Madison RV Park Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Madison, Georgia area? Look no further than Madison RV Park, located at 2750 Eatonton Rd, Madison, GA 30650, USA. This RV park offers a convenient location and a range of services for travelers and those seeking a longer-term living arrangement. You can reach them by phone at (706) 342-1799 or their mobile number +1 706-342-1799 for inquiries and reservations.
Based on available information, Madison RV Park presents a mixed experience for visitors. It's essential to consider various aspects before making your decision. Let's delve into the details gathered from online reviews to provide a comprehensive overview.
Environment and Location:
Madison RV Park is situated on Eatonton Road, which appears to be near a highway. One reviewer explicitly mentions the park being "on the side of a highway," indicating potential road noise, particularly for transient spots located at the front of the park. If a quiet and secluded environment is your top priority, you might want to inquire specifically about the location of available spots and potential noise levels.
The park is described as being "99% full time live on site," suggesting a strong sense of community among long-term residents. This could be a positive aspect for those seeking a friendly and established environment. However, for short-term visitors, it's worth noting that transient spots are typically situated at the front of the park.
One positive aspect highlighted by a reviewer is that the park is "very clean." Cleanliness is a crucial factor for any accommodation, and this feedback suggests that the management prioritizes maintaining a tidy environment for its guests.
Services and Features:
While the specific amenities offered by Madison RV Park are not extensively detailed in the provided reviews, we can infer some basic services expected at an RV park. These typically include:
- RV Hookups: Essential for connecting your RV to utilities such as electricity, water, and sewer. The mention of low water pressure (around 40 psi) by one reviewer suggests the availability of water hookups, but potential issues with water pressure should be considered, especially for tasks requiring higher pressure.
- Transient Spots: Designated areas for short-term visitors. As mentioned, these are located at the front of the park.
- Long-Term Living Options: With a significant number of full-time residents, the park caters to those seeking a more permanent RV living situation.
One significant concern raised by a reviewer pertains to bathroom access after hours. According to the review, guests arriving after 7:00 pm were allegedly denied access to the bathroom, which required a code not provided upon late arrival. This contradicts a possible website posting claiming otherwise. Limited or no access to essential facilities like restrooms, especially during late hours, can be a major inconvenience for travelers and should be clarified with the park management before booking.
Customer Feedback Analysis:
The provided customer reviews paint a contrasting picture. One reviewer praises the park's cleanliness and friendly staff but notes the high percentage of full-time residents, the front location of transient spots with road noise, and low water pressure. This suggests a generally well-maintained park with a welcoming atmosphere, but potential drawbacks related to noise and utility pressure for short-term stays.
Conversely, another reviewer expresses strong dissatisfaction, labeling the park a "total dump on the side of a highway" and highlighting the alleged lack of bathroom access after hours. This negative feedback raises serious concerns about the overall quality and management of the park, particularly regarding guest convenience and accurate information dissemination.
It's crucial to acknowledge that these are individual experiences, and the overall situation at Madison RV Park might have evolved. However, these reviews provide valuable insights into potential pros and cons that prospective visitors should be aware of.
Promotional Information and Recommendations:
Based on the limited information and contrasting reviews, it's challenging to provide specific promotional highlights. However, for local users searching for "RV parks near me," Madison RV Park offers a conveniently located option in Madison, Georgia. If you are considering a stay, it is highly recommended to:
- Contact Madison RV Park directly at (706) 342-1799 or +1 706-342-1799. Inquire about the availability of transient spots, their exact location within the park in relation to the highway, and potential noise levels.
- Specifically ask about bathroom access policies, especially for late arrivals. Clarify the procedure for accessing restrooms at all times and whether any access codes are required.
- Inquire about the current water pressure situation and whether any improvements have been made.
- Request information about other amenities and services offered, such as laundry facilities, Wi-Fi availability, and any recreational areas.
- Consider looking for more recent reviews on other platforms to get a broader understanding of the current guest experience.
For local residents considering long-term stays, visiting the park in person might be beneficial to assess the community atmosphere and the specific features offered to long-term residents. Speaking with current long-term residents, if possible, could also provide valuable insights.
In conclusion, Madison RV Park offers a location within Madison, Georgia, catering to both short-term travelers and long-term residents. While one review praises its cleanliness and friendly staff, another raises significant concerns about its environment and guest services. Prospective visitors should conduct thorough due diligence by contacting the park directly and seeking out more information to make an informed decision based on their individual needs and preferences when searching for "RV parks near me."

Madison RV Park Reviews
Very clean park with friendly staff. Park is 99% full time live on site. Transient spots are at the front of the park with a good bit of road noise. Main con was water pressure stayed down around 40 psi
Oct 22, 2024 · Randy MeadorNot only is this place a total dump on the side of a highway, if you call to tell them you’ll be arriving after hours (7:00pm) they don’t give you access to the bathroom (which needs a code, contrary to their website posting) so you cannot use the restroom while you’re there. Pretty crappy when you wake up at 3:30 am, literally.
Sep 07, 2024 · Shay MWhat a joke! This is NOT a RV park. It's a full-time park for workers. They have 3 poor quality 3 point sites in front next to the highway they used for what they term "transient" sites. Do not be fooled; This is NOT a RV park. There is no office worker; he is a maintenance person who only answers the phone (maybe) after 11 am. The only redeeming thing about the place is its proximity to Madison. If you just want to spend the night and get on the road the next day, maybe; otherwise don't be fooled by the other so-called reviews.
Jun 18, 2024 · SuThis is a great RV park to stop for a night or two. The staff is helpful and friendly. We plan to come back soon.
Oct 12, 2024 · Linda MeestersWe had an amazing experience at Country Boys! FYI They're expanding and there is some construction (but it didn't bother us). Overall it's really quiet and everyone is friendly. We love the shaded lots and overall vibe. The people who work here are extremely helpful as well. Our hookups were easy to get to and we didn't have any issues. Country Boys is a clean RV park with average amenities (bath house, laundry, playground). It was perfect for our needs.
