I don't live here, but i visit family that does. There is not enough guest parking, but there is plenty of assigned parking spots that are left unused. Overall, it's a decent place from my perspective. Quiet neighborhood, well-kept gardens which liven up the place, and clean streets. The only issue is parking for those who go visit.

Furthermore, the space price will increase with highest rate every year, sometimes you will get charged with nonsense amount that you did not involve such as trash volume, street maintenance, and the plumping. After five year of contract we decide to sell the house and find better place to live. It is the best decision I have ever made

According to my mother, we lived in the third or fourth lot from the main turn in off of 1st Street. The area across the street from the entrance was an empty field with a vet clinic. My how it has changed over 50 years.

Dec 15, 2022 · *CARMEN BELIEVES*this mobile home park was a dairy before mel mac co built gables mobile home estates;the land is leased for 99 years.after 99 years the mobile home park will have to be returned to dairy land.this contract was in place when this mobile park opened in 1972.sometimes i catch myself wishing i could be there on the compleation of the 99 years.also to my dismay i think it will slip thru the cracks;and be over looked.only time will tell.i wounder if park residents at that time will have interest in the dairy land?well if marty is still the park manager.....i yell a shout out to her from debra sands.
