Sunset Village Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Radcliff, Kentucky area, you might also be interested in exploring other long-term residential options such as mobile home communities. While our platform category primarily focuses on RV parks, we aim to provide local users with information about various housing choices in their vicinity. In this context, we introduce Sunset Village, located at 405 North St, Radcliff, KY 40160, USA. You can contact them by phone at (270) 351-5500 or +1 270-351-5500.
To provide local users with a detailed and objective overview of Sunset Village, we will analyze the available feedback from customer reviews. These reviews offer insights into the management, maintenance, and overall atmosphere of the community, which are crucial factors for anyone considering long-term living here.
One reviewer, named Mary, dedicates her review to Melissa, the maintenance lady, and Jenn, presumably a manager. Mary describes both as "the best" and notes that they "go above & beyond just being managers of a trailer park," treating residents "like family." She emphasizes their availability, stating that even on weekends, she can call them at any time, and they will be there. Mary considers Melissa and Jenn to be the "ONLY good thing going for this trailer park," highlighting their familial treatment of renters. She recounts witnessing Melissa cutting grass all over the park in 100-degree weather, even when sick and on weekends. Mary concludes by thanking Jenn and Melissa for "ALWAYS being there," suggesting that without them, the trailer park would be in poor condition ("TRASH"). She explicitly states that her 5-star rating is solely due to Melissa and Jenn, "definitely not because of the trailers."
Another reviewer mentions having a positive experience with the "nice park managers n staff over the phone!" This indicates a positive initial interaction and suggests that the management team is approachable and helpful, at least during phone communications. This reviewer also notes, "Lots of rules to follow but seems worth it!!!" This implies that while there might be several community guidelines, the overall impression is that adhering to these rules could lead to a worthwhile living experience. This could suggest a community that values order and perhaps a certain standard of living.
Based on these reviews, the standout feature of Sunset Village appears to be the positive impact of the maintenance lady Melissa and the manager Jenn. Their dedication, availability, and the way they treat residents like family are highly praised. This suggests a management and maintenance team that is responsive and cares about the well-being of the community members. The mention of "lots of rules" indicates that there might be a structured environment, which some residents might find beneficial for maintaining community standards.
However, Mary's comment, "it’s definitely not because of the trailers," suggests that the physical infrastructure, i.e., the trailers themselves, might not be the primary strength of Sunset Village. This could imply that while the management and maintenance are commendable, potential residents should perhaps focus more on the community aspect and the support provided by Melissa and Jenn rather than expecting brand-new or high-end mobile homes across the board.
Typically, an introduction to a mobile home park would detail the types of lots available, amenities, and the overall environment. From these reviews, we can infer that Sunset Village provides lots for mobile homes, and the environment is characterized by a strong sense of care from the management and maintenance personnel. The "lots of rules" might contribute to a certain type of environment, possibly one that is well-maintained and orderly, although the specifics of these rules are not provided.
The services highlighted are primarily the dedicated maintenance provided by Melissa and the caring management by Jenn. Their willingness to go above and beyond, even outside of typical work hours, seems to be a significant asset of Sunset Village.
In terms of features, the reviews mention the presence of trailers (though not necessarily in excellent condition), dedicated maintenance, and responsive management. The "lots of rules" could also be considered a feature that contributes to the community's structure.
While there isn't explicit promotional information like discounts or special offers, the positive testimonials about Melissa and Jenn serve as a strong implicit endorsement for the community's management and maintenance. For local users searching for "RV parks near me" who might be considering a mobile home community with a supportive and responsive management team, Sunset Village appears to be a place where the staff is highly valued by residents.
For those considering Sunset Village, it would be wise to inquire about the specific rules mentioned in the second review to ensure they align with your preferences. Additionally, given Mary's comment about the trailers, it would be beneficial to assess the condition of available homes or lots if you are considering moving there.
In conclusion, Sunset Village in Radcliff, KY, stands out for its exceptional maintenance provided by Melissa and the caring management of Jenn, who are highly praised by residents for treating them like family and being readily available. While there are "lots of rules," the overall impression is that they contribute to a worthwhile living experience. Potential residents should be aware that the positive reviews focus primarily on the staff, with one reviewer noting that the trailers themselves are not the highlight. For local users seeking a mobile home community where the management and maintenance are deeply appreciated, Sunset Village is worth considering.

Sep 05, 2024 · mary & terry ballengerNice park managers n staff over the phone! Lots of rules to follow but seems worth it!!!
Dec 24, 2022 · Tara GHorrible place to live they try to steal your money any way they can and try to enforce the most outrageous rules. They patrol the park at least three times a day trying to find ways to charge people a fine for anything without warning. Month to month rent means they can ruin your whole life if you buy a trailer here and kick you out whenever. Save your money for a down payment somewhere else. Ashley Hocker and Tiffany G. are managers here that left 5 star reviews and they do not live here.
May 21, 2021 · Guru StuCertainly better than Smith Street those trailers need to be torn down they're not fit to live in
Oct 08, 2024 · pamela AllisonTerrible place to live. Managers are awful, matience is a joke and dont follow the park rules themselves and are always harrassing people and their kids. Never pay only lot rent they always find a reason to charge you extra. Everyone is expected to follow strict, STRICT rules except the maintainence they cant even maintain there own home.
