Imperial Carson Mobile Home Introduce
Imperial Carson Mobile Home, situated at 21111 Dolores St in Carson, California, offers a unique living environment as a resident-owned mobile home park. For individuals searching within the category of "RV parks near me" who are considering a long-term stay in a mobile home community with a sense of ownership and neighborly interaction, Imperial Carson Mobile Home presents several aspects to consider based on available resident reviews.
One notable feature of Imperial Carson Mobile Home is that "All are owner occupied which is nice." This characteristic often fosters a greater sense of community and investment in the park's upkeep and overall well-being, as residents have a direct stake in the property. Owner-occupied parks can sometimes have more stable rules and a stronger sense of belonging among the residents.
The reviews mention some of the amenities available within the park. There is a "Pool" and a "Jacuzzi" that residents can use. However, one resident noted that the "Pool is to cold and have asked to make warmer. Doesn't happen..." This suggests that while a pool is present, its usability might be limited by the water temperature, and requests for improvement may not be addressed. In contrast, the "Jacuzzi is nice," although the "Jets don't work that well." This indicates that while a jacuzzi is available, its functionality might be less than optimal. The same reviewer also mentioned that "Kids in it most of the time if pool to cold..," which could be a factor for those seeking a quieter adult environment in these recreational areas.
The physical environment of the park has both positive and negative aspects according to the reviews. On the downside, "The roads are very bumpy..." This could impact the comfort of driving and walking within the community and might be a consideration for individuals with mobility issues or those concerned about the wear and tear on their vehicles or RVs (if long-term RV stays are permitted, which is not explicitly stated). On the positive side, "The neighbors are very nice." A friendly neighborly atmosphere is a significant asset in any residential community, contributing to a positive living experience and a sense of support.
A unique social aspect of Imperial Carson Mobile Home is the "yard sales." One resident mentioned that "The yard sales are fun with tamales and other food. I suggest come to their yard sales." This suggests that the community hosts regular yard sales that are not only opportunities for buying and selling but also social events with food, fostering community interaction and a lively atmosphere on those occasions.
Regarding the management, one reviewer commented that "Management trys her best to keep owners in line." This implies that there is active management involved in maintaining community standards and addressing any issues that may arise among the residents. The effectiveness of the management in addressing concerns and enforcing rules can significantly impact the quality of life in a mobile home park.
It is important to note that one of the reviews appears to be mistakenly placed, as it discusses the quality of chicken and toasted bread, which is unrelated to a mobile home park. This feedback should be disregarded when evaluating Imperial Carson Mobile Home itself.
For individuals searching within "RV parks near me," Imperial Carson Mobile Home, being primarily a resident-owned mobile home park, may or may not cater to traditional short-term or long-term RV stays. It is crucial for RV owners to contact the park directly to inquire about their policies on accommodating RVs, the availability of suitable spaces with necessary hookups, and any specific regulations that might apply to RV residents.
Carson, where Imperial Carson Mobile Home is located, is a city in the South Bay region of Los Angeles County. Chicken is very good, was not happy with the toasted bread/Bun provided with the no combo it tastes like it was tosted on a lunch truck grill. The fries are not crispy! Overall I'll give it a 3 🌟 sorry!

Jan 24, 2019 · Tiana burkhammerI was there with my friend to help him. The Place looked clean, and the Mobile Homes were in good condition.
Dec 27, 2023 · Raymond WeatherspoonThis place is pretty neat. It has a pool and a hot tub and many mobile homes. The manager is kinda mean but overall it's pretty nice
May 11, 2019 · Manuel GutierrezThe manager appeared on "World's Dumbest" as "The Paper Lady". She is a complete joke and just recently she signed a "contract" with a nearby towing company and now everybody that parks outside their residence for more than "5 minutes" is getting their car towed. The towing company also charges between 80- 90 dollars to unhook their car from yours which is ridiculous and is probably illegal. That's not the worst part, the manager is always on an extreme power- trip, she called the cops on some kid who was "trespassing" (which he wasn't because he was an invited to the pool by one of the family's) and also because he "turned his back to her whilst she was talking" I don't understand how that is a criminal offence. *1 star*
