Lake Pan RV Village Introduce
Are you searching for the perfect RV park near you for your next adventure or a comfortable extended stay? Look no further than Lake Pan RV Village, nestled in the heart of Lake Panasoffkee, Florida. Located at 190 NW 4th Dr, Lake Panasoffkee, FL 33538, USA, our RV park offers a unique blend of natural beauty and convenient amenities. Whether you're a seasoned RVer exploring the Sunshine State or a local resident needing a temporary home base, Lake Pan RV Village aims to provide a welcoming environment for all.
Surrounded by the scenic landscapes of central Florida, Lake Pan RV Village offers a tranquil setting for your stay. The area is known for its natural beauty, with opportunities for outdoor activities and exploration. While specific details about the park's immediate surroundings aren't extensively available online, the location in Lake Panasoffkee suggests proximity to natural attractions and a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of larger cities.
Lake Pan RV Village strives to offer essential services to make your stay comfortable. Based on available information, the park provides full hookups for RVs, which typically include water, electricity, and sewer connections. This is a significant convenience for RVers, allowing for a seamless and comfortable living experience. The positive review highlights that these hookups were functioning well for a recent guest.
One of the standout features mentioned in a customer review is that Lake Pan RV Village is "truck camper friendly." This is a notable point, as not all RV parks readily accommodate truck campers. The positive feedback also emphasizes a smooth booking process, with a prompt callback after an inquiry. The staff is described as friendly and helpful, even guiding guests to their specific sites upon arrival, which can be particularly beneficial for those new to the park or the area.
The same positive review also mentions the presence of "lots of friendly folks around," suggesting a welcoming and community-oriented atmosphere within the park. Additionally, the availability of frozen ice cream is noted as a pleasant amenity. The office hours are stated to be from 9 am to 4 pm, providing a point of contact for any queries or assistance needed during your stay.
However, it's important to consider all available feedback to gain a comprehensive understanding of Lake Pan RV Village. One detailed negative review raises several concerns that potential guests should be aware of. This review describes issues with the park's electrical system, including frequent power outages. It also mentions problems with the water pump and well, leading to the closure of bathrooms and laundry facilities, although the reviewer noted staff using these facilities during the closure.
The negative review further describes the buildings as run-down, with cosmetic fixes (like painting) being prioritized over more substantial repairs. Concerns are also raised regarding the handling of packages delivered to the park, with the reviewer alleging that packages were held until it was convenient for the staff to release them.
Safety is another significant point of concern raised in the negative review, citing major potholes and deep voids in the ground along roadways, which allegedly led to an injury. The reviewer also expresses dissatisfaction with the lack of lawn care and leaf raking, describing walking through "blankets of leaves" and dust being blown onto RVs and vehicles during roadway maintenance.
Furthermore, the negative review characterizes the staff as unprofessional, unfriendly, and argumentative when addressing questions or concerns. While acknowledging that Lake Pan RV Village might be one of the more affordable options in the area, the reviewer strongly advises spending more money elsewhere for a better experience.
In conclusion, Lake Pan RV Village offers a location in Lake Panasoffkee, Florida, with the benefit of being truck camper friendly and providing full hookups. A recent positive review highlights a smooth booking process, friendly and helpful staff, and a welcoming community atmosphere. However, a detailed negative review points out potential issues related to the park's infrastructure (electrical and water systems), maintenance, safety (road conditions), package handling, and staff professionalism.
As a potential guest, it is advisable to weigh these contrasting experiences and consider your priorities when choosing an RV park. If you value affordability and are prepared for potential maintenance or service limitations, Lake Pan RV Village might be an option. However, if reliable infrastructure, well-maintained grounds, and consistently positive customer service are paramount, you may want to explore other RV parks in the vicinity.

