The manager is constantly on a complete power trip. She is rude and totally unprofessional. She makes up her own unreasonable, ridiculous rules that are nowhere in the contract and there’s not even any way to fight it because there’s no way to contact the owners. It’s “your property” only when it’s convenient for her (like when it’s time to cut the grass). She seriously couldn’t care less about keeping the tenants happy.
