Forty Corners Village Introduce
For individuals in the Massillon, Ohio area searching for "RV parks near me," it's important to consider the range of residential communities available. Forty Corners Village, located at 106 Thomas Blvd NW, Massillon, OH 44647, primarily functions as a manufactured home community. While not a traditional RV park catering to short-term recreational stays, understanding its environment and the experiences of its residents can offer valuable context for those exploring longer-term accommodation possibilities that might appeal to individuals considering or transitioning from RV living.
Forty Corners Village provides a residential setting where individuals typically own their manufactured homes and lease the land on which they are situated. This model offers a different dynamic compared to the transient nature of many RV parks. However, for those considering a more स्थायी residential solution in the vicinity of Massillon and researching "RV parks near me" with a long-term perspective, manufactured home communities like Forty Corners Village can present an alternative, especially for those who might own an RV and are seeking a longer-term placement within a community, subject to the park's regulations and availability.
The environment of Forty Corners Village appears to have both positive and potentially negative aspects based on the available reviews. One reviewer recounts a very positive initial experience when looking at a lot and mobile home, noting the "peace and cleanliness of the park." They also appreciated the friendliness of the residents, some of whom stopped to speak with them, and the helpfulness of the park manager, who showed them another home after a simple phone call. This positive first impression extended into their experience as residents, as they eventually bought a home in the park and, after eight months of living there, still found it "peaceful and friendly" with an "awesome" manager, leading them to give it a 5 out of 5 rating.
However, a contrasting review presents a significantly different perspective on the management of Forty Corners Village. This reviewer describes the park as a "Nice place to live if you like every aspect of your life dictated daily by some senile old man(park manager) that makes up rules on a whim that end up costing you 1000s of dollars because he decided to change his mind after already being approved." This paints a picture of potentially arbitrary and financially impactful management decisions, leading the reviewer to conclude, "So if being harassed is your thing this is the place for you." This starkly negative feedback regarding the park manager contradicts the positive experience reported by the other reviewer, suggesting a potential inconsistency in management style or experiences among residents.
Massillon, Ohio, where Forty Corners Village is located, is a city in Stark County. It offers a mix of suburban and smaller-town living with access to local amenities and services. Residents of Forty Corners Village likely experience a community setting within reach of both local conveniences and the broader resources of the Canton-Massillon metropolitan area.
In terms of specific services and features typically found in manufactured home communities, Forty Corners Village likely provides essential infrastructure such as water, sewer, and electricity hookups for each home site. Road maintenance within the community is also a standard expectation. Depending on the community's specific offerings, there might be additional amenities such as common areas, playgrounds, or community centers. However, detailed information regarding specific amenities at Forty Corners Village is not available in the provided data.
Considering the category "RV parks near me," it is important to reiterate that Forty Corners Village is primarily a manufactured home community. The mixed reviews regarding the park manager are particularly relevant for anyone considering a longer-term stay, whether in a manufactured home or potentially an RV (if permitted). The positive review highlights a helpful and friendly manager, while the negative review describes a manager who is arbitrary and potentially causes financial distress to residents. This inconsistency makes it crucial for prospective residents to seek further information and potentially speak with current residents to get a balanced understanding of the management situation.
Policies regarding longer-term RV stays within Forty Corners Village are not mentioned in the provided information. Individuals interested in bringing an RV for an extended period would need to inquire directly with the management about the park's regulations and whether it can accommodate their needs. The contrasting experiences with the park manager would make this direct communication and thorough vetting of the community's rules and enforcement particularly important.
Promotional information for Forty Corners Village is not explicitly provided in the reviews. The positive feedback about the peace and cleanliness of the park, as well as the initial helpfulness of the manager, could be seen as positive attributes. However, the serious allegations in the negative review serve as a strong counterpoint. To obtain detailed information about lot availability, fees, specific community rules regarding RVs, and other relevant details, interested parties should directly contact Forty Corners Village using the provided phone number: (330) 832-7666 or mobile phone: +1 330-832-7666. It would be prudent to inquire about the park's management policies and to seek clarification on how rules are established and enforced, given the conflicting accounts in the reviews. Visiting the property and, if possible, speaking with multiple current residents could provide a more comprehensive understanding of the living environment and management style at Forty Corners Village.
In conclusion, Forty Corners Village in Massillon, OH, presents a mixed picture based on the available reviews. While one resident praises the peace, cleanliness, friendly residents, and an "awesome" manager, another describes a problematic manager who allegedly makes arbitrary rules that can be financially damaging. The positive aspects of a peaceful and clean environment, along with friendly residents, are appealing. However, the serious concerns raised about the management necessitate careful consideration and thorough investigation by prospective residents, whether they are looking for manufactured home living or potential longer-term RV accommodations. Direct communication with the management and, if possible, current residents is strongly recommended to gain a balanced perspective before making any decisions about residing in Forty Corners Village.

Forty Corners Village Reviews
We came to look at a lot and mobile home on Sunday and were very happy with the peace and cleanliness of the park. A few residents actually stopped to speak with us. The park manager also came to show us a different home after just a phone call....Well, fast forward 8 months and we bought and have been living in that same home which we were touring, with the friendly manager's help, It's still peaceful and friendly and the manager is still awesome. We are happy. I must give it a 5 out of 5.

Jan 04, 2025 · Don MartinI love it here but it's a little too expensive for what is provided. Lot rent right now is $478/month with trash and water provided. They need to pave the rest of the road.
Sep 18, 2024 · April Renea (April)I would rate this a five, but the investment group that owns the park are very greedy and do very little in the way of investing back into the park. The increase lot rent every year by $10, without any justification and do nothing for the park in return. I love living here, but cannot stand Cook Company. They are your typical big corporation, very, very greedy.
