Crestline Manor Manufactured Home Community Introduce
Located at 4945 Mark Dabling Blvd #168 in Colorado Springs, CO 80918, USA, Crestline Manor Manufactured Home Community offers a residential setting for individuals and families seeking long-term housing. For those searching within the platform category of "RV parks near me" and considering a more permanent living arrangement beyond the typical short-term stays associated with recreational vehicle parks, Crestline Manor provides a manufactured home community. However, the available customer reviews highlight several significant concerns regarding the management and overall living conditions within the park.
One long-term resident of six years, whose son and his family also reside in the community for the same duration, expresses considerable dissatisfaction with the management. This resident recounts promises made by a former manager named April regarding stable rent, which have not been upheld, with rent reportedly increasing by over $50 annually. Furthermore, they cite issues with the park's maintenance, including untrimmed trees, raised and cracked sidewalks posing a safety hazard (particularly for a disabled resident who has fallen multiple times), and cars parked on sidewalks. The resident also raises concerns about the enforcement of pet policies, noting that dogs are "constantly off leash running around the park," in contrast to their own dog, which is always leashed. This review paints a picture of broken promises, neglected maintenance, safety issues, and inconsistent enforcement of community rules.
Another resident, who has lived in Crestline Manor with family for seven years, offers a slightly more nuanced perspective. They acknowledge an improvement in certain areas, such as snow plowing, since someone named Marc took over. However, they express significant dissatisfaction with another individual named Chris, presumably also part of the management. This resident reports unfulfilled promises regarding driveway repairs that were allegedly tied to a rent increase. They also describe disrespectful treatment towards their family, including short notice for yard cleaning and new restrictions on storing items outside, which had not been an issue previously. This review highlights inconsistencies in management effectiveness and a perceived decline in resident relations over time.
Considering the category "RV parks near me," it is important to emphasize that Crestline Manor Manufactured Home Community is designed for long-term residential living in manufactured homes, not for short-term RV stays. While some manufactured home communities might have limited capacity for temporary RV parking, their primary focus is on providing leased land for residents who own or rent their homes. The services and features typically include utility connections (water, sewer, electricity) to each lot and maintenance of common areas. However, the negative reviews for Crestline Manor raise questions about the quality and consistency of this maintenance.
Based on the available feedback, the environment within Crestline Manor appears to be a source of concern for some residents. The reports of untrimmed trees and cracked sidewalks suggest a lack of attention to landscaping and infrastructure maintenance, potentially impacting the aesthetic appeal and safety of the community. The issue of dogs running off-leash and cars parked on sidewalks further detracts from a safe and well-ordered environment.
Services at Crestline Manor should ideally include responsive management, regular maintenance of common areas, and consistent enforcement of community rules. However, the reviews suggest shortcomings in these areas. The broken promises about rent stability and driveway repairs, the alleged disrespectful treatment of residents, and the inconsistent enforcement of pet and parking policies indicate potential issues with the management's reliability and effectiveness.
Features of living in a manufactured home community can include a sense of community and the potential for more affordable housing compared to traditional site-built homes. However, the negative reviews for Crestline Manor do not strongly emphasize these aspects. While the long tenure of some residents suggests a degree of established community, the criticisms of management and maintenance may overshadow these potential benefits. The lack of mention of specific amenities like playgrounds or clubhouses in the reviews suggests that these may be limited or not a significant focus of the community.
Promotional information is not provided in the given text. Given the negative feedback, it is unlikely that the park is actively promoting itself based on current resident experiences. Individuals interested in exploring long-term residency at Crestline Manor Manufactured Home Community are encouraged to contact them directly at (719) 598-1110 or +1 719-598-1110 to inquire about lot availability, lease terms, and associated costs. However, it is strongly advised that potential residents approach such inquiries with caution and seek further information from independent sources, such as current residents not affiliated with management, to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the living conditions and management practices at Crestline Manor.
