Park Terrace Mobile Home Park Introduce
Seeking "RV parks near me" that offer long-term mobile home living in Santa Ana, California? Park Terrace Mobile Home Park, located at 4080 W 1st St, Santa Ana, CA 92703, USA, presents a community described by some residents as generally orderly. However, prospective residents should be aware of certain concerns raised in online reviews regarding noise levels, management practices, parking enforcement, security presence, and the handling of community issues.
The environment of Park Terrace Mobile Home Park is described as "nice and orderly" by one visitor. This suggests that the community maintains a certain level of tidiness and organization in its physical layout. However, a long-term resident of over ten years provided a more nuanced perspective on the neighborhood, rating it four stars overall but noting that it "Can get loud from time to time with cars at 1-2am." This indicates that while the community might generally be pleasant, noise from vehicular traffic during late-night hours could be a potential disturbance for some residents. Further details about landscaping, green spaces, or specific environmental amenities are not available in the provided reviews.
The services and management of Park Terrace Mobile Home Park appear to be a significant area of concern for at least one long-term resident. This reviewer stated, "The only issue I never liked here is the management. When it comes to them actually managing the place it’s pretty bad." Specific criticisms include the handling of parking, which is described as "isn’t being handled whatsoever ever." This lack of effective parking management could lead to inconveniences for residents and visitors. The presence of a "security guard" is mentioned, but the reviewer claims that the guard's presence is limited, stating that they "all he does is wait by the laundry mat and take off after 20-30 mins." This raises questions about the effectiveness and consistency of security services within the park. The management is also described as being very strict regarding the upkeep of individual homes, with the security guard allegedly patrolling to identify violations and issue notices or fines. Conversely, when it comes to addressing resident concerns, the reviewer suggests a lack of responsiveness, stating, "When it comes to actual concerns it’s as if she brushes you off and says in her own way i don’t know what else to you." This feedback indicates potential challenges in resolving issues through the park's management.
The features of Park Terrace Mobile Home Park, based on the limited reviews, include a laundry facility, as mentioned in the context of the security guard's duties. However, specific details about other amenities such as a clubhouse, pool, or recreational areas are not provided. The long-term resident also highlighted an ongoing issue with "Constantly have loose dogs and nothing is ever done about it," contrasting this with a stricter approach towards residents' own pets if deemed "dangerous." This inconsistency in pet policy enforcement could be a point of frustration for residents. The initial brief review also serves as a cautionary note regarding parking, advising visitors not to "park in front of the house to avoid being towed," indicating strict enforcement of parking regulations in certain areas, despite the overall issues with parking management.
The location of Park Terrace Mobile Home Park in Santa Ana could be considered a feature, offering access to the amenities and services of a larger urban area. However, the reviews do not provide specific details about its proximity to shopping, transportation, or other local conveniences. Santa Ana itself offers a range of resources, but the immediate surroundings of Park Terrace Mobile Home Park are not described in detail.
Promotional information for Park Terrace Mobile Home Park is not included in the provided customer reviews. There are no mentions of special offers, move-in incentives, or any specific promotions to attract new residents. Individuals interested in learning about potential promotions or the current rates for mobile home spaces should contact Park Terrace Mobile Home Park directly using the provided phone numbers: (714) 206-1176 or +1 714-206-1176. In conclusion, Park Terrace Mobile Home Park in Santa Ana, CA, is presented as a generally orderly community, but potential residents should be aware of concerns raised by a long-term resident. These concerns include potential noise disturbances, issues with management responsiveness and parking enforcement, questions about the effectiveness of security, strict enforcement of certain community appearance rules, and problems with loose dogs. While the initial review noted its orderly nature, the more detailed account suggests potential challenges related to management and community rule enforcement. Prospective residents are strongly advised to "Get any information of how things are before moving here!" and to contact Park Terrace Mobile Home Park directly to inquire about current conditions, rules, and regulations. Weighing the positive aspect of orderliness against the potential drawbacks highlighted in the reviews is crucial for making an informed decision about residing in this community.

Park Terrace Mobile Home Park Reviews
Nice and orderly but don't park in front of the house to avoid being towed.
Oct 08, 2024 · Francisco ValdezSo I’ve been living here for about 10+ years. The neighborhood overall is great if I could rate that it would be 4 stars. Can get loud from time to time with cars at 1-2am. The only issue I never liked here is the management. When it comes to them actually managing the place it’s pretty bad. Parking isn’t being handled whatsoever ever. We have a security guard that all he does is wait by the laundry mat and take off after 20-30 mins. She will go around the neighborhood in a cart just to see if anything is wrong with your house so they can give you a notice to fix it or get a fine. Constantly have loose dogs and nothing is ever done about it but if you have a dog and if she thinks it’s dangerous she’ll constantly tell you. Even where there’s plenty of loose dangerous dogs in our neighborhood. When it comes to actual concerns it’s as if she brushes you off and says in her own way i don’t know what else to you. Get any information of how things are before moving here! Hope this helps since no one here is truly honest about the reviews.

Jun 16, 2024 · Abel CPark Terrace what can I say I lived there for almost 12 years the management they're pretty good except for the notices we would receive almost every month about picking up toys or cleaning yard or something I liked my neighbors especially the one to the north of me they were very very nice and quiet to the South they were party people not real bad but they had a lot of
Feb 18, 2018 · Carl FieldsThis place is a nightmare.I moved in here about 8 years ago with my two 4 year old girls, my husband, and two teen girls. It was all good, but every month they move the price up more and more, and it is outrageous, if you don't pay the rent on time you pay $100 extra. They have evicted many people, so many that there are many empty lots around here. The people who work here, dont always do their jobs, and the ones that do at least do their jobs well. The owners are lawyers, so they waste money on everything, every other week they paint the word stop on the ground & the speedbumps. They always send you notices saying what you need to fix in your yard, and in the back of your house, that people can only see if they look. They ride around in golfcarts and look at everyones houses.Overall:Terrible
