Golden Rainbow Mobile Home Park Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Radcliff, Kentucky area? Golden Rainbow Mobile Home Park, located at 360 Hill St Trlr 50, Radcliff, KY 40160, USA, is primarily a mobile home park. For those seeking local RV parking options, it's important to assess if such parks accommodate RVs and what the experience might be like based on the available information.
The customer reviews for Golden Rainbow Mobile Home Park present a stark contrast in perspectives, with both positive recollections of the past and significant current concerns. One long-term resident expresses considerable frustration, detailing issues such as a lack of returned calls and unexplained, substantial increases in their bill ("like *50.00-Dollars... PER DAY!"). They reminisce about a time when the park "WAS... a really great place & IT CAN BE AGAIN." However, they note the current lack of on-site office presence, no maintenance (though acknowledged as less relevant to trailer owners), and "iffy" lawn maintenance (for which they pay separately). A significant concern raised is the "road in desperate need of repair." On a more positive note, this reviewer points out the convenient location for shopping, fuel, and restaurants, including being less than a mile from Walmart and across the street from a Dollar General complex, as well as proximity to a City Park. Despite the current issues, they express a desire to remain, hoping for improvements.
Conversely, another reviewer offers a much more negative assessment, describing the park as "Pure trailer park trash," not referring to the people but to the trailers themselves. They criticize the ongoing remodeling efforts as ineffective ("like putting lipstick on a pig") and advise others to "Stay away and run as fast as you can from this place." This reviewer claims that "The mobile homes are not safe and should be condemned instead of remodeled." This strongly suggests significant concerns about the condition and safety of the housing within the park.
When evaluating a location for "RV parks near me," potential users typically consider the environment, available services, and features relevant to RV living. Given that Golden Rainbow is a mobile home park, its suitability for RVs and the nature of its offerings for RV travelers are uncertain, especially considering the critical feedback regarding the park's condition and management.
Environment: The reviews offer mixed signals about the environment. The long-term resident acknowledges the convenient location near amenities and a city park, which could be seen as environmental advantages in terms of accessibility. However, the mention of poorly maintained roads and the other reviewer's description of unsafe trailers paint a less appealing picture of the physical environment within the park itself. If RVs are accommodated, the condition of the RV lots and the overall upkeep of communal areas would be relevant.
Services: The long-term resident mentions that trash pick-up is included once a week. However, they also note the lack of on-site office presence and no maintenance provided to trailer owners. There is no information in the reviews about standard RV park services such as utility hookups (electricity, water, sewer), restrooms, showers, or laundry facilities. As Golden Rainbow is primarily a mobile home park, these services might not be readily available or designed for RV use. Potential RV users would need to inquire specifically about what services are offered to RVs.
Features: The proximity to shopping, restaurants, and a city park could be considered locational features. However, within the park itself, the reviews do not highlight any specific amenities for residents or potential RV guests. The negative reviewer's comments about the unsafe trailers and ineffective remodeling suggest a lack of appealing features and potential safety concerns. The long-term resident's mention of a lack of on-site management could also be seen as a negative feature in terms of accessibility and responsiveness.
Promotional Information: It is challenging to identify positive promotional aspects based on these reviews. While the convenience of the location is mentioned, the significant concerns about billing, management inaccessibility, road conditions, and the state of the mobile homes overshadow any potential positives. For those searching for "RV parks near me," the information available does not present a compelling case for Golden Rainbow Mobile Home Park. To obtain any potential promotional information relevant to RV users, such as rates or specific amenities for RVs, direct contact with the park management using the provided phone numbers ((270) 351-2299 or +1 270-351-2299) would be necessary, keeping in mind the reported difficulties in reaching them.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Radcliff, KY, the available reviews for Golden Rainbow Mobile Home Park raise several red flags, particularly concerning the condition of the park and the responsiveness of management. While the location offers convenience to nearby amenities, potential RVers should exercise caution and thoroughly investigate whether this park offers suitable and well-maintained facilities for RVs, and address the concerns raised in the reviews directly with the management before considering a stay.
In conclusion, Golden Rainbow Mobile Home Park in Radcliff, KY, receives mixed to negative reviews, citing issues with billing, management inaccessibility, poor infrastructure, and the condition of the mobile homes. While its location offers convenience, those searching for "RV parks near me" should carefully consider these concerns and seek detailed information about RV accommodations directly from the park management before making any decisions.

Golden Rainbow Mobile Home Park Reviews
No Thank You...Nothing much to say until they can return calls AND explain WHY & HowOur bill goes up like *50.00-Dollars... PER DAY! We have lived here many years & have NEVER MISSED PAYMENT OR PAID LATE (Just once, we were 1 day late, YEARS AGO.)This WAS, at one time... a really great place & IT CAN BE AGAIN. There is no one on site / in office hardly ever! No maintenance (though it wouldn't help me since I own my trailer.) Lawn maintenance is a bit iffy, though I pay to get mine done. Road in desperate need of repair... vehicle repairs are getting very expensive😥!! Trash pick-up is included, once a week!!!) Shopping, & car fuel, & restaurants, are ALL very very convenient. Really! Wal-Mart = Less than 1 mile... Dollar General = Across the street in a complex with several other convenience 🛑stops!! City Park... just a bit away... just off Dixie! This Mobile Home Park can be awesome again!!! Would love to remain here, though it is just a matter of time & if we do leave... we won't stop AT LEAST until our old place in Indiana!!What say you Golden Rainbow???
Dec 25, 2023 · Susan RichardPure trailer park trash. Not the people but the trailers. They are being so called remodeled in such a way it’s like putting lipstick on a pig. Stay away and run as fast as you can from this place. The mobile homes are not safe and should be condemned instead of remodeled.