Lake Pan RV Village Reviews
Attention everyone, please be aware of what this park is really about. We were locked in on a 6 month agreement and it was just horrible. First of all our power kept going off and on daily due to the parks electrical system , the pump and well malfunctioned several times and they only put a band-aid on it. Due to this happening they shut down locked and blocked off with park benches of all bathrooms and laundry service, but noticed staff using both facilities. Buildings are run down but their fix is to cover it up by putting a coat of paint on them instead of fixing it up. Place is run down and the owner goes right along with them. When ordering packages from Amazon. Ups etc they hold your packages until its convenient for the staff to give them to you. A big liability to the park is major pot holes , and deep voids in the ground especially along the roadway where people have to walk . My wife fell due to them and broke her foot. They don't do lawn care or any raking so several times I was walking through blankets of leaves. When they leaf blow the roadways they blow in an upward manner and therefore piling the dust all over everyone's r.v. and vehicles. Very un professional and un friendly staff who are only there for themselves. When asking a question or concerning issues in the park they are argumentive and down right snotty. Although this is the cheapest place to stay remember you get what you pay for. I highly recommend spending your money at another park even if it means to spend a little more. Best of luck to you all. I know I won't be back. I rated this place a 1 and that's being generous.
Apr 28, 2025 · Steve KemmerTruck camper friendly! Let me start with that since so many places don’t care for them. This place is great. I got a callback very shortly after I left a message. Easy and smooth booking process. Staff is friendly, helpful and I was guided to my site which took the hassle out of finding it myself since I was in a new place. Site had full hookups and everything worked well. Lots of friendly folks around. I will be coming back to stay when I’m around the area. If you have questions, just call and ask and you’ll get a response. Office hours are 9am-4pm. They have frozen ice cream so 5 stars!
Oct 03, 2024 · Phillip McCoyNot a campground. Not family friendly. This is a wanna-be retirement community with worse than HOA rules with busted up school busses and old campers with tarps over them. If I could leave zero stars I would. BTW, NOBODY has the right to yell at children that aren't yours. Shame on anyone running this crappy place!
Dec 26, 2024 · C ANOT WORTH IT! This is my second time coming and won’t be back and won’t recommend this place anymore. If you have absolutely no standards then this place is perfect for you. Right when I was about to go to bed I noticed a stain on the comforter and smelled it. IT WAS PISS ON THE BED !!! WHATS CRAZY IS THAT THE CLEANING LADY HAD THE AUDACITY TO MAKE THE BED WITH USED SHEETS. You have a 50/50 chance for having your room dirty. The floors wasn’t mopped (underneath my feet where black) the only reason why I’m putting this bad review is because they have absolutely no desire to make their guest return or even make it right. When I called their emergency phone number and explained what happened (her response was “well the cleaning lady isn’t coming until morning) when I expressed my frustration and telling her that this is an emergency because I have no comforters, sheets, and pillow cases to sleep on. That’s when she rudely start saying “are you going to listen to me or not”…. Not right away did she say “okay we will bring you comforters” instead she waited until I was in pure frustration for her to be “okay we will bring you the sheets” when the maintenance guy arrived … he tried to open my cabin door and then he knocked…. Rudely said “I need to see what you are talking about” automatically making think they didn’t trust what I was saying..he was looking through the sheet to see if they find the piss stain….. it was gross to see him touch this blanket and contaminate himself….i had to find it for him…. Then he apologized…… what makes the cherry on top was I turned in the key in the morning and I got the most insincere apology…. And making me think they are going to take the matter seriously…. A discount would’ve been nice… I’m a disabled woman and had to deal with the unnecessary stress… all I got was “I’m sorry”…. They obviously need the money more than a 5 star and return guest…. I’m going to spill the beans…. THEY HAVE A CODE FOR THE BATHROOMS/SHOWER AND ITS THE SAME CODE FOR THE WOMEN AND MEN BATHROOMS!!!! THE SAME KEY FOR THE CABINS IS THE SAME KEY TO THE CABIN BATHROOMS!!! Major red flag!!!! Too much trust isn’t my cup of tea. The only good thing about this place is the activities that are included. The price isn’t worth my safety and comfort. Rent this place on your own risk.
Oct 15, 2024 · Grace FloWe liked this RV park so much that we made reservations to winter here. Very nice and clean. The staff are all very friendly. My only grip is that they are a 55+ park. If would be nice if all 55+ RV parks would have shown on their websites or when searching. This was one of 5 parks that I went to that where 55+, which wouldn't be a big deal except I had my 8 year old granddaughter with me. One big plus for Lake Pan is that since Olivia would only be with me less than a week the park let us stay
