Fifth Avenue Estates Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Apache Junction, Arizona area? Look no further than Fifth Avenue Estates, located at 2481 W Broadway Ave # 54, Apache Junction, AZ 85120, USA. Offering a unique blend of mobile home living and accommodating some RV stays, Fifth Avenue Estates presents itself as a community with varying perspectives from its residents. To learn more or inquire about availability, you can contact them at (480) 982-6768 or +1 480-982-6768.
Based on available information, Fifth Avenue Estates appears to be a long-term residential park with a focus on mobile homes. While it may accommodate some RVs, it's important to understand the primary nature of the community. Reviews from residents offer a glimpse into the living experience, highlighting both positive and negative aspects.
One resident describes the park as a "clean place" and "very quiet," noting that the people living there are nice. This positive feedback suggests that for some, Fifth Avenue Estates provides a peaceful and well-maintained environment. The resident also mentions the absence of a pool but indicates it is not a personal necessity. This suggests that the park may offer a more basic, no-frills living experience, focusing on cleanliness and a quiet atmosphere.
However, another review presents a contrasting perspective. This long-term resident, having lived in the park since 2013, expresses significant dissatisfaction, particularly with the management changes over the years. The review highlights concerns about the current manager, alleging unprofessional behavior such as badmouthing residents and disbanding the Homeowners Association (HOA) due to playground-related issues. The reviewer also claims the manager has expressed a lack of care for the park's well-being and strongly advises against moving to Fifth Avenue Estates for those seeking peace and quiet.
Considering these differing opinions, potential residents should weigh the positive comments regarding cleanliness and quietness against the serious allegations concerning management and community harmony. It is crucial to conduct thorough due diligence and, if possible, visit the park and speak with current residents to gain a comprehensive understanding of the living environment.
As a mobile home park that may also cater to some RVs, Fifth Avenue Estates could offer a more permanent living situation compared to typical short-term RV resorts. The emphasis on mobile homes suggests a community of long-term residents, which can foster a sense of stability and neighborliness, as indicated by one of the reviews. However, the potential for management-related issues, as highlighted in the other review, is a significant factor to consider.
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" who prioritize a clean and potentially quiet environment for a longer stay, Fifth Avenue Estates might be an option worth investigating further. However, it is essential to be aware of the concerns raised by a long-term resident regarding management and community dynamics. Direct communication with the park management and current residents is highly recommended to form an informed decision.
When considering Fifth Avenue Estates as a potential "RV park near me," keep in mind that the term "RV park" can encompass a range of facilities, from short-term campgrounds with numerous amenities to more long-term oriented mobile home parks that accommodate RVs. Fifth Avenue Estates appears to lean towards the latter, with a focus on mobile home living. Therefore, the services and features available might be different from a traditional recreational vehicle park.
Based on the limited information available online, we can infer some potential features of Fifth Avenue Estates:
- Long-term residential community with mobile homes.
- Potential for accommodating some RVs for longer stays.
- Reportedly clean environment.
- Described as quiet by one resident.
- No mention of amenities like a pool or extensive recreational facilities.
Promotional information is not explicitly available in the provided text. However, based on the positive review, the park might emphasize its clean and quiet atmosphere as key selling points. For specific promotional offers or current availability for RVs, it is best to contact Fifth Avenue Estates directly using the provided phone numbers.
In conclusion, Fifth Avenue Estates in Apache Junction, AZ, presents a mixed picture based on the available customer reviews. While one resident praises its cleanliness and quietness, another expresses significant concerns about the management and overall living experience. For those seeking "RV parks near me" and considering Fifth Avenue Estates, it is crucial to conduct thorough research, including direct inquiries and potential visits, to determine if it aligns with your individual needs and expectations for long-term living.

Fifth Avenue Estates Reviews
I've lived in this park since March of 2013. Now I wish I hadn't. There's been 3 different managers since then, and the one we have is by far the worst! He's gone as far as to bad mouth residents in front of others; disband the HOA because of playground politics; and has stated to several residents that "at the end of the day he doesn't give a f... what happens here". If you're looking for peace and quiet, DON'T COME HERE!!!
