, 2019 · ultra 20 qwerky wd 40Anyone giving this place 4 & 5 stars is insane. My mom has lived here since 96. It was a nice place to grow up back then. However, now it's legit 95% drug addicts. (Which naturally brings crime) If you stay to yourself it's not so bad. But there has been MANY thefts from cars and homes, as well as vandalism. I suggest 100% getting home owners or renters insurance if you live here. Also, there has NEVER been a park here for children to play. Maybe that would give them something to do instead of get in trouble. I give it a 3 bc it is quiet for the MOST part (except when cops are there which IS often unfortunately) and to me that's VERY important. Also it is affordable to live here.
Nov 28, 2018 · JaCkie McGovernBeautiful little community. Have family who live in the Dalton side. Seems quiet. They do need to paint the speed bumps - they are the taller, skinnier ones and you can't easily see one or two, but that is my only complaint
