La Pacifica RV Park's location in San Ysidro provides convenient access to the border crossing and related commercial activities. San Ysidro is a bustling area with a significant amount of cross-border traffic and a diverse cultural environment. The customer reviews for La Pacifica RV Park present a stark contrast in experiences. One reviewer expressed significant dissatisfaction, citing several serious concerns. These included alleged incidents of drunk drivers entering the park and damaging property, excessive noise from motorcycles without proper exhaust systems coming from Tijuana starting early in the morning (reportedly reaching 90 decibels inside the camper), and a foul odor from the Tijuana River that was sometimes strong enough to be visually apparent and disruptive to sleep.
This negative review also described the community as "fairly unfriendly," with allegations of children shouting racial slurs and engaging in disruptive behavior such as constant screaming and kicking balls into vehicles. The reviewer also mentioned being charged for breaking a lease despite claiming no fixed end date and being charged extra rent upon departure to avoid the unpleasant conditions.
In stark contrast, another reviewer, identifying as CN, praised Kenya and Carla for "Great service In making there customers an resident very Happy and always working with me returning calls back Great Job ! Awesome service Thank you Ladies." This positive feedback highlights positive interactions with specific staff members and suggests that some residents have had positive experiences with the park's management and customer service.
Given these conflicting reviews, it is crucial for potential residents to carefully consider the issues raised in the negative feedback alongside the positive comments about the staff. The environmental concerns (noise and odor) and the allegations of community issues (unfriendly atmosphere and disruptive behavior) are significant factors that may impact the quality of living at La Pacifica RV Park.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me," La Pacifica RV Park's location in San Ysidro might be convenient for certain needs, but the strong negative review regarding environmental and community issues should not be ignored. It is essential to conduct thorough due diligence before making a decision.

A visit could provide a better understanding of the noise levels, potential odors, the overall atmosphere of the park, and the condition of the facilities.
While the positive review suggests good customer service from specific staff members, the serious concerns raised in the negative review warrant careful consideration. The proximity to the border may be a draw for some, but the potential downsides related to noise, odor, and community behavior could outweigh the benefits for others.

La Pacifica RV Park Reviews
Do you like drunk drivers running into your lot and running over your property? How about the motorcycles coming out of Tijuana starting at 4am with no legal exhaust pipes? Inside my camper it was a regular 90 decibels. Beyond that, the smell of the Tijuana river was so bad at times you could see a film in the air, and it even woke me up in the night. The community was fairly unfriendly, children in the park shouted racial slurs at our neighbor, constantly scream, kick balls into your vehicles. We waited for the month to be up and with no "lease end date" they still charged us for breaking a lease, charged us a few extra days of rent, when we drove off to escape the smell.Best thing about this place is that it's in my rearview mirror, forever.

Dec 02, 2024 · Carolina NunezNot safe, not clean needs a lot of improvements, management people are not doing the best to help tenants and create a good community, there's always people leaving the park and new one's coming but the problem on the park are the same ones.

Nov 24, 2024 · Doro BelecheThis place is good the only problem is that the men’s bathroom water is cold and they don’t open the pool for the last 5 months, but every thing else is good like the salon in right next to the laundry place 😁
