Glory RV Park Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" that offer an affordable and community-oriented living experience? Glory RV Park, located at 5037 County Rd 348 in Brazoria, Texas, presents itself as a budget-conscious option for RVers seeking a longer-term stay. Situated approximately four miles off Highway 36 in Brazoria, this park offers a quieter setting away from the main road. If you're prioritizing cost-effectiveness and a more secluded atmosphere, Glory RV Park might be worth considering for your RV living needs.
One of the most significant advantages highlighted by a resident is the price point. At $390 per month with utilities included, Glory RV Park offers a compelling value proposition for those mindful of their budget. The inclusion of utilities in the monthly rate provides predictability in expenses, which can be a significant benefit for long-term residents. This all-inclusive pricing structure simplifies budgeting and eliminates the hassle of managing separate utility bills.
The location of Glory RV Park, tucked away about four miles off Highway 36, contributes to a generally quiet environment. Residents have noted the peacefulness of the park, with one reviewer stating it was "Quiet for the most part." This can be a major draw for those seeking a respite from the noise and bustle of more centrally located or highway-adjacent RV parks. The slightly more remote location offers a sense of tranquility and a more relaxed pace of life.
The review also touches on the sense of community among the residents. While noting that neighbors "all kept to themselves," there was also an appreciation for occasional social interactions, such as enjoying a neighbor's bonfire and music. This suggests a respectful and independent community where residents generally maintain their privacy but can also appreciate low-key social gatherings. The welcoming attitude towards pets is another positive aspect, with one reviewer mentioning that their dog was "welcome to stay outside untied or fenced" due to the well-behaved nature of the resident animals.
The park's management also receives positive feedback, with one reviewer stating, "manager is nice and will treat you fairly." A responsive and fair manager can significantly contribute to a positive living experience in any RV park, addressing concerns and ensuring the smooth operation of the community.
However, it is crucial to address a serious concern raised in another review regarding the park's maintenance personnel. This review details a deeply troubling experience involving the alleged theft and destruction of a resident's belongings by the maintenance man. The reviewer recounts being told they could store items in a barn, receiving assistance in moving these items, and then subsequently finding their belongings thrown outside and broken, with some items reportedly kept by the maintenance worker. This is a significant accusation that potential residents should be aware of.
The same reviewer further advises caution regarding the trustworthiness of individuals within the park, suggesting that "you don't know who your neighbor really is" and recommending that residents "lock up anything you want to keep." These are serious allegations that paint a concerning picture of potential security issues within the park. While this is based on one individual's experience, it is essential for prospective residents to consider this feedback and exercise caution.
The lack of Wi-Fi is another point mentioned in the reviews. While the lower monthly price was deemed a worthwhile trade-off by one resident, the absence of internet access could be a significant drawback for those who rely on it for work, communication, or entertainment. Potential residents should consider their internet needs when evaluating Glory RV Park.
In summary, Glory RV Park offers an affordable long-term living option in a quieter, more secluded setting in Brazoria, TX, with the significant benefit of all utilities being included in the monthly rent. The park appears to foster a generally peaceful environment and is welcoming to pets. However, prospective residents must be aware of the serious allegations raised by one reviewer concerning theft and property damage by a maintenance worker and the general caution advised regarding the trustworthiness of some individuals within the park. The absence of Wi-Fi is another factor to consider.
To learn more about Glory RV Park, including current availability and any updated policies or management changes, you can contact them by phone at (979) 236-1119 or via their mobile number at +1 979-236-1119. It is highly recommended that potential residents inquire about security measures, maintenance protocols, and seek clarification regarding the issues raised in the negative review before making a decision. While the affordability and quiet location may be appealing, it is crucial to have a comprehensive understanding of the living environment and address any concerns directly with the management.
When searching for "RV parks near me," it's essential to weigh the pros and cons based on your individual needs and priorities. Glory RV Park presents a budget-friendly option with inclusive utilities and a quieter setting, but the serious allegations regarding theft and the lack of Wi-Fi are important factors to consider alongside the positive aspects of price and location. Thoroughly vetting any potential long-term RV park is crucial to ensuring a safe and comfortable living experience.

Glory RV Park Reviews
Priced right at $390 a month utilities included. Tucked back about 4 miles back off 36 in Brazoria. Quiet for the most part unless the neighbors (who all kept to themselves) made a bonfire and listened to music, which we rather enjoyed cuz who doesn't like music? Nothing crazy. We enjoyed our 3 months there during the pandemic. No wifi, which we missed but the much lower price made it worth it. Our dog was welcome to stay outside untied or fenced as she and all the neighbor dogs/cats were well behaved and stayed to themselves. Overall a neat little place to stay.
May 19, 2020 · Susan A MathewsGood Price All bills are included manager is nice and will treat you fairly .The only problem I had was from there maintenance man.I was heretold I could store some of my stuff he even helped me carry the things I wanted to store over to barn .Then without any kind of notice he took all my th place ings and threw them in front of my rv breaking anything that was breakable but he kept my wet vac and my pressure washer and a wooden futon he gave me .If you move there I suggest you watch your children very carefully because there you don't know who your neighbor really is people can be decietful there and I suggest you lock up anything you want to keep because the man they hire to take care of the will steal from you and act like he is your best friend .
Aug 07, 2021 · Rebecca RichardsI currently rent an rv spot here. The owner, Mr. Ken Corley is one of the best landlords I've ever had and i love the location. We aren't too far from town but we are off the main road to where there isn't too much traffic. It's nice and quiet.
