Grand View Mobile Home Park Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the picturesque Palmer Lake, Colorado area? Grand View Mobile Home Park, located at 695 CO-105 A2, Palmer Lake, CO 80133, USA, presents itself as a potential option for both long-term mobile home living and potentially short-term RV stays. Situated in a scenic part of Colorado, the park offers a location that could appeal to those seeking a quieter lifestyle or a base to explore the natural beauty of the region.
Grand View Mobile Home Park can be contacted at (719) 661-1573 or via mobile phone at +1 719-661-1573. While specific details about the park's environment, services, and features are limited on the open web, we can piece together a potential picture based on its category and the available, albeit contrasting, customer reviews.
As a mobile home park, the primary focus is typically on providing spaces for individuals and families to reside in their own mobile homes. This often entails offering essential utilities such as water, sewer, and electricity hookups. Depending on the park's infrastructure, there might also be amenities like trash disposal services and potentially common areas. For those searching under the "RV parks near me" category, it's plausible that Grand View Mobile Home Park might also accommodate recreational vehicles on a short-term or long-term basis, offering similar utility hookups designed for RVs.
The environment surrounding Grand View Mobile Home Park in Palmer Lake is likely to be a significant draw. Palmer Lake is known for its stunning natural landscapes, including the eponymous lake, mountain views, and access to outdoor activities. Residents and RVers staying at Grand View Mobile Home Park could potentially enjoy hiking, fishing, and exploring the charming town of Palmer Lake, which offers local shops and restaurants. The peaceful ambiance of the Tri-Lakes region, encompassing Palmer Lake, Monument, and Woodmoor, often attracts those seeking a respite from the hustle and bustle of larger cities.
However, it's crucial to consider the available customer feedback when evaluating Grand View Mobile Home Park. Reviews can offer valuable insights into the management and overall living experience. One review paints a concerning picture, alleging neglect of property maintenance, including issues with plumbing, pest control, and safety hazards like damaged stairs. This review specifically names an owner, John, and raises serious concerns about responsiveness to maintenance requests and interpersonal interactions.
Conversely, another review offers a more positive perspective, mentioning "a lot of good people in the park" and describing the owner as "a good guy" and the manager as "a great lady." This stark contrast in opinions highlights the subjective nature of reviews and the importance of gathering comprehensive and up-to-date information before making any decisions.
Given the limited information and the conflicting nature of the reviews, it is strongly recommended that prospective residents or RVers conduct thorough due diligence. This could involve contacting the park directly using the provided phone numbers to inquire about current rates, availability, amenities, and park rules. A personal visit to the property, if possible, would allow for a firsthand assessment of the environment, the condition of the facilities, and the overall atmosphere of the community. Speaking with current residents (if feasible) could also provide valuable, unbiased perspectives.
For individuals specifically searching for "RV parks near me," it's important to verify if Grand View Mobile Home Park indeed offers services tailored to RVs. This includes confirming the availability of appropriate hookups (electrical amperage, water, sewer), the size and accessibility of RV sites, and any specific amenities for RV travelers, such as dump stations or laundry facilities. While mobile home parks sometimes accommodate RVs, the infrastructure and focus might differ from dedicated RV parks.
Promotional information for Grand View Mobile Home Park is not readily available on the internet. Therefore, any specific offers or incentives would need to be obtained directly from the park management. When inquiring, it would be beneficial to ask about any current specials for long-term stays, seasonal rates for RVs (if applicable), or any community events or features that might enhance the living experience.
In conclusion, Grand View Mobile Home Park in Palmer Lake, Colorado, presents a location with potential appeal for those seeking mobile home living or possibly RV accommodations in a scenic area. However, the limited and conflicting customer reviews underscore the necessity for prospective residents or RVers to conduct thorough research and direct inquiries to the park management to gain a comprehensive and accurate understanding of the environment, services, and features offered. Visiting the park and speaking with current residents, if possible, would be highly advisable to make an informed decision.

Grand View Mobile Home Park Reviews
The owner refused to fix anything. I spent 2 hours under the trailer cleaning cat poop, which they claimed would end when the foxes came out and only provided a .99 can of air freshener. He also let our toilet and hit her sink get to mold before he would fix. My son AMD y pregnant wife had to fall before he would fix the stairs. Total slum lord. His name is John. Oh and he won't talk to you if your a man. He waits til your wife is home alone to confront.
