Yarwood Mobile Home Park Introduce
Welcome to Yarwood Mobile Home Park, located at 406 North St, Radcliff, KY 40160, USA. For local users searching for "RV parks near me" or considering mobile home living in the Radcliff, Kentucky area, Yarwood Mobile Home Park presents a residential option to consider. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of the park based on the limited information available from online reviews.
The available information regarding Yarwood Mobile Home Park is derived from two concise customer reviews, offering contrasting perspectives on the living experience. One review expresses a significantly negative experience, citing a personal account of being burglarized by a neighbor. This individual's experience was so unfavorable that they chose to leave the park and forfeit their security deposit, emphasizing a desire to move out as quickly as possible. This review highlights a serious concern regarding safety and neighborly conduct within the park during that resident's time there.
In contrast, the second review offers a more neutral observation. The reviewer stated they were residing at Yarwood Mobile Home Park temporarily for work purposes and found the environment to be "peaceful enough." This suggests that, at least during this individual's short-term stay, the park did not present any immediate disturbances or issues that significantly detracted from a sense of peace. However, this review is limited in scope due to its temporary nature and does not provide insights into long-term living conditions or community dynamics.
Considering the platform category of "RV parks near me," it is important to assess whether Yarwood Mobile Home Park caters to recreational vehicles in addition to mobile homes. While the name suggests a primary focus on mobile homes, many mobile home parks also offer spaces for RVs, either for short-term or long-term stays. Local users with RVs seeking accommodation in Radcliff, KY, should contact Yarwood Mobile Home Park directly to inquire about their policies regarding RVs, including lot availability, hookups, and any specific regulations for recreational vehicles.
Based on the limited review data, it is challenging to provide a comprehensive description of the environment, services, and features of Yarwood Mobile Home Park. The negative review raises concerns about security and the behavior of some residents, while the neutral review suggests a potentially peaceful environment, at least for a temporary work-related stay. There is no information available regarding amenities such as on-site management, maintenance services, communal areas (like clubhouses or laundry facilities), pet policies, or any specific rules and regulations governing the park.
Similarly, there is no promotional information available in the provided reviews. Without insights into the park's management's efforts to ensure resident safety, maintain the grounds, or foster a positive community environment, it is difficult to assess its overall appeal. Potential residents would need to seek additional information beyond these limited reviews to form a comprehensive understanding of what Yarwood Mobile Home Park offers.
To gain a more complete picture of Yarwood Mobile Home Park, interested local users should consider contacting the park directly at (270) 351-3292 or +1 270-351-3292. Direct communication would allow prospective residents to inquire about current living conditions, security measures in place, available amenities, the community atmosphere, and any long-term or short-term options for both mobile homes and potentially RVs. It would also be prudent to seek additional reviews or testimonials from other sources, if available, to gain a broader range of perspectives on the living experience at Yarwood Mobile Home Park.
In conclusion, the available information on Yarwood Mobile Home Park in Radcliff, KY, presents a mixed picture. One former resident reported a negative experience involving a burglary, leading to their prompt departure. Another individual found the park "peaceful enough" during a temporary stay for work. Due to the limited and contrasting nature of these reviews, local users considering Yarwood Mobile Home Park, whether for mobile home living or as a potential "RV park near me," are strongly advised to conduct thorough due diligence. This should include contacting the park management directly to ask specific questions about their concerns, visiting the property if possible, and seeking additional feedback from current or former residents to make an informed decision.

Yarwood Mobile Home Park Reviews
Lived here once upon a time. Not a pleasant experience. I was burglarized by a neighbor.I decided to leave and forfeit my security deposit. I couldn't move fast enough!
Dec 20, 2024 · Scot BriggsOnly here for work, but seemed peaceful enough
Apr 17, 2025 · Carl HudsonMy best friend has lived inside this mobile park for about 3-4 years. There's always kids outside playing and they do not always get in a hurry to get out of the street. The park owners are real bad about sneaking in little fines for little things or even working on your own vehicle. They will constantly fine you for anything and everything they can.
Jul 27, 2023 · Andrew GoodmanIt needs work on all the park not just 1 or 2 mobile homes . The owner was hot on my trail as soon as I pulled in . I was supposed to pick something up from 1 the trailers but end up leaving it because it was so nasty there . This would be a at least it's a roof type home and off the street type place to live . 🥴🤢🤮
Jun 18, 2024 · Gwen McCoyNot bad for trailer park standards but the place has greatly approved to get nicer ova da years
