Paradise Park Manufactured Home Community Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Radcliff, Kentucky area, you might also be considering the option of a manufactured home community for a potentially longer-term living situation. Paradise Park Manufactured Home Community, located at 1445 Hill St, Radcliff, KY 40160, is one such community in the vicinity. While the platform category typically focuses on recreational vehicle parks, manufactured home communities can sometimes appeal to individuals seeking a more permanent residential setting with some similar community-oriented aspects.
When comparing "RV parks near me" to manufactured home communities, key differences emerge in terms of the typical duration of stay, the types of dwellings, and the overall lifestyle. RV parks generally cater to temporary travelers, while manufactured home communities offer longer-term residency in manufactured or mobile homes. Paradise Park appears to fall into the latter category, offering spaces for manufactured homes.
The online reviews for Paradise Park Manufactured Home Community present a mixed picture of resident experiences. One long-term resident, having lived there for three years, expresses a highly positive sentiment, stating, "Me and my husband has lived here now for 3 years, and we love it, wouldn't live in another trailer park for nothing." This reviewer highlights several positive aspects, including the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, roomy lots with many trees, and friendly staff. They explicitly state a preference for Paradise Park over other places they have lived and acknowledge that individual opinions may vary. This positive review also mentions ongoing work being done to improve the park.
In contrast, another reviewer expresses significant dissatisfaction with their living conditions at Paradise Park. This review raises concerns about several key aspects, including the cost of rent for a duplex trailer, which is described as "ridiculously high" at approximately $720 per month. The pet fee is also noted as being $250. Furthermore, this reviewer details several issues with their specific dwelling, such as windows covered in plastic due to drafts, the absence of heat, and limited hot water supply that doesn't even fill half of a small bathtub or last for more than 15-20 minutes of dishwashing. They also mention that the windows cannot be opened, even when the weather is warm. Additionally, this review claims that "most of the trailers have water damage too."
Beyond the condition of individual trailers, the second reviewer also raises concerns about the infrastructure of the park itself, describing most of the internal roads as "gravel paths with giant holes." This allegedly leads to issues with vehicles getting stuck at the top of a hill and having trouble navigating within the park. This paints a picture of potentially challenging environmental conditions within Paradise Park.
Considering these contrasting reviews, it is difficult to form a definitive overall picture of the environment, services, and features of Paradise Park Manufactured Home Community. The positive review suggests a pleasant and well-maintained environment with friendly staff and spacious, tree-filled lots. However, the negative review paints a picture of potentially high rent for substandard housing with maintenance issues and poor infrastructure within the park.
In terms of services, the positive review mentions "friendly staff" and ongoing work to improve the park, suggesting some level of management presence and effort towards maintenance. However, the negative review implies a lack of adequate maintenance within individual units and potentially for the park's infrastructure. Specific services such as waste management, water and sewer provision, and electricity are not detailed in either review, but are typically expected in a manufactured home community.
Features of Paradise Park are partially described. The presence of roomy lots with many trees is highlighted in the positive review, suggesting a potentially spacious and green environment for residents. However, the negative review points to issues with the condition of the trailers themselves (plastic-covered windows, no heat, limited hot water, inoperable windows, water damage) and the poor condition of the internal roads (gravel paths with holes, difficulty for vehicles). Communal features or amenities, if any, such as laundry facilities, recreational areas, or community centers, are not mentioned in the provided reviews.
No promotional information for Paradise Park Manufactured Home Community is included in the provided data. Therefore, details about any special offers, move-in incentives, or rental rates beyond the $720 mentioned for a duplex trailer are unavailable. Interested individuals would need to contact the park directly to inquire about current rates, availability, and any promotions.
Given the stark contrast in the available reviews, prospective residents considering Paradise Park Manufactured Home Community as a potential option when searching within the broader context of "RV parks near me" should exercise significant caution and conduct thorough due diligence. This should include:
- Contacting the park management directly to inquire about current rental rates, policies, and the condition of available homes and the park infrastructure.
- Visiting the community in person to assess the environment, the condition of the roads and common areas, and the general upkeep of the properties.
- If possible, attempting to speak with current residents to gain a broader range of perspectives on the living conditions and management responsiveness.
- Carefully reviewing any lease agreements and understanding all associated fees and responsibilities.
The conflicting accounts suggest that the experience of living at Paradise Park Manufactured Home Community may vary significantly. While some residents may find it to be a quiet and pleasant community with spacious lots, others may encounter issues with the condition of their homes and the park's infrastructure. Therefore, a thorough personal investigation is essential before making any decisions about residing in this community.

Mar 28, 2023 · Kathy VititoeRent is ridiculously high for a duplex trailer. I don't even live in a full trailer and I pay about $720 a month. The pet fee is $250 The windows are covered in plastic because if they are not the wind gets through more then usual. There is no heat in my trailer and the hot water doesn't even last long enough to fill up half of the small bathtub. We have a very small sink and we can only do dishes for about 15 to 20 minutes before the hot water runs out anyways. When it's warm enough outside you still can't open the windows as they don't open. Most of the trailers have water damage too. Most of the roads going through the park arent even roads, they are gravel paths with giant holes in them and pretty much everybody's cars get stuck at the top of the hill and have trouble getting out and off of the road.
Oct 20, 2022 · Ya_Boi _DomIt's a quite park with no problems.the up keep is done accordingly. Everyone pretty much keeps to them selves .the management is amazing this trailer park has came along ways from years ago .they have cleaned it up and is a great place to live .
Jun 11, 2024 · christine mikelWe pray the families are able to live in better housing and more affordable clean housing.
Dec 30, 2018 · J HThis is the most run down trailer park in radcliff. Roads are in total disrepair and every trailer looks like it is 50 years old. This place needs to be leveled.
