This must be a joke! We got a violation today. Pictures will follow! 111 violation were handed out.So in the 11 years 2months, my wife and I have lived in this park. We have never caused a scene. Not even when they tree limb fell, from a tree they were supposed to trim.the excuse we got, (We ran out of money!) Know what we got to help out? Not even a wet are sorry, I missed work I has 18 staples. Then we were promised zero scape in your back yard 4 years ago won a contest for that still waiting.

Since Dave took over the reins of the park we finally have an operational office and a person ready to always kindly answer the phone and problems! It took me over a year to write a review, but I am so happy to say that Dave and Tong are doing an amazing job in keeping this park clean and tidy. What definitely convinced me to write today this, is that winter is here, and we had in the past some snow with slippery conditions. I was surprised and very pleased compared to last year’s management who did not help with the roads, Dave had his team out making all the private roads in the park clear. Truly appreciate it. Keep it up.

I have requested a fence between my home and the dumpsters. I gave up. With no management people get away with what ever. I have lost count of new managers. Now that there is a new manager that has lasted longer than any others that I'm aware of. He is doing a great job with what was handed to him. I hope he continues to do a great job and ignore the tenants that are mad because he is doing his job. I hope he gets the support from his Corporate Office. Good Job David Hermanson.
