Indio Springs RV Resort(Dogs are under strict regulations) Introduce
Welcome to Indio Springs RV Resort, located at 84250 Indio Springs Pkwy, Indio, CA 92203, USA. For local users seeking "RV parks near me," particularly those looking for a comfortable and convenient long-term stay while working in the Indio area, Indio Springs RV Resort presents itself as a viable option. One reviewer noted it as a "Great place to live while camping in our fifth wheel while working locally," highlighting its suitability for individuals or families who require extended accommodation in their RVs due to employment in the region.
The resort's environment is not extensively detailed in the provided reviews, but the positive comment regarding it being a "great place to live" suggests a generally agreeable setting for long-term RV living. RV resorts often offer a structured environment with designated sites, utility hookups (including water, electricity, and sewer), and potentially some landscaping or communal areas. While specific details about the aesthetic appeal or natural surroundings of Indio Springs RV Resort are not available in the reviews, the overall impression from the positive comment is that it provides a satisfactory living space for those working in the vicinity.
However, it is crucial to note a significant point raised by another reviewer concerning pet policies: "The only problem we have is that we can’t walk our dog inside the resort park, they should at least have a dog run somewhere in the resort park." This indicates that Indio Springs RV Resort has "strict regulations" regarding dogs, as mentioned in its name. Specifically, it appears that walking dogs within the park is prohibited, which could be a major consideration for RV travelers who have canine companions. The reviewer's suggestion for a designated dog run highlights a potential area for improvement that would better accommodate pet owners staying at the resort.
The strict regulations regarding dogs imply that pet owners considering Indio Springs RV Resort should inquire in detail about the specific rules and any designated areas for pets. This might include where dogs are permitted to relieve themselves, whether there are any size or breed restrictions, leash requirements outside of designated areas (if any), and the consequences of not adhering to these regulations. Understanding these rules is essential for pet owners to ensure a comfortable and compliant stay at the resort.
In terms of services and features, the reviews provide limited information. The positive comment from a working camper suggests that the resort likely offers the basic necessities for long-term RV living, such as full hookups. However, details about other potential amenities, such as laundry facilities, restrooms and showers, Wi-Fi access, recreational areas (e.g., swimming pool, communal lounge), or any organized activities, are not mentioned. For local users comparing "RV parks near me," it would be beneficial to contact Indio Springs RV Resort directly to obtain a comprehensive list of the services and features available to guests.
The lack of detailed information about amenities makes it challenging to provide a complete picture of the resort's offerings. However, the fact that someone found it to be a "great place to live" while working locally implies that it meets the fundamental needs of long-term RV residents. This could include a secure environment, reliable utilities, and a location that is convenient for accessing workplaces or local amenities in Indio.
No specific promotional information is available in the provided reviews. Therefore, local users interested in potential deals, discounts for long-term stays, or any special offers should contact Indio Springs RV Resort directly using the provided phone numbers: (760) 347-7749 or +1 760-347-7749. They may also have a website or online presence where promotional details could be found.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Indio, CA, Indio Springs RV Resort presents a location that is appreciated by at least one long-term working camper. It is essential to obtain detailed information about these regulations and any pet-friendly facilities (or lack thereof) at the resort before making a decision. Additionally, inquiring about the full range of services and features available will help prospective guests determine if Indio Springs RV Resort meets their specific needs and preferences for a long-term or short-term RV stay.
To gain a more complete understanding of Indio Springs RV Resort, local users are encouraged to contact the park management directly to inquire about:

- Rates for daily, weekly, and long-term stays.

Great place to live while camping in our fifth wheel while working locally.

Dec 10, 2024 · Lou NobleVery friendly people, beautiful main areas.
Dec 10, 2022 · Patricia MasseGreat spot, lots of activities. Super friendly people and a great pickleball community. I would give it 5 stars if it had a gym. Weird, most parks do.
Apr 16, 2024 · Jay EssGreat place! Immaculate, manicured grounds. You can stay for only nine months, a policy that keeps the happy resort feeling of the place. Generally the folks are nice residents who are friendly. Most are very active retirees; seems most were of white collar professions. Half or maybe more than half are snow bird Canadians. This resort is full of on and off site activities during the snow/rain bird season. Two pools (one a salt water pool), jacuzzi, saunas, volleyball, billiards, horseshoes, pickle ball (like a tennis-ping pong fusion), shuffleboard, golfing practice areas, and centers with equipment for various crafting hobbies. It's a very short walk over to all the fun and restaurants at Fantasy Springs Casino (my fav are the concerts). WONDERFUL UPDATE of Feb. 2021: In compliance with CA Civil Code 4715, the resort has initiated a moderate pet policy--only smaller dogs allowed which is reasonable given the small size of the units, and a cat is fine. Keep your pet on your property, not to be in common areas. For details and a pet form, see the office. Forgot to mention that the park has beautiful views--mountains, city lights at night, and the Colorado River which is piped in and circulating around the park in a very tastefully designed river with large beautiful fish; it swells to pond dimensions here and there with pretty arched bridges that take you to the main clubhouse.
