This introduction aims to provide a detailed overview of Majestic Hills Mobile Home Park, drawing upon available information to give you a comprehensive understanding of what this community offers.
As a mobile home park, Majestic Hills primarily caters to individuals and families looking for a more affordable housing option compared to traditional single-family homes or apartments. Residents typically own their mobile homes and lease the land upon which they are situated. This model fosters a sense of community among long-term residents. While the primary focus is on mobile homes, the park's potential inclusion in the "RV parks near me" category suggests that it might also accommodate recreational vehicles, offering spaces for temporary or extended stays. For those searching for RV parks in the Excelsior Springs area, Majestic Hills could be a consideration, offering a different style of community living compared to dedicated RV resorts.
Based on the limited publicly available information, including customer reviews, it is important to approach an assessment of Majestic Hills Mobile Home Park with a balanced perspective. One review highlights significant concerns regarding winter maintenance, specifically the handling of snow and ice. The reviewer describes hazardous conditions due to deep snow and ice accumulation, coupled with a perceived slow response from management in addressing these issues. The review mentions that higher-paying areas of the park allegedly receive priority for snow plowing, leaving other sections, including those with children, elderly, and disabled residents, in dangerous conditions. This raises questions about the park's winter safety protocols and the responsiveness of management to resident concerns during adverse weather.
Furthermore, the same review criticizes the management's approach to salting, suggesting it exacerbated the ice problem. The reviewer also expresses dissatisfaction with a new manager from Georgia and implies a lack of understanding or prioritization of resident well-being during winter conditions. These comments suggest potential challenges in communication and service delivery, particularly during seasonal events that require proactive management.
Another review raises concerns about the overall cleanliness of the park and the prevalence of pests, specifically roaches, in some of the trailers. This paints a picture of potential issues with general upkeep and pest control within the community. Additionally, this reviewer mentions instances of residents being written up for having children's toys in their yards, except for a select few. This suggests potentially inconsistent enforcement of park rules and regulations, which can contribute to resident dissatisfaction.
Considering these reviews, prospective residents or RVers should conduct thorough due diligence and seek current information to gain an accurate understanding of the present living conditions and management practices at Majestic Hills Mobile Home Park. It is advisable to contact the park directly using the provided phone number, (816) 641-3090 or mobile phone +1 816-641-3090, to inquire about current policies, amenities, maintenance procedures, and availability for both mobile homes and RV spaces.
When contacting Majestic Hills, potential residents or visitors might want to ask specific questions related to the concerns raised in the reviews. For instance, inquiries about their winter maintenance plan, snow removal procedures, and ice prevention measures would be pertinent. Similarly, asking about pest control policies and the overall cleanliness standards of the park and individual lots would be beneficial. Clarification on park rules and their consistent enforcement, particularly regarding yard maintenance and personal belongings, could also provide valuable insight.
Beyond addressing the concerns raised in the reviews, it would be helpful to gather information about the positive aspects of Majestic Hills Mobile Home Park. Many mobile home parks offer a sense of community, affordability, and certain amenities that can be attractive to residents. Inquiring about any community events, common areas, laundry facilities, or other services provided would offer a more complete picture of the living experience.
For those interested in using Majestic Hills as an "RV park near me," it is crucial to ascertain whether the park indeed offers designated RV spaces, the hookups available (e.g., water, electricity, sewer), the size limitations for RVs, and the pricing structure for short-term or long-term stays. Understanding the check-in/check-out procedures and any specific rules for RV guests is also essential.

Majestic Hills Mobile Home Park Reviews
Living here in the Winter is the absolute worst, sitting in 1’ deep snow and under that is about 4 inches of ice, plus getting the Management to do anything about it is like pulling teeth from a crocodile, won’t even bother hiring someone to do it because “there’s already snow plows for the park they’re just not available at the moment” meaning you have them plowing your higher paying areas first and then our park, mind you has children, elderly, and the disabled, so which is more important for you, making big money or getting sued for Damages to Property, and Hazards to the health and wellbeing of your residents. I expected better but this is what you get with a new manager from Georgia, and sending a Salt truck to put down a layer of salt down is stupidity when all it’s doing is making the ice thicker and causing more accidents and saying we’re overreacting will cost you more than just money.
