Fowler's RV Park Introduce
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in the Fort Worth, Texas area, Fowler's RV Park, located at 12465 N Saginaw Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76179, USA, presents itself as an option with reasonable rates. Based on the limited online reviews, it appears to cater primarily to long-term residents, with a few sites available for shorter stays. While the utilities are reported to function well, there are mentions of areas needing cleanup and maintenance, particularly in the section designated for rentals. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview based on the available feedback to help local users determine if Fowler's RV Park aligns with their needs.
The environment at Fowler's RV Park seems to be characterized by a distinction between areas primarily occupied by long-term residents and those reserved for shorter-term rentals. One reviewer who stayed for two nights described the park as a "good place to stop for a reasonable rate." However, they also noted that the park is "mostly long term with a few rentals way in the back" and that "the back area could use some cleanup and maintenance." This suggests that while the overall park might be acceptable, the specific environment for short-term renters might be less well-maintained. The reviewer did not provide details about the landscaping, layout, or noise levels, but the comment implies a potential difference in the quality and upkeep between the long-term and short-term areas. Local users seeking short-term stays should be prepared for the possibility of a less polished environment in the designated rental section.
Regarding services, the limited reviews offer some insights. One reviewer stated that "the utilities worked well," which is a fundamental requirement for any RV park. This suggests that the essential hookups for electricity, water, and sewer are functional at the sites they used. Another reviewer praised the manager and maintenance staff as "amazing," noting their willingness to ensure that residents can utilize their generators whenever the power is interrupted. This indicates a responsive and helpful management team, particularly in addressing utility-related issues. However, beyond these points, specific details about other services such as Wi-Fi availability, laundry facilities, restroom and shower conditions, or trash disposal are not provided. Local users should inquire directly with the park management about the availability and quality of these additional services, especially if they are essential for their stay.
The features of Fowler's RV Park, based on the reviews, include its affordability ("reasonable rate," "monthly price is low"). This could be a significant draw for budget-conscious travelers or those seeking long-term, cost-effective living arrangements. The park's primary focus on long-term residents is also a key characteristic, which might influence the overall atmosphere and the availability of short-term sites. The willingness of the manager and maintenance to accommodate generator use during power outages is a notable feature, suggesting a practical approach to ensuring resident comfort. However, the need for cleanup and maintenance in the rental area, as mentioned by one reviewer, indicates a potential disparity in the upkeep of different sections of the park. Local users should consider whether their stay will be long-term or short-term, as this might affect the quality of their site and the surrounding environment.
The customer reviews for Fowler's RV Park offer a mixed but generally positive initial impression, with caveats. The reasonable rates and functional utilities are positive aspects. The praise for the manager and maintenance staff, particularly their support for generator use, suggests good customer service. However, the clear distinction between the long-term and short-term areas, with the latter needing maintenance, is an important consideration for those seeking temporary accommodation. The fact that the park operates on a "cash only" basis is also a significant piece of information that potential guests must be aware of, as it might affect their payment options and planning.
Given the limited information, it is crucial for local users interested in Fowler's RV Park to contact the park management directly to obtain more comprehensive details. The phone number provided is (817) 439-3898 or +1 817-439-3898. When calling, potential guests should inquire about the availability and rates for their desired length of stay (short-term or long-term), the specific condition of the sites in the rental area (if applicable), the payment methods accepted (confirming the "cash only" policy), and the availability and quality of other amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry, and restrooms. It would also be wise to ask about any park rules or regulations that might be relevant to their stay. Long-term residents might also inquire about lot sizes, lease terms, and any community aspects of the park.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Fort Worth, TX, Fowler's RV Park presents an affordable option with functional utilities and helpful management. However, the park's primary focus on long-term residents and the reported need for maintenance in the short-term rental area are important factors to consider. The "cash only" policy is another key piece of information. Potential guests should weigh the reasonable rates and positive management feedback against the potential for a less well-maintained environment in the rental section and the limitations of a cash-only payment system. Direct communication with the park management is essential to clarify these aspects and determine if Fowler's RV Park meets their specific needs and expectations.
In conclusion, Fowler's RV Park in Fort Worth, Texas, offers reasonable rates and functional utilities, with a particularly helpful manager and maintenance team. However, it primarily serves long-term residents, and the area designated for short-term rentals reportedly needs cleanup and maintenance. The park operates on a cash-only basis. Local users considering Fowler's RV Park should contact the management directly to inquire about site availability, conditions, amenities, and payment policies, especially if they are seeking short-term accommodation. Understanding the park's focus on long-term stays and the potential differences in upkeep between sections will help potential guests make an informed decision.

Fowler's RV Park Reviews
A good place to stop for a reasonable rate. We stayed 2 nights. Cash only. The utilities worked well. This place is mostly long term with a few rentals way in the back. The back area could use some cleanup and maintenance. We will be back when in the area.
Sep 21, 2019 · Sr. FoxThe monthly price is low and the manager and maintenance are amazing! They always ensure that we can utilize our camper via the generator anytime the power is interrupted.
Oct 24, 2024 · Chelsea LoveCurrently rent here and it is terrible, power has been out for a total of 9 days in the 34 days I have been at this rv park, they have power surges constantly that will burn out your appliances and they don't care, I have had to throw away my fridge food 2 times now because they can't seem to keep the power on at this RV park, THIS PLACE IS LITERALLY THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED AND I WOULD NEVER TELL ANYONE TO MOVE HERE!!!
Oct 16, 2024 · Scooby DooIt's a very nice quiet place to live at, and it still looks the same as the 60's when it was built by Mr. Fowler him, I have been living here at Fowler's RV Park since 2018.Yes it has changed a little bit like the roads around the trailer park are paved now and the Lot rent has gone up a little bit too
Mar 29, 2025 · Jason Scott WilsonThe RV park is ok I would give it 5stars but there are a few Cons. For one it needs lighting around the park it is very dark over here it would be nice to have the laundry room back. They not too long put speed bumps in that's a bit over the top, The place needs to be updated like paved spots Pros: All Bills Paid!Update: for some it's not all bills paid it has become under new management.