In conclusion, the available customer reviews for Crestline Manor Manufactured Home Community in Colorado Springs raise significant concerns regarding management inconsistencies, unfulfilled promises related to rent and maintenance, safety hazards due to neglected infrastructure, and inconsistent enforcement of community rules. While it serves as a long-term residential option, distinct from short-term "RV parks near me," prospective residents should carefully consider these reported issues and conduct thorough due diligence before making a decision about living in this community.

Crestline Manor Manufactured Home Community Reviews
I have lived here for 6 years and my son and his family has been here 6 years also. April was the manager when we first moved in they have been lying to us about different things since then. April told us the rent would stay the same and never change but every year it has went up 50 + dollars since. The trees are never trimmed. Sidewalks are raised and cracked. I'm disabled and have fallen numerous times. Dogs are constantly off leash running around the park. When my dog is never off leash. Cars parked on Sidewalks. What you need to do is buy mine and my sons trailers back for 30,000 more than what we paid. Or give me the manager position in the office. I would do a much better job than the women you have hired
Mar 07, 2025 · Rose GoldsteinI have lived here with family for 7 years, ever since Marc has come its been overall better in terms of plowing and other stuffs. Im not happy with Chris and how poorly she has been treating me and my family, we have been promised or at least told that our driveway was going to be repaired as part of the lot rent increase. That has not been done and she has not been the most respectful twords my family, giving us short notice to clean our yard and we have been told we can't store anything under anything outside wich has never been a problem. It really sucks to see this happen after us living here for so long and it sucks to see this happen.
Feb 28, 2025 · Devin SchikoraWe purchase our home in 2016 or 17 and pay our overcharged lot rent on time every month. We work full time and get along with moat of our neighbors. The new " office manager, Kris, is very condescending and rude. We are now being harasses by weekly notices and when we inquired what exactly the problem was, she could not give an answer. Only snarky, condescending offers of letting us know what the problem is after the next weekly inspection. The lot rent is outrageous and now more than our house payment. I've noticed several empty lots now, and I am dying to get out of here also. It used to be a nice place to live. We just want to be able to afford our home and be left alone. RHP should get rid of Kris immediately!
Jan 31, 2025 · Carrie LanceThis is actually a really nice, clean park. Some of the homes are older but it's very well maintained and you don't see a bunch of junk in the yard or broken down cars and things.
Apr 11, 2025 · Patty CakesThe stars are not important. But what is, I am going to mention. Ever since Marc has become our new maitance guy in the community. I have seen a big difference. He cares about his job, and it shows. Not only are the streets plowed, but the side walks as well. We usually do our side walks and others. Because that's just us. But not once before Marc has the side walks been taken care of. Not to mention, the plow actually works. When you see him. He's always working and giving honest answers. If he does not know. He replies, "Let me look into that." The past is the past. And Marc, I hope, stays forever. Now about the front office. Well, that's where the stars come in. We had a really great young lady, Kaitlyn. She honestly cared, and yes, her hands were tired. But at least she was at the office for one and not always on her cell phone. I know we have a new change in the office. I have met the new young lady at another community. We can not compare apples to oranges, but I'm excited to see what this young lady will bring to the table. I honestly don't like the blue clock on the window every day at different times, but people have to take their lunch or office duties while there. Now. Affordable housing is in question at this and other communities. Raising the rent for what? To keep up with denver? Whatever, we're not denver. This is mostly a retirement community with fixed income. Disability income, etc. We bought our homes not to go broke paying lot rent. RPH is according to their website at 6.5 billion dollar business. Maybe try to understand that. It's the lil people who will go broke at some point with all these hikes in lot rent. So please fight for your residence here. P.s. these dogs that are left out more than hr. And is disturbing. So, in closing. The crime rate here, I honestly know of none. It's quiet and now clean thanks to Marc. We have front Office managers that, to me, I can tolerate and excited she's here. Keep up the good work and bring down the lot rent.. but on the bright side I know my neighbors and get along with all those in eye sight. We take care of one another. That's what make living here pleasurable.
