Southern Comfort RV park and campground Reviews
We arrived late at night (which I would not recommend haha) but the host helped us back in. It was quiet, laid back, and peaceful. Fun walking trails in the back.
Nov 22, 2024 · Josh MooreWe traveled from New York to Tennessee and stopped in for the night, we never used our camper before, and the gentleman that owns this camp ground was AWESOME. He showed us how to hook everything up, gave us his water hose to help so we could have water and a hot shower. He took the time to show us everything we needed to know. We really can't thank him enough. The sites are beautiful and secluded in the woods, plenty of room to walk our dogs and very quiet. He deserves 10 stars for going above and beyond to help us out. I will definitely go back to stay here.
Dec 27, 2024 · Debbie BanksGreat place to stop overnight, or longer if you want. Peace, quiet and dark skies is the name of the game here in this wooded area. We watched a mama deer bring her 2 young ones through a trail in the woods to feed nearby. The water pressure was excellent as was the quality. No need for bottled water here. The lots are huge, with a fair amount of space between each of them. There is no laundromat or bathhouse at this time, however there is a laundromat 15 minutes up the road in the city of Camden. We enjoyed a 2 night break from our travels here. The price was very reasonable and the owners are very responsive.
Nov 10, 2024 · Diane BelangerI 100% recommend this place. We showed up just after dark and was pleasantly welcomed. This was my husband's first time pulling a 5th wheel camper and the owner of the park gladly helped him back in! The park was clean, loved the trees, and everything was set up perfectly. If you're considering the Loves RV spot down the road, I'm here to change your mind, support a smaller business and drive the extra 4 minutes! It's much more quiet then being at a truck stop off the highway. On top of everything else, the people were just amazing, would definitely go back! Thanks for the stay.
