Jefferson Pointe Mobile Home Park Introduce
For local users searching for "rv parks near me" or "mobile home park near me" in the Bald Knob, Arkansas area, Jefferson Pointe Mobile Home Park, located at 205 Leah Ln, Bald Knob, AR 72010, USA, presents a residential option that warrants careful consideration based on available customer reviews. While the platform category might primarily focus on RV parks, Jefferson Pointe appears to cater to both mobile home residents and RV travelers seeking longer-term stays. However, the feedback from residents and their families raises significant concerns regarding living conditions, billing practices, and management responsiveness, which potential residents should be aware of.
The environment of Jefferson Pointe Mobile Home Park appears to have undergone some positive external improvements, with one reviewer noting that "they have fixed the outside to look nice." This suggests that the aesthetic appeal of the park's common areas might be satisfactory. However, this positive aspect seems to be contrasted by concerns about the condition of the individual mobile homes. The same reviewer, whose son resides in the park, expresses worry about their grandchildren's living conditions, citing issues ranging from "leaky roof to electrical and breaker problems." This indicates that while the overall park appearance might be improving, the structural integrity and maintenance of the individual units may be a significant concern for residents.
The services and amenities at Jefferson Pointe Mobile Home Park also appear to have some shortcomings, particularly for RV residents. One long-term RV guest reported that the washers and dryers were no longer available, and access to a restroom within the RV park had also been discontinued. This lack of essential amenities could be a significant inconvenience for travelers who rely on these facilities. Furthermore, the same reviewer highlighted a concerning billing practice, stating they "almost always battled being over charged" for utilities. Residents pay for their own water, sewer, trash, and electric, in addition to lot rent, but reportedly do not receive individual bills for these services. Instead, they are expected to pay a stated amount, often with a short payment window of five days or less after posting. This lack of transparency in billing and the need to dispute charges raise serious concerns about the financial management of the park.
Another significant issue raised in the reviews pertains to the management's responsiveness to maintenance requests. The relative of a mobile home resident claims that when issues are reported, such as leaky roofs or electrical problems, the management tends to react with anger and apply temporary fixes rather than addressing the problems permanently or adequately. This suggests a potential lack of commitment to ensuring safe and well-maintained living conditions for residents. In contrast, the RV park reviewer offered a positive note regarding the maintenance man, stating they do a "great job keeping everything looking clean and maintained" and respond "almost immediately" to maintenance issues within the RV area. This discrepancy in maintenance responsiveness between the mobile home and RV sections of the park is noteworthy.
The features of Jefferson Pointe Mobile Home Park, based on the reviews, seem somewhat limited and potentially declining. The discontinuation of laundry facilities and restroom access for RV guests reduces the overall convenience and appeal of the RV park section. While the external appearance of the park is reportedly improving, this does not seem to translate to the quality and maintenance of the individual living units, particularly the mobile homes. The lack of after-hours support for emergencies is another significant drawback mentioned by the RV resident, potentially leaving residents vulnerable in critical situations. On a positive note, the presence of a dedicated maintenance person who keeps the grounds clean and responds quickly to RV maintenance requests is a beneficial feature for RV residents, although this does not seem to extend to the mobile homes.
There is no promotional information provided in the reviews for Jefferson Pointe Mobile Home Park. Instead, the feedback serves as a cautionary note for potential residents. The RV reviewer concluded that the park might be a "nice place to be if $$$$ is no problem and you don’t care what your bills are," highlighting the potential for overcharging and the lack of billing transparency as significant financial drawbacks. The concerns raised about the condition of the mobile homes and the management's handling of maintenance requests further detract from any potential promotional appeal. Prospective residents are strongly advised to proceed with extreme caution and to thoroughly investigate the current living conditions, billing practices, and management policies before committing to residency at Jefferson Pointe Mobile Home Park.
In conclusion, for local users searching for "rv parks near me" or "mobile home park near me" in Bald Knob, AR, Jefferson Pointe Mobile Home Park presents a mixed picture based on the available reviews. While some external improvements are noted and the maintenance man in the RV park is praised, significant concerns are raised regarding the condition of the mobile homes, billing irregularities for RV residents, and a perceived lack of adequate and permanent maintenance solutions from the management for mobile home issues. The discontinuation of laundry and restroom facilities for RV guests further diminishes its appeal as an RV park. Potential residents are strongly encouraged to contact Jefferson Pointe Mobile Home Park at (501) 530-0735 or +1 501-530-0735 to seek clarification on these issues and to conduct a thorough on-site inspection before making any decisions about residency.

Jefferson Pointe Mobile Home Park Reviews
I don't live here, but my son lives at Jefferson Pointe. They have fixed the outside to look nice, but the trailers are not up to par and I truly worry about my grandchildren. From leaky roof to electrical and breaker problems. It seems like when they ask for things to be fixed the management gets angry with them and slaps a temporary bandage on the problem, but does not permanently or adequately fix.
Dec 15, 2023 · Vanessa BAppealing Rv park but do beware. Stayed in the RV park for over a year and almost always battled being over charged. Would have to bring to attention and sometimes it would get adjusted back to a more logical rate after having to contact a local department and proving documentation. You pay your own water, sewer, trash, electric, and lot rent. Don’t expect to see your lots actually water bill, sewer bill, or electric bill. You pay what they say and you usually have 5 days or less to pay after it is posted. The water is brown and most of the time has dirt particles. There are no washers and dryers anymore and no more access to a restroom in the RV park. Also, no one after hours incasing there is an issue/emergency. On the positive side the maintenance man at the rv park does a great job keeping everything looking clean and maintained and if there is a maintenance issue, he is there almost immediately trying to take care of the problem. Overall the park is a nice place to be if $$$$ is no problem and you don’t care what your bills are.

Aug 17, 2023 · Angela FloresThey are doing a good job at trying to get the place fixed up. Little by little it is starting to look good. Oh the last review I did was for another place and I accidentally hit this one. Sorry if it upset anyone. This a nice place and the folks here are truly wonderful and compassionate.
