Susan is also characterized as "very personable and kind," indicating a friendly and helpful management style that can contribute significantly to a positive resident experience.
However, one reviewer provided a four-star rating with specific feedback regarding the features of their rental unit. They noted the absence of a standard washer hookup and a normal dishwasher. While a countertop dishwasher was provided, it was described as "really small." Additionally, the dryer hookup was located in the smallest room of a two-bedroom unit, which might present logistical challenges for some residents. Despite these limitations within the rental unit, the reviewer did acknowledge that the rental was "very clean." They also expressed optimism that it would be a "great first rental" for their sons, suggesting that the overall positive aspects of the community might outweigh these specific inconveniences for some.
Considering these reviews, Green Country offers a clean and quiet community environment with a highly regarded office manager, Susan, who is praised for her exceptional service and personable demeanor. While some rental units may have limitations regarding standard appliance hookups, the cleanliness of the rentals and the overall peaceful atmosphere of the park appear to be significant advantages.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" who might be considering a longer-term stay in the Pryor, Oklahoma area, Green Country offers a different type of residential setting. While it's a manufactured home community rather than a traditional RV park, the quiet and clean environment, coupled with positive management feedback, could be appealing to those seeking a stable and well-maintained living space. The potential limitations within some rental units regarding appliance hookups are factors that prospective residents should inquire about based on their individual needs.
To gain a more comprehensive understanding of Green Country, it is recommended to contact them directly at (918) 825-6448 or +1 918-825-6448. Inquire about the types of accommodations available (e.g., mobile homes for rent or sale, potential long-term RV sites), the amenities offered within the community (such as laundry facilities, if washer/dryer hookups are limited in some units), pet policies, and any community features or events. It would be particularly beneficial to ask about the specific features of the rental units, including appliance hookups, to ensure they meet your requirements.
Given the positive feedback about Susan, the office manager, reaching out to her directly would be a good way to get detailed information about the community and available options. Asking about the age and condition of the homes, as well as any ongoing maintenance or upgrades within the park, could also be helpful in making an informed decision.
In conclusion, Green Country in Pryor, Oklahoma, appears to be a nice, quiet, and clean manufactured home community with exceptional management, particularly highlighted by the office manager, Susan. While some rental units may have limitations regarding standard appliance hookups, the overall positive environment and management could make it an attractive option for those seeking a long-term stay in the area, potentially as an alternative to traditional "RV parks near me." Green Country Reviews
It's a nice park. No much in the way of litter and not much noise.
Dec 22, 2024 · TommySusan (office manager) was exceptional! She was on top of returning my calls and answering any/all questions we had. She's very personable and kind.I only gave 4 stars because the rental itself doesn't have a washer hookup or normal dishwasher. The dryer hookup is located in the smallest room of a 2 bdrm. A countertop dishwasher was added, but it's really small. The rental was very clean though. I believe it will be a great first rental for my boys.
Feb 02, 2024 · Michele MaySusan was amazingly patient helping me complete forms for a family member. I was getting frustrated but she was not. She remained positive and helpful throughout the entire process. GREAT customer service.
Jan 15, 2024 · Veronica LawwillWe had some issues with our rental. I put in a work order and was very pleased to receive such a prompt response as to when we can expect maintenance to take care of the problems. I have received nothing but friendly service from the new park manager, Susan. She is very courteous and helpful. Thank you again Susan!!
Nov 20, 2023 · ginny RaithI spoke with the park manager about tenancy and let her know that my partner and I had less than desirable credit scores and was informed that it was NOT an issue, that with a higher deposit our credit scores didn't matter. With this information, she still took separate application fees and told us that we didn't get accepted due to not having the right credit scores for their park
