This community offers a range of living options, primarily focusing on manufactured homes, and may also accommodate those looking for "RV parks near me" depending on available space and amenities.
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me," Cozy Manufactured Home Community presents a location within Jackson, Michigan that could potentially serve as a temporary or longer-term stay. However, based on the available reviews, the primary focus of this community appears to be on manufactured homes rather than dedicated RV facilities. While the reviews do mention amenities like a pool and workout equipment, they are discussed in the context of the residents of the manufactured home community. Therefore, if you are an RVer, it is advisable to directly contact Cozy Manufactured Home Community to inquire about the availability of RV sites, hookups (water, electricity, sewer), and any specific amenities tailored for RVs. Understanding their capacity and offerings for RVs will help determine if it meets your needs within the "RV parks near me" search.
For those interested in the manufactured home community aspect, the reviews provide a mixed perspective. One recent review expresses significant concerns regarding the maintenance of community amenities. This resident, who had previously left a positive review, notes a decline in maintenance over the past four months. Specifically, they mention that the pool, which was once well-maintained, is now "positively disgusting" and they are hesitant to swim in it. They also point out that half of the workout equipment is broken. This reviewer expresses frustration with the increasing rent costs (ranging from $835 to $2000 or more with annual rent raises) not being reflected in the upkeep of the facilities. Further concerns raised include the lack of streetlights throughout the community, making it "entirely too dark," and old, broken playground equipment deemed unsafe for children. The reviewer feels that the current state of the community does not justify the charges.
On a more positive note, another review highlights a positive experience with Julie, who was helpful in selecting a new home and answering questions. This reviewer also mentions that the maintenance personnel were polite and addressed details as promised. This suggests that while there might be broader issues with the overall maintenance of community amenities, individual interactions with certain staff members can be positive and efficient.
Considering these reviews, the environment of Cozy Manufactured Home Community seems to have areas that need attention. While the initial impression or interactions with sales staff might be positive, the upkeep of shared facilities like the pool, workout area, and playground appears to be a concern for at least one resident. The lack of adequate lighting in the community is also a significant point raised. However, the politeness and helpfulness of some staff members, particularly in handling individual home-related maintenance, are acknowledged.
In terms of services and features mentioned, the community includes a pool, workout equipment, and a playground. However, the current condition of these amenities, as described in one of the reviews, raises questions about their usability and maintenance standards. The availability and quality of maintenance services seem to be a point of contention, with one resident experiencing a decline, while another found the maintenance personnel polite and effective for specific tasks. The presence of a playground suggests that families with children reside in the community, but its reported condition (old and broken) is a safety concern.

In conclusion, Cozy Manufactured Home Community is located in Jackson, MI, and can be contacted at (517) 787-0480. Cozy Manufactured Home Community Reviews
I left a review 4 months ago. Since that time, the maintenance is getting worse. The pool USED TO BE well maintained. Over the last 4 months that has changed. We pay all this money ( anywhere from $835 to $2000 or better) for rent with rent raises practically every year, half the workout equipment is broken, and the pool is no longer maintained. It's positively disgusting , I'm afraid to swim in it. In my attached photos, is a picture of how the pool actually looks, and how it should look. We DEFINITELY need maintenance men that actually care about their job, and the people that live in the community. If it were them and their family living in the community, they would want properly functioning exercise equipment and they would want a clean sanitized pool to swim in, not the nasty pool we currently have. Also we need street lights throughout the community, it's entirely to dark, the playground equipment is old and broken, not safe for kids to play on. I mentioned this in my last review and nothing has changed. With all the issues here, it's not worth what we're being charged.

Nov 05, 2024 · Cathy FitzgeraldThis Community is really looking sharp! Julie has made many improvements throughout the community over the past couple of years. The pool area is beautiful and the workout facility is awesome!! So nice to see ! Great place to live!
Sep 20, 2024 · Michelle WeberI lived there for a year and never had a issue with anyone. I absolutely loved it there, but we moved on July 1st 2024 because we wanted to start fresh out of state. I would live there again if I had too. We love the Maintenance guy Robert and Julie is very sweet and understanding.
