The Pines RV Community Introduce
If you're currently searching for "RV parks near me" that offer more than just a temporary parking spot, consider The Pines RV Community, located at 5001 Knob Hill Rd in Azle, Texas (zip code 76020). Based on enthusiastic reviews from residents, this RV park provides a welcoming and amenity-rich environment that many have come to call home. Whether you're seeking a full-time RV residence or a comfortable long-term stay, The Pines RV Community appears to offer a fantastic living experience.
One of the standout features of The Pines RV Community, as highlighted by a resident of over two months, is the strong sense of community. After an extensive search for the perfect RV park, they found this "gem" and have been delighted by the welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. This feeling of belonging is a significant draw for those looking for more than just a place to park their RV; it's about finding a supportive and friendly neighborhood.
The ability to personalize your lot is another unique and highly appreciated aspect of The Pines RV Community. The owner allows residents to make their space truly their own, fostering a sense of ownership and pride in their living area. This personal touch can transform an RV site into a comfortable and personalized home environment.
The community amenities at The Pines RV Community further enhance the living experience. The clubhouse serves as a "great gathering spot" for residents, providing a communal area for socializing and events. The presence of "beautiful trees" throughout the community adds significant charm and creates a pleasant, shaded environment. Even the gravel roads evoke a sense of nostalgia for some, contributing to the overall welcoming and home-like feel.
For those who have downsized to an RV and find themselves needing extra storage, The Pines RV Community offers a significant convenience: on-property storage units. One resident who transitioned from a large apartment found this to be a huge benefit. The availability of a unit on short notice and the accommodating nature of the management (Jason and Drake) in providing access were highly appreciated. The storage units themselves are described as "brand new—clean, dry, and well-maintained," with "very reasonable" rates. This on-site storage solution eliminates the need to travel to off-site facilities and keeps residents' lots clutter-free.
Many residents feel that The Pines RV Community offers everything one could hope for in a full-time residence. The positive experiences shared by those who have made this their long-term home speak volumes about the quality of life within the community. The intention of residents to stay for "many years to come" underscores the strong sense of satisfaction and belonging.
Another reviewer who stayed for a couple of months provided a balanced perspective, outlining both the pros and cons of The Pines RV Community. The pros further emphasize the positive aspects already mentioned: "nice large spaces with lots of trees" and a "nice and quiet" atmosphere. The availability of "two bath houses with laundry inside" is another significant amenity, although the reviewer noted that the laundry could be a bit expensive, costing $4.50 for one load due to the dryer needing two cycles. A "community center that has a full kitchen and is large enough for parties that residents can use" is another valuable feature, providing a space for social gatherings and events. The reviewer also echoed the sentiment of a friendly and supportive community, noting that "the people living here are kind and seem to look out for each other," and that "management is very responsive." The presence of a "gated" entrance and "surveillance cameras" adds to the sense of security within the community.
While the majority of the feedback is positive, the second reviewer did mention a couple of cons. Loud parties from a neighbor outside the park's boundaries on two occasions were disruptive, and due to the park not being in city limits, neither the police nor management could intervene. Additionally, large mud puddles at the front entrance after rain and the disrepair of the horseshoe area were noted as areas for potential improvement.
Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall impression of The Pines RV Community remains positive, with the second reviewer concluding that it is a "good place to stay" with "definitely room for improvement." The numerous positive aspects, including the large, treed lots, on-site laundry and storage, community center, friendly residents and management, and security features, make it a strong contender for those seeking a welcoming and well-equipped RV community.
To gather more specific information about the RV site sizes and hookups (water, electricity, sewer), potential Wi-Fi availability and costs, specific details about the bathhouses and laundry facilities, and any current promotional offers or long-term stay discounts, it is recommended to contact The Pines RV Community directly using the provided phone numbers: (817) 876-7635 or +1 817-876-7635.

Its large, customizable lots, welcoming and peaceful atmosphere, strong sense of community, convenient on-site storage and laundry facilities, a well-equipped community center, and security features like a gated entrance and surveillance cameras make it a desirable place to call home. The Pines RV Community Reviews
We've been at The Pines RV Community for a little over two months, and it already feels like home. After an extensive search for the perfect RV park, we found this gem, and it's been an amazing experience. We have one of the larger lots near the back of the community, and I absolutely love our neighbors. The community itself is fantastic—welcoming and peaceful. One of the standout features is how the owner allows you to personalize your lot, making it truly feel like your own space. The clubhouse is a great gathering spot, and the beautiful trees add so much charm to the area. Even the gravel roads bring a sense of nostalgia, reminding me of visiting my grandparents’ house as a kid.Another huge benefit has been the on-property storage units. When we downsized from a big apartment to an RV, we brought along too much stuff. Luckily, there was a unit available, and Jason and Drake were incredibly accommodating, making sure we had access at the spur of the moment. The storage units are brand new—clean, dry, and well-maintained—and the rates are very reasonable. It’s such a convenience to have extra storage without taking up space on our lot.Everything about this place is what you'd hope for in a full-time residence. We're thrilled to call The Pines our home and plan to stay for many years to come!
Dec 04, 2024 · Jason HoganOverall, this is a nice RV park to stay at. We have been here a couple of months. Pros: There are nice large spaces with lots of trees. There are two bath houses with laundry inside as well. (Kind of expensive for laundry as it takes me $4.50 to do one load because the dryer has to be ran twice.) There is a community center that has a full kitchen and is large enough for parties that residents can use. The people living here are kind and seem to look out for each other. Management is very responsive. The RV park is gated and has surveillance cameras. Cons: There is a neighbor that has thrown very loud parties on two different occasions. They lasted all night and unfortunately, because they are not in the park and the park is not in city limits, the police and management could do nothing about it. When it rains, there are huge mud puddles at the front entrance. The horseshoe area is in disrepair. This is a good place to stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
Jul 20, 2024 · S MI am so pleased to have found pro RV. When they say that their family run dealership, they mean that in the most sincere way from the beginning until I left with my new R. V I felt like I was treated like family. All my communications, we're excellent and my new purchase exceeded my expectations. Just when you think customer service doesn't exist anymore, this company is at the top.
Jun 17, 2024 · Mr GIf The Pines has an open spot, take it!Great community, lots of trees and super clean bathroom/laundry facilities. The spots have plenty of room to enjoy outdoors. Never once was I woken up or not been able to sleep because of residents. Very quiet and respectful, friendly neighbors. Jason and Pepper (owners) really care about the park and Dawn in the office runs a tight ship and if you have a problem or question, she is right there for you. I really enjoyed my time there and will return for sure. I really liked the fact that the community is gated and everybody here has been background checked. I felt very safe and secure. Thanks for a great experience, keep up the good work!
