Love's RV Hookup Introduce
For local users and travelers passing through Holladay, Tennessee, seeking information about "RV parks near me," Love's RV Hookup, situated at 13820 US-641, Holladay, TN 38341, USA, presents a basic and conveniently located option for short-term stays. Based on recent customer reviews, it's important to note that this RV hookup site may differ from the expectations set by some other Love's RV Park locations and offers a more utilitarian experience geared towards brief stops.
One reviewer stated that they "pulled in and decided not to stay," citing several reasons for their decision. They noted that there were only "Four hook up sites right on the freeway," which could imply a potentially noisy environment due to proximity to traffic. The reviewer also described the "rv areas" as "small" and characterized the overall impression as "very sketchy." This feedback suggests that the site may lack the space and ambiance that some RV travelers typically seek and that the immediate surroundings might not feel secure or appealing. The reviewer's concluding remark, "Usually, we like the Love’s RV Parks," indicates that this particular location did not meet their expectations based on experiences with other Love's RV facilities.
Another reviewer expressed dissatisfaction related to the advertised amenities, specifically mentioning "FHU" (Full Hookup). They reported an issue with the water connection, stating, "The water would not come out of the normal fitting connection. Instead it came out another fitting that was much larger than your standard one." This suggests a potential incompatibility or inconvenience for RVers relying on standard water hookup fittings. The reviewer advised Love's RV Hookup to "Just advertise what it actually is: nice pad, 50A E, near the store and highway." This revised description highlights the presence of a "nice pad" (presumably a level parking area for the RV), the availability of "50A E" (50 amp electrical service), and its location "near the store and highway." This feedback suggests that while some basic amenities are available, full hookups as typically understood (including standard water and sewer connections) might not be fully functional or as expected.
Based on these reviews, the environment at Love's RV Hookup appears to be primarily functional and geared towards convenience rather than a scenic or recreational experience. Its location "right on the freeway" suggests a potentially noisy environment due to traffic. The "small rv areas" indicate limited space for maneuvering and setting up. While one reviewer found the overall impression "sketchy," this is a subjective assessment and may not reflect all experiences. However, the proximity to the highway and the potentially limited space contribute to an environment focused on accessibility rather than a tranquil camping setting.
The services at Love's RV Hookup, according to the second reviewer, include at least 50 amp electrical service. The issue reported with the water connection suggests that while a water source might be available, it may not be through a standard RV fitting, potentially requiring adapters or workarounds. Sewer hookups are not explicitly mentioned in either review, and the first reviewer's disappointment might imply their absence or inadequacy. The proximity to a "store" (presumably the associated Love's Travel Stop) can be considered a service, offering convenient access to fuel, snacks, and other travel essentials. However, the core RV hookup services appear to be limited and potentially non-standard.
The features of Love's RV Hookup, as gleaned from the reviews, include a "nice pad" for parking, 50 amp electrical hookups, and its location near the Love's store and US-641 highway. The limited number of sites (four mentioned by one reviewer) suggests a small and potentially basic setup. The lack of mention of typical RV park amenities such as restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, or recreational areas implies that these may not be available or are not significant features of this particular location. The primary feature seems to be its convenience for a quick overnight stop due to its highway proximity and the availability of at least electrical hookups and access to the store.
No promotional information is provided in the reviews. Therefore, details regarding pricing, specific amenities, long-term stay options, or any special offers are unknown. The reviews primarily serve as cautionary feedback regarding the expectations of a full-service RV park and highlight the basic nature and potentially inconvenient aspects of this particular Love's RV Hookup location.
For local users and travelers seeking "RV parks near me" in Holladay, Tennessee, Love's RV Hookup at 13820 US-641 offers a very basic and highway-adjacent option primarily suited for short overnight stops. The limited number of small sites, potential noise from the freeway, and reported issues with water hookups are important considerations. However, the availability of 50 amp electrical service and the convenience of being near the Love's store might be beneficial for some travelers needing a quick and functional stop. It is advisable to contact Love's RV Hookup directly at (731) 847-3380 or +1 731-847-3380 to inquire about the current status of amenities, hookup specifics, and pricing before deciding to stay, especially if full hookups or a more traditional RV park environment are desired. The reviews suggest that this location serves more as a basic hookup point rather than a destination RV park.

Love's RV Hookup Reviews
We pulled in and decided not to stay. Four hook up sites right on the freeway. Small rv areas. Seemed very sketchy. Usually, we like the Love’s RV Parks.
Apr 28, 2025 · Mary ReifDon't like being misled about FHU. The water would not come out of the normal fitting connection. Instead it came out another fitting that was much larger than your standard one. Just advertise what it actually is: nice pad, 50A E, near the store and highway.
Apr 11, 2025 · Shane DeringWish we could give this 6 stars. Such a benefit to RV travelers. Clean and easy. We made sure we went into the store and stocked up on supplies and got some food and we will fill up in the way out tomorrow. Thanks for creating these RV spots Loves.
Oct 13, 2024 · Dale JohnsonI have stayed at several Love’s RV stops and understand that the higher price is for an automated service, that is very convenient. Up to this point, it has been nice and worthwhile.Positive:-The staff was very friendly.-They have fuel, propane, a dog park and food available.Negative:-The RV sites are placed directly in front of a very busy entrance. So you have to pull across the entrance and back in, as cars fly around you. It was insane!-We are not sensitive to noise, but the noise levels were outrageous! All night!-The website lists it as FHU, but it just offers a free dump, separate from the site. Those are two different things, which we determined after we unhooked with a full black tank. In addition, the water was being maintenanced and was unavailable during our stay.-In order to get to the dog park, you just also cross this extremely busy entrance.-The on-site propane is a nice option and needed in our case, but the prices for everything are so high.Any of these things alone, are not a big deal. All of them together, make me feel as though I paid $50 a night to do what I could have done for free at a truck stop, with the exception of electricity. Let’s not discount that we are spending more money at their store: fuel, $3.99 a gal propane, overpriced food..etc. Good for them, but it sure feels that the motto is to hammer from all sides. I was disappointed.I likely would not stay here again.
Dec 01, 2024 · Cody JohnsonThis is the worst Loves! The RV slots are right by where the trucks pull in and out- ALL NIGHT. We did not get one bit of sleep. Do not stay here. Find somewhere else.
