When considering an RV park or mobile home community, several factors typically come into play: the environment, available services, unique features, and any ongoing promotions. To provide an objective overview of Jackson RV & Mobile Home Park, we will consider publicly available information, including customer reviews found online.
Based on recent customer feedback, it appears that the current environment and maintenance of Jackson RV & Mobile Home Park are areas of significant concern for some residents. Multiple reviews describe the property as being in disrepair. Issues highlighted include the presence of numerous potholes throughout the roads within the park, creating potentially hazardous driving conditions. Furthermore, there are mentions of poor to non-existent lighting across the property, which could raise safety concerns, particularly during nighttime hours.
The upkeep of the grounds also seems to be a point of contention. Reviews mention damaged trees, some marked for removal for an extended period following a tornado, that reportedly have not been addressed. Additionally, there are claims of homes exhibiting signs of disrepair, such as sagging porches and missing skirting. The overall impression from these reviews is that the property's aesthetic appeal and general maintenance are lacking.
In terms of services, it's noted in one review that residents are allegedly not permitted to maintain their own lawns and must rely on park management for this service, despite concerns about the quality and frequency of the maintenance provided. This review also mentions an increasing maintenance fee without a perceived improvement in the landscaping or general upkeep of the property, with complaints about trees and bushes growing against homes.
Regarding features and amenities, the available information, particularly the customer reviews, suggests a lack of family-friendly amenities and a general absence of investment in improving the property. One review explicitly states the absence of family-friendly amenities and the lack of working lights, further contributing to safety and usability concerns within the park.
Promotional information is not readily available in the provided data. Customer reviews often reflect personal experiences and may not encompass any ongoing special offers or incentives the park might be providing to attract new residents or RV travelers.
It is important to consider that the provided information is based on a limited number of customer reviews, and these represent individual experiences. However, the consistency in the negative feedback regarding the property's condition and management responsiveness warrants careful consideration for potential residents or short-term visitors.
The reviews express significant dissatisfaction with the management, particularly concerning the responsiveness to repair requests and the handling of maintenance issues. One reviewer detailed a two-year wait for repairs promised after tornado damage, attributing the lack of action to negligence in removing damaged trees. This individual also mentioned a lack of communication from management regarding these issues.
Another recurring theme in the reviews is the perceived lack of value for the maintenance fees being charged, with residents questioning where this money is being allocated given the apparent state of disrepair of the park's infrastructure and grounds. The increase in maintenance fees without a corresponding improvement in services or property conditions is a significant concern raised by at least one reviewer.
Furthermore, concerns about community rules and enforcement are mentioned, specifically regarding dogs being off-leash and unsupervised. This can be a safety concern for other residents and their pets.
The overall sentiment from the provided reviews paints a picture of a mobile home and RV park that is currently facing significant challenges in terms of maintenance, infrastructure, and management responsiveness. Potential users searching for "RV parks near me" or considering long-term residency in Jackson RV & Mobile Home Park should be aware of these concerns as expressed by current or former residents.
Given the information available, it would be prudent for prospective residents or RV travelers to conduct thorough due diligence. This could include visiting the property in person to assess the conditions firsthand, speaking with current residents if possible, and inquiring directly with the management about the specific concerns raised in the reviews and any plans for addressing them. It is also advisable to compare Jackson RV & Mobile Home Park with other "RV parks near me" to ensure the chosen location meets your needs and expectations regarding environment, services, and overall quality.
While the provided information focuses on negative feedback, it is essential to remember that experiences can vary. However, the detailed and consistent nature of the concerns raised in the reviews suggests that potential users should approach this location with caution and seek further information before making a decision.
In conclusion, based on the available online reviews, Jackson RV & Mobile Home Park appears to be facing significant challenges related to property maintenance, infrastructure, and management responsiveness. Individuals searching for "RV parks near me" or considering this location for long-term living should carefully weigh these concerns and conduct further investigation to determine if it meets their requirements.

Jackson RV & Mobile Home Park Reviews
I'm in the process of selling my home. I've had very little contact with the current manager except to find out when repairs promised by the owner Tim would be made. Promises made 2 years ago after the tornado damaged my home due to the negligence in removing damaged trees that had been marked for months. Still waiting. The property is still a mess. Potholes everywhere, poor to no lighting on property. Homes damaged with sagging porches and without skirting, dogs off leash and running unsupervised. I could go on. All you have to do is drive around. Side note, I chose not to pay the lot rent because I will take a loss on my home sale due to damage not being repaired. Kody never did get back to me and frankly I'm tired of the run around with Park Nation. Be warned. They haven't managed to send out a new lease in over a year and keep raising their maintenance fee. I don't think remembering to cut the grass is worth the yearly increase. They won't allow you to do it yourself, you have to wait on them. They do no actual landscaping. Trees and bushes are growing against my house. Again, drive around and see for yourself. 4 years of this and you understand why no one is moving here. The few that did move in, left already. Keep looking. You can do better.
Sep 21, 2023 · Samantha DolsonThe roads are a mess. The dead trees still not removed after being marked over 6 months ago. There are no family friendly amenities and no working lights as you drive around potholes at night. The homes are dated and in disrepair. No one seems to care about this property. Add to that the maintenance fee. Where is that money going? Spoke with management. If any of the promises made are kept, I will update this review. For now, don’t walk away from this park, RUN!
