King's Row Manufactured Home Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Houston, Texas area, you might come across King's Row Manufactured Home, located at 10810 Telephone Rd, Houston, TX 77075, USA. While primarily a manufactured home community, some of its features and the experiences of its residents may be relevant for individuals considering various long-term accommodation options, potentially including RV living within such a community. It's important to consider all available feedback to form a comprehensive understanding.
One reviewer expressed significant dissatisfaction with the responsiveness of the management, particularly concerning the maintenance of trees within the property. This resident, who pays $800 per month in rent, reported "nagging about this rotten tree since I moved here." They described the tree as losing branches every time it rains, posing a potential safety hazard. Despite repeated communication with someone named Mariela, who reportedly stated they were "looking for a company to cut down the trees," the issue apparently remained unresolved. The reviewer expressed frustration that the monthly rent should be sufficient to cover such necessary maintenance, suggesting a lack of attention to resident concerns regarding safety and property upkeep. This perspective is crucial for anyone considering a long-term stay, whether in a manufactured home or potentially an RV, within this community.
The same reviewer speculated that they were "not the only tenant asking for dangerous trees to be cut down," indicating a potentially broader issue related to tree maintenance and safety within King's Row Manufactured Home. They advised potential investors to "move your investment here at your own risk," suggesting concerns about the overall management and maintenance of the property. However, they also noted that "If they would cut down all these rotten trees this place is good to live," implying that the community has other positive aspects that are being overshadowed by this particular maintenance issue.
In contrast, another resident who has been living at King's Row for "3 years so far" shared a more positive overall experience. They stated that "it’s been good," indicating general satisfaction with the community over a longer period. This provides a more balanced perspective, suggesting that while there may be specific issues, some residents find the community to be a positive living environment. For those exploring "RV parks near me" for a potentially extended stay, this longer-term positive experience is worth noting.
This second reviewer did mention a drawback, stating that "Parking situation isn’t the greatest but it’s not horrendous." This is a practical consideration for RV owners, as parking space and accessibility are crucial factors. While not a deal-breaker for this resident, it's an aspect that potential RV residents would need to assess based on the size and maneuverability of their RV and the availability of suitable parking within the community.
On a more positive note, the second reviewer highlighted that "Anytime I’ve had a situation, it’s been solved appropriately." This contradicts the first reviewer's experience with the tree issue and suggests that the management is generally responsive and effective in addressing other resident concerns. This inconsistency in reported management responsiveness underscores the importance of seeking current and diverse feedback when evaluating potential "RV parks near me," especially those that are primarily manufactured home communities.
Finally, this second resident mentioned that "The events they hold are cool too." This indicates that King's Row Manufactured Home fosters a sense of community by organizing social events for its residents. Such community engagement can be a significant benefit for those seeking a more connected living environment, whether in a manufactured home or an RV. For individuals looking for "RV parks near me" with a social aspect, this is a potentially attractive feature.
In considering King's Row Manufactured Home as a potential option when searching for "RV parks near me" in Houston, TX, it is essential to weigh the positive aspects, such as the reported good overall experience of a long-term resident and the presence of community events, against the concerns raised by another resident regarding tree maintenance and potentially inconsistent management responsiveness. The parking situation is also a factor that RV owners would need to evaluate.
Given that King's Row is primarily a manufactured home community, the infrastructure and amenities may be geared more towards permanent or semi-permanent housing rather than the specific needs of RV travelers. However, for those seeking a long-term, potentially more affordable option within the Houston area, exploring such communities as possibilities for RV living might be worthwhile. It would be prudent to inquire directly with the management about the park's policies on RVs, the availability of suitable spaces, and the amenities offered to RV residents.
To gain a clearer understanding of whether King's Row Manufactured Home could be a suitable option for your needs when searching for "RV parks near me," it is recommended to contact them directly at (713) 991-2660 or +1 713-991-2660. Inquire about their policies regarding RVs, the types of spaces available, the amenities offered to RV residents, and their approach to property maintenance and addressing resident concerns. Gathering current and detailed information will help you make an informed decision based on your specific requirements for long-term RV living in the Houston area.

1 star because they don’t listen to your concerns.I been nagging about this rotten tree since I moved here. Every time it rains it looses branches. Fortunately none have caused severe damages YET. Every time mariela would tell me they were looking for a company to cut down the trees. I pay 800 dollars a month in rent. You would think that be enough to cover someone to come cut this rotten tree down. I’m sure I’m not the only tenant asking for dangerous trees to be cut down. Move your investment here at your own risk. If they would cut down all these rotten trees this place is good to live.

Feb 04, 2025 · christian salinas maresOne of the worst experiences I have ever had with a manager and employees at the office. They never answered the phone, they give you the runaround, they don’t solve any problems or issue I have 5 mobile homes I own and I rent there since 2017 and this management team has been by far the worst. I don’t even know how they have a job, they do not care about their residents, the parking is horrible. Random people park in my driveways, uneducated and unprofessional residents. Management has no response time, the towing doesn’t even respond. This has been the worst experience since this manager took over. I have been here for several years and these girls do not know what they are doing. All the meters are extremely out of date, very dangerous. Trees are hanging over the roofs of mobile homes, they don’t even cut the branches and keepUp with the maintenance. They charge very expensive but they do not come to par for what they charge you. The corporate office in California is also a huge mess. All my documentation are not correct, the manager doesn’t answer either. I would not live here until the management changes or they get bought out. I will be removing my mobile homes from here to another community that really does care and knows how to take care of their responsibilities.
