One resident, who has lived in Landmark Naples for over three years, expresses absolute satisfaction, stating they "absolutely Love it!!" This long-term positive experience speaks volumes about the consistent quality of life within the community. The reviewer specifically highlights the "wonderful" neighbors, contributing to a friendly and supportive social environment. This strong sense of camaraderie is often a key factor for those choosing a retirement community.
The physical environment of Landmark Naples is also highly praised. Residents report that "Homes and grounds are well maintained at all times." Interestingly, one long-term resident initially felt that the "lot rental fees were too expensive." This suggests that the value derived from the community, the location, the maintenance, and the overall lifestyle justifies the cost for many residents. It implies that the quality of living at Landmark Naples is high enough to be considered a worthwhile investment for retirees.
While the primary focus of Landmark Naples is as a retirement mobile home community, local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Naples might consider it if they are looking for a longer-term stay within a well-located and maintained environment, and if the park accommodates RVs (which is not explicitly stated but worth inquiring about). The high praise for the location, with its proximity to the attractions and amenities of Naples, could be appealing to some RVers seeking an extended base in the area.
The reviews do not explicitly detail specific services offered by Landmark Naples, but the mention of well-maintained grounds and pools suggests that basic upkeep and amenity management are provided. In retirement communities, additional services might include social activities, community events, and potentially on-site management for residents' needs. Prospective residents, whether for mobile home living or potential RV stays, should inquire about the full range of services offered.
Features of Landmark Naples that can be inferred from the reviews include its status as a retirement community (likely with age restrictions, often 55+), well-maintained individual lots for mobile homes, communal swimming pools, and a strong sense of community among residents. The desirable location in Naples is also a significant feature, offering access to the renowned beaches, dining, shopping, and cultural attractions of the area.
Promotional information is not explicitly provided in the reviews. However, the positive testimonials from residents act as strong endorsements for the community. Potential promotional angles could emphasize the "great location," the "well maintained" homes and grounds, the "wonderful neighbors," and the overall high quality of life that makes the lot rental fee "worth every penny" for long-term residents. Highlighting the retirement community aspect and the active social environment could also attract those seeking a vibrant and engaging lifestyle in their retirement years.
For local users in Naples or those considering a move to the area for retirement, Landmark Naples appears to be a highly desirable option for mobile home living. The positive feedback consistently points to a well-managed community with friendly residents and a prime location. While it is not explicitly marketed as an "RV park," those seeking long-term stays in the Naples area with an RV might inquire about the possibility of accommodation, given the attractive location and high standards of maintenance.
In conclusion, Landmark Naples is a well-regarded retirement mobile home community in a fantastic location in Naples, Florida. Residents consistently praise its well-maintained environment, friendly neighbors, and valuable lifestyle, even considering the lot rental fees to be justified by the quality of living. Prospective residents are encouraged to contact Landmark Naples directly to learn more about residency options, services, features, and any current promotional offers.
To gain a comprehensive understanding of Landmark Naples, interested individuals should inquire about specific age restrictions for residency, the amenities offered beyond the pools (e.g., clubhouse, social activities, pet policies), the details of the lot rental agreements, and any available homes for sale within the community. Landmark Naples Reviews
I’m not sure about that last post from Karen, maybe it’s her!! Landmark is a great place toLive, great people and great location! It’s a retirement community, people have earned the right to have fun and maybe someSmoke pot for medical reasons, who are you to judge, Maybe you should move to a convent!!
May 05, 2024 · Barb StringBeen living here 3 years+ and absolutely Love it!!Neighbors are wonderful!!Homes and grounds are well maintained at all times. Pools are well maintained too.At first I thought the lot rental fees were too expensive, but after living here 3 years it's worth every penny.
Feb 08, 2021 · Matt RubanoLandmark is in a great location and a very safe community. Property manager Tammy is excellent and was always very friendly! Also, thank you to salesperson Bruce! I have enjoyed living there.
Jul 17, 2020 · Mary Jo WilliamsMy mother lives in Jamaica Bay just south of Gladiolus and 41 in South Fort Myers. The community is twice as nice as Landmark, and the lawns are cut and trimmed very nicely. The lawn company doing our community are awful. They truly do a hit and miss job. The rent is the same as what we pay in JB, but Jamaica Bay is cleaner and kept up aesthetically to a much better degree. We have been here over 10 years and our street has never been repaved or have had any work done on our street. The edges of our street-pavement are bad, and my wife twisted her ankle badly due to the uneveness. Rent keeps going up and eventually it will drive those like us on a fixed budget to forfeit living in Landmark Naples. It is what it is.
May 09, 2020 · James ThompsonLandmark is a beautiful place , its such a shame that Tracy is mean and has no respect for the residents that live there. They charge you to rent the land and say they will cut the grass but they charge full price for that and the lawn service is horrible, they only cut the grass only if their lawnmowers can fit. Then the renters have to weed eat and cut the grass, that was missed. they drive around and find things wrong with your home. The kiddie pool is always dirty with leaves.
