Gore RV park Introduce
Welcome to Gore RV Park, situated in the serene town of Gore, Oklahoma, with the zip code 74435, USA. For local users searching for "RV parks near me," Gore RV Park presents itself as an option within a smaller, quieter town setting. While specific details about the park's amenities and promotional offers are limited in the provided information, we can piece together an introduction based on the available customer reviews to give you an objective overview.
According to one long-term guest, Gore RV Park offers full hookups for RVs, a significant feature for travelers and those looking for extended stays. Full hookups typically include connections for water, electricity, and sewer, providing a comfortable and self-sufficient living environment within your recreational vehicle. This is a fundamental service that many RV enthusiasts prioritize when selecting an RV park for their needs.
The location of Gore RV Park appears to be quite convenient for basic necessities. The park is located next to a Dollar General store, offering easy access to a variety of household goods, groceries, and other essentials. This proximity can be a significant advantage for both short-term and long-term residents, providing convenience for everyday shopping needs without requiring extensive travel.
For added peace of mind, the RV park is also located very near the Police Station. While we hope such services are never needed, the proximity to law enforcement can contribute to a sense of security within the community. This may be a particularly attractive feature for individuals and families who prioritize safety and security in their living environment.
Across the street from Gore RV Park is the Suite 16 Motel. While not directly related to the RV park's services, the presence of nearby lodging could be useful for visitors who may have friends or family needing accommodation in the area. It also suggests that the location is somewhat accessible and potentially along a main thoroughfare within Gore.
One reviewer noted that "there's not much to do in Gore," but they personally appreciated the smaller, quieter town atmosphere. This suggests that Gore RV Park might be particularly appealing to individuals and families seeking a peaceful and less bustling environment. If you value tranquility and a slower pace of life, the location of this RV park in Gore could be a significant draw. However, those seeking a wide array of entertainment and recreational activities within immediate proximity might find the options in Gore limited.
The same reviewer mentioned that "the parking spaces for the RV's are very close together." This is a crucial piece of information for prospective guests to consider. Close parking spaces can impact maneuverability, privacy, and the overall sense of space within the park. While this did not bother the reviewer and their family, they acknowledged that "many people wouldn't like that." If you have a larger RV or prefer more space between sites, it would be essential to inquire about the layout and spacing of the parking areas at Gore RV Park before making a reservation.
Another review points out that the park "needs a lot of updates and big puddle holes in driveway." This feedback suggests that the infrastructure and overall condition of the RV park might be in need of improvement. Puddle holes in the driveway can create inconvenience, especially during wet weather, and may indicate potential issues with drainage and maintenance. Prospective guests should be aware of this feedback and consider it when evaluating the park. It might be worthwhile to inquire about any planned updates or improvements to the property.
The positive aspect highlighted in the first review is the price, with the reviewer stating, "In my opinion, for the price, I think this is a great RV Park." This suggests that Gore RV Park might offer a more budget-friendly option compared to other RV parks in the region. For cost-conscious travelers or long-term residents, the affordability of Gore RV Park could be a significant advantage, especially when considering the full hookups provided.
Regarding promotional information, the provided data does not include any specific offers or discounts. Gore RV park Reviews
My family and I stayed here for almost a year. The manager is a nice elderly person, The RV Park is next to the Dollar General store and very near the Police Station. Across the street from it is the Suite 16 Motel. There are full hookups for RV's.. There's not much to do in Gore but we actually like smaller quiet towns. The parking spaces for the RV's are very close together and I know many people wouldn't like that but it didn't bother us as we rarely went outside.... We eventually found some property in Colorado so left the RV park to relocate.. In my opinion, for the price, I think this is a great RV Park.
