Jackson Mobile Home Park Reviews
My fiancé and I packed up and moved from Arizona on a total whim, not really knowing what to expect. We didn’t have a detailed plan we just knew we wanted a fresh start. We ended up finding this mobile home park, and honestly, it couldn’t have worked out better. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. It was quiet, clean, and had a sense of calm that we hadn’t felt in a while.Over time, it’s really become home. The neighbors are kind, there’s a strong sense of community, and you can tell people take pride in living here. Management has been responsive and continues to make improvements that show they care. It’s not just a place to stay it’s a place to settle, to breathe, and to build something new.I know some reviews can paint a rough picture, but our experience has been the opposite. This place gave us a fresh start and a safe, comfortable space to build a life together and we’re grateful for that Thank you Jackson mobile park for all you do!
May 02, 2025 · HarleyManager was amazing but corporate is unprofessional. They denied an application of mine due to a man who has Alpert nephritis or ckd. He had helped his exs daughter out cause the mom was too lazy to hire someone and he was letting her use the bathroom she was a mentally handicapped woman and she sat on the toilet too long. He wasn’t a nurse or anything and I still after a week and after a great recommendation from the apartment he’s been at for a year still no one from corporate has responded. Thanks for just taking my money and thanks for being so professional concerning this matter. I will be contacting a lawyer thank you.
Mar 08, 2025 · Allison BaileyI'd like to start by saying Jackson MHPs response to the Violets review is a bold faced lie. We were without water for 14 days. Not only did I personally address the issue with park management THE DAY after it happened, the park manager told me to my face that it was the parks fault, and they would have it fixed. This lasted for 14 consecutive days with no updates whatsoever unless I showed up in person to inquire about the issue. Every single time park management claimed responsibility for the issue, and still strung us along for two weeks claiming it would be fixed, it was not fixed as of the time we moved out. The park claims they "promptly sent someone to address the issue the day they were notified" and that was a plumber that looked at the meter for a grand total of 5 minutes before telling me it was the parks fault, and that it would be fixed. Regardless of the responsibility here, it should be known that Jackson MHPs response to the previous review by Violet is simply a lie. This place takes advantage of people all around, and the parks reputation for this carries forth unto the new year. Don't come here, the price for the trailers in question are a scam. I was set to pay 16K for a trailer built in 1968, my 20 year old self didn't know just how much of a scam that was. Please pick a better place to live.
Dec 27, 2024 · Ozbourne ThompsonAwful place, lived there for 2 years and just recently had to move (quite suddenly) this December due to the park management messing up our water meter somehow & giving us lip service for 2 weeks abt fixing it. Never got it fixed! Went w/o running water for 2 WEEKS directly after Thanksgiving. I personally wld call what the park did to us as a self help eviction & to top it all off, the park manager (one who gave us endless lip service abt our water) came by when we were moving & told my partner to his face TWICE abt how they 'wldnt take us to court over this' wow its almost like we cld take YALL to court & win for what was done to us. You people are sad & took away our humanity w the no water. Id steer clear of here, no good!
Dec 26, 2024 · Violet SkyyThis is for James McBride, owner of JMHP. There was a significant drop in water pressure on January 17, 2025. It remains very low now 45 days later. At best, 20psi. Much lower between 6-10 pm. Haven't had a decent shower in 45 days so far. Is anything going to be done? Are we expected to just accept this? People in here need to speak up. One star bomb this place until something is done. I bet that'd get somebody's attention. Two months of third world country water pressure so far. Only course of action at this point is to GTFOH ASAP. I would not wish this place on anyone. So, the pressure comes back up today, 4/15/25. Three damn months later. THREE MONTHS! Don't know how long it will last. Still doing everything I can to be out of here by fall.
