Mash Fork Campground Reviews
Mash Fork was so beautiful. We fell in love quickly with the area. They have so many hiking trails with gorgeous views. Our camp host Doris was so helpful and kind. We parked our camper song the creek and enjoyed the calming sounds of water during our stay.
Mar 21, 2025 · Violette NExcellent campground. We stayed in a tent at site 13 right next to the creek--only about 60 yards from the bath house, and it has electric hookup. This was during a flood watch, btw. The water isn't usually this high.
Mar 18, 2025 · TeresaWhat a wonderful spot to stop overnight in our travels! Clean, quiet, near the creek with back-in and pull through sites. I’ve included photos that include the camp map. A bit pricey but less than what a hotel costs. Ask for the senior discount if you are a senior.
May 02, 2025 · Marianne WardWe were very happy we decided to stay here. Its really a very nice campground. They have 2 falls that you can walk to. There's a creek that runs behind the sites!! Sue was the attendant at the front desk super sweet lady!! The shower house is very nice. There is a small store with firewood, ice, small groceries, and collectables etc. There is a park for kids. The grounds are very well kept. Pet friendly. And only $25 a night.
Sep 01, 2018 · Breaking FreeWe spent four nights here, and we would definitely stay here again. The camp hosts were friendly, helpful, and professional. The sites are spaced relatively far apart, at least 50 feet, and there are no 'full-timers' living there, unless you count the camp hosts, so all the sites are actually available for RV camping. We had no problem booking four nights during the peak of Fall colors, just a couple weeks in advance. They have the cutest little Chipmunks running around the campground, which we found endlessly entertaining. Also lots of hiking trails accessible directly from the campground. Some are easy, some were quite challenging. Campbell Falls is a 1.5 mile hike from the campground, and it is definitely worth it. Not only the falls itself, but the beautiful trees along the road, made it a memorable time. The only issue was, the wifi at the campground is not robust enough to handle a full or nearly-full campground, but we dealt with it because, after all, it is camping. If the state were to upgrade the wifi system there, we would give it five stars.
