West Fork RV Park Introduce
Welcome to West Fork RV Park, situated at 14557 Farm to Market Rd 730 N in Azle, Texas. For those searching for "RV parks near me" in the Azle area, West Fork RV Park offers a location on FM 730 North. Based on recent customer reviews, the park has undergone a significant change in management, with generally positive feedback regarding the new team. However, it is important to acknowledge past negative experiences reported under previous management, particularly concerning payment issues, sanitation, and eviction practices.
The environment of West Fork RV Park, based on the reviews, appears to be in a state of positive transition. One long-term resident of almost three years notes a significant improvement in the overall atmosphere and upkeep since Marie Pigg Real Estate took over management. They describe the park as having become a "more beautiful sight" and express an increased sense of safety. This suggests that the new management is actively working to enhance the park's environment and appeal. However, a prior review paints a less favorable picture under the old management, mentioning unsanitary conditions such as sewage-smelling water accumulation on the RV spot and consistently unclean bathrooms. This stark contrast highlights the importance of considering the timeframe of the reviews when evaluating the current environment of West Fork RV Park.
When considering "RV parks near me," the services and features offered are crucial for a comfortable and satisfactory stay. Based on the provided reviews, we can gather information about some of the amenities and services available at West Fork RV Park, while also noting the changes in management that have impacted service quality:
- RV Sites: The reviews do not provide specific details about the size or type (pull-through, back-in) of the RV sites. However, the mention of a specific spot having drainage issues suggests that the quality and features of individual sites may vary.
- Utility Hookups: Standard RV parks typically offer water, electricity, and sewer hookups. The negative review mentions issues with electricity billing under the old management, indicating that these services are available but may have had administrative problems in the past. The current status under new management is not detailed.

The positive review does not specifically comment on the current state of these facilities, implying either improvement or that the reviewer has not needed to use them frequently.
- Laundry Facilities: The positive review explicitly mentions a "laundry department," indicating the availability of washing machines and dryers for guests.
- Computer Access: A notable amenity mentioned in the positive review is a free computer available for residents and guests to use.
- Extra Bathrooms: The positive review also mentions "extra bathrooms," suggesting that there are communal restroom facilities available in addition to any within individual RVs.
- Dumpsters: Convenient access to dumpsters is noted in the positive review, indicating proper waste disposal facilities are available.
- Maintenance: The positive review specifically praises Chris, the maintenance man, for being "very educated and extremely helpful" and for responding to requests in a timely manner. This suggests a significant improvement in maintenance services under the new management.

West Fork RV Park Reviews
I rated this place with 5 stars at one point. That was an early reaction. Since they have hired me and my husband to do work for them at other RV sites. We did the work and nobody paid it's, so we assumed that it would be applied to our rent and we would get the change. NO instead we got an eviction notice. For non payment of rent when they owed us. Found out our electricity was over due. That was a surprise we have our card info every month and assumed it was done. They waited 2 months to say oh we didn't except that card?????? Even though we had talked to the manager on several occasions. Why weren't we told. They tried to charge our late fees of 20 per day. All of this when they still haven't paid it's 600$ for work done. The reason they evicted us was because I was complaining about the sewage smelling water that was a little less than an inch deep everywhere in our spot. Very unsanitary. Also they bathrooms were NEVER EVER cleaned but yet sometime was signing off on the work. I purposely left certain smudges on sink and documented it and all the other filth that remained for almost 3 wks. Instead of addressing it they made excuses next thing I know we're getting evicted. We were already leaving though so no biggie.
Nov 30, 2024 · Serina SamplesI have lived here for almost 3 years. Now the old landlord and me got into a few times, but after Marie Pigg Real Estate took over; life has been flawless living here. Krystyn and Darlene run the office and are always kind, respectful and most of all helpful. Chris is the maintenance man and he is very educated and extremely helpful when I need something done or fixed in my home. They always respond in a timely matter as well. These 3 people are the best in my opinion to be running this place. I feel safer here then I have before and it’s been more of a beautiful sight since they have taken over. This park has a computer to use for free, extra bathrooms and a laundry department; plus the dumpsters are not far to walk. I will be here till it is time for me to move on because I absolutely love it here now.

Mar 08, 2020 · Barbara MoyerWe stayed here a few months and just moved out. It's a great park. Absolutely safe. I never felt uncomfortable being out with my dogs at night. A lot of friendly people live there. After we moved out, our rent was taken out for the next month. The manager is never available on weekends. There is no emergency number. He is a nice young man, but can be a little slow to do things.
Jan 30, 2022 · Vicki Hill WadsworthThe most amazing customer service of any park we have been to.thanks to manager Ashley. The park is kept very clean. It has a major plus in that it has two large dog parks, most places you are lucky to have one. Towards the front the highway is very noisy. We also had as much free firewood as we wanted. We had relatives visit us while we were there for the month. They loved it too. Thanks Clean Living rv park. HAD A wonderful time. Eve Price
