Fountain Valley Estates Mobile Home Park Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" with a focus on long-term residential options, specifically mobile home parks in the Fountain Valley area of Southern California, Fountain Valley Estates Mobile Home Park, located at 9320 Talbert Ave, Fountain Valley, CA 92708, USA, is one such community. While the platform category is "RV parks near me," your interest lies in mobile home living, and Fountain Valley Estates provides a residential setting for mobile homes. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview based on the available customer feedback, which presents a somewhat mixed perspective on the community.
Fountain Valley Estates benefits from its location on Talbert Avenue in Fountain Valley, a city in Orange County known for its family-friendly environment and convenient access to various amenities. Residents of the park have potential access to nearby shopping centers, restaurants, parks, and essential services. The location's proximity to major transportation routes can also facilitate connectivity to other parts of Orange County and the broader Southern California region for employment, education, and leisure activities. For individuals seeking a long-term residential option within this area, Fountain Valley Estates' location offers a degree of suburban convenience.
The environment of Fountain Valley Estates appears to be a point of contention among reviewers. One long-term resident of six years describes it as a "semi good community to live in" but highlights a significant issue with visitor parking. This suggests that while the basic living conditions might be acceptable, logistical aspects like guest parking could be problematic. The same reviewer also emphasizes that the park is designated as a "family park" but is "mostly occupied by elderly folks." This demographic imbalance reportedly leads to issues for middle-aged residents with teenagers, who may face "ridiculous" complaints about noise, even including "birds chirping." The close proximity of mobile homes is also noted, with the reviewer stating that hearing neighbors "here & there" is normal but can become a source of complaints from some residents. This paints a picture of a community with potentially strained inter-resident relations due to differing lifestyles and expectations.
Another reviewer expresses a more negative view, stating that the park is going "Downhill." This individual claims that the management is "allowing people to live on top of each other and run private business," suggesting potential overcrowding or unauthorized commercial activities within the residential community. This reviewer also expresses eagerness to leave, citing that "the pool is filled with germs and nothing is good anymore." This indicates potential issues with the maintenance and cleanliness of communal amenities. The accusation that management has "the nerve to charge more rent but give free rent" is unclear but suggests potential inconsistencies or unfair practices in rental agreements, contributing to the reviewer's desire to move out.
Mobile home parks generally offer essential services to support long-term living. However, the negative feedback regarding management and the condition of the pool raises concerns about the quality of services at Fountain Valley Estates. Typical services in such communities include utility hookups (water, electricity, sewer) and waste management. Given the reviews, prospective residents should make thorough inquiries about the management's responsiveness to maintenance issues and the upkeep of communal facilities.
The features of Fountain Valley Estates are not extensively detailed, but the mention of a pool, albeit described as being "filled with germs," indicates the presence of at least one recreational amenity. However, the negative condition reported significantly diminishes the value of this feature. The primary feature highlighted in the reviews is the demographic composition of the park, being a "family park" with a majority of elderly residents, which reportedly leads to conflicts regarding noise and lifestyle expectations. The close proximity of mobile homes to each other is also a notable characteristic of the park's layout.
Regarding promotional information, the provided data does not include any specific promotions for Fountain Valley Estates Mobile Home Park. The mixed and somewhat negative nature of the customer reviews does not offer any insights into potential incentives. Individuals considering residency would need to contact the management directly at (714) 962-2112 or +1 714-962-2112 to inquire about current lot rental rates and lease terms. However, given the concerns raised about management practices in one of the reviews, it would be prudent to approach such inquiries with a degree of caution and seek to verify information through multiple sources if possible, such as by visiting the park and observing conditions firsthand.
The two customer reviews for Fountain Valley Estates present contrasting but overall concerning perspectives. One review points to issues arising from the demographic mismatch between the park's designation as a "family park" and its predominantly elderly population, leading to complaints and a lack of community harmony, as well as problems with visitor parking. The other review expresses a strong negative sentiment about the park going "downhill," citing overcrowding, potential unauthorized business activities, a poorly maintained pool, and questionable rental practices. These reviews collectively suggest potential challenges related to community dynamics, management, and the upkeep of amenities.
In conclusion, if you are looking for a long-term residential option in Fountain Valley, CA, and are considering mobile home living within the context of "RV parks near me" that accommodate mobile homes, Fountain Valley Estates is located on Talbert Avenue. However, the available customer feedback raises significant concerns regarding community demographics and the resulting tensions, visitor parking limitations, potential management issues, and the poor condition of at least one amenity (the pool). It is strongly recommended that you exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence before considering residency at Fountain Valley Estates. This should include attempting to contact the management at (714) 962-2112 or +1 714-962-2112, visiting the park in person to assess the conditions and community atmosphere firsthand, and if possible, speaking with current residents to gain a more comprehensive and balanced understanding of the living situation. The existing feedback suggests potential drawbacks that warrant careful consideration.

Fountain Valley Estates Mobile Home Park Reviews
This is a semi good community to live in. I lived here for 6 years & nothing to really complain about but visitor parking. This park is a “family park” not a “55+ park”. This community is mostly occupied by elderly folks. If you are a middle aged with teenagers this is not a place for you. The complaints you’ll be getting is ridiculous. Complaining about any noise & even birds chirping. Mind you mobile homes are very close to each other it’s nothing wrong if you hear your neighbors here & there (well for me it never bothered me). People don’t mind their business in this place & it’s everyone not even kidding. Theirs a reason why theirs “55+ parks” & if complaining about noise & other people is part of u, start filling out a 55+ park application because the feeling like home doesn’t really fit in this community when all their really is complaints after complaints. Up the money to buy a house & if that’s not possible, don’t think U R superior than others. Good thing I moved.
Oct 16, 2024 · Ben DoverDownhill. They are allowing people to live on top of each other and run private business. I cant wait to get out. The pool is filled with germs and nothing is good anymore. They have the nerve to charge more rent but give free rent. Its desperate. We are looking to move out of here.

Jul 11, 2021 · Ginny LeThe jacuzzi has been broken for over a year dirt bags moved in behind me one smoking weed 24/7 making my whole house stink and letting their weeds over grow into my yard the other having 50 people live in one house with 100 cars all incredibly loud blasting loud banda music late at night and if they aren't home to be loud and annoying their birds are screeching all day with their dog barking and instead of doing anything about it or stopping them from taking up the few guest spots we have left that management haven't sold they just paint an ugly poorly done red line across the whole park that says no parking its like a requirement to get hired to run this place you have be more inept and useless than the person before you
Aug 30, 2024 · L NelsonThis place is overpriced and no places for parking for guests. They will tow your car in 5 minutes even if you are helping your elderly parents! They go through managers very frequently! Hmmmm wonder why? I personally would not live here if it was the only place in Orange County!
