The available information includes two contrasting customer reviews that offer significantly different perspectives on Manatee Mobile Home & RV Park. One review paints a very negative picture, describing the park as "really run down." This reviewer expresses concerns about the upkeep of homes within the park, the presence of loose and stray animals (cats and dogs), and the safety of "little children running on the dirt and gravel roads." They also mention issues with their own leased lot, including underground lawn drainage during rain, the absence of driveways, and an unwelcoming entrance way.
Furthermore, this negative review details alleged unfair practices by the park management, stating that lessees are made responsible for finding and paying for the removal of old, dilapidated sheds and heavy, dangerous tree limbs on their leased lots. The reviewer highlights a specific issue with tree branches touching their roof, estimating a significant personal cost for removal that they feel should be the responsibility of the park's maintenance staff. The overall tone of this review suggests a long-term dissatisfaction with the park's condition and management over an eight-year period, characterizing it as an "expensive, do it yourself run down trailer" with subpar maintenance.
In stark contrast, the second review offers a completely different and positive perspective. This reviewer states that "This park has been cleaned up and most of the trailers are new the management is exceptional and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else." This feedback suggests a significant positive transformation has occurred at Manatee Mobile Home & RV Park, with improvements in the overall condition of the park, including newer trailers, and a high regard for the current management.
Given these diametrically opposed viewpoints, it is crucial for anyone considering Manatee Mobile Home & RV Park as one of the "RV parks near me" to approach with caution and seek further clarification. The discrepancy between the reviews could indicate a period of significant change and improvement within the park. The negative review, with its specific details about the park's condition and management practices, might reflect a past state that has since been addressed, as suggested by the positive review mentioning a "clean up" and "new trailers."
For local users searching for "RV parks near me," the environment of Manatee Mobile Home & RV Park is difficult to ascertain definitively based on these conflicting reviews. The negative review suggests a run-down environment with potential safety concerns related to road conditions and unsupervised children and animals. However, the positive review implies a cleaner and potentially more appealing environment with newer infrastructure. The truth likely lies somewhere in the timeline of these reviews and the extent of the reported improvements.
Similarly, the services and features offered to RV users are not explicitly detailed in the provided information. Typically, "RV parks near me" offer amenities such as utility hookups (electricity, water, sewer), waste disposal, and possibly laundry facilities, restrooms, and recreational areas. Whether Manatee Mobile Home & RV Park provides these services and the quality of these services are unknown without direct inquiry. The negative review's mention of maintenance issues and lessee responsibilities for shed and tree limb removal raises concerns about the park's standard services. In contrast, the positive review's praise for "exceptional management" suggests that service delivery may have improved.
Promotional information is also absent from the provided data. Many "RV parks near me" offer various incentives, especially for longer stays or during off-peak seasons. To determine if Manatee Mobile Home & RV Park has any current promotions for RV users, contacting their management directly is necessary.
In conclusion, Manatee Mobile Home & RV Park in Fort Pierce, FL, presents a complex picture for those searching for "RV parks near me." While one review highlights significant issues with the park's condition and management practices, another suggests a substantial positive turnaround. Local users should be aware of these contrasting opinions and are strongly advised to contact the park directly at (772) 882-1313 or +1 772-882-1313 to obtain current and accurate information regarding the environment, services, features, and any potential suitability for their RV needs. It would be prudent to inquire specifically about the issues raised in the negative review and the improvements mentioned in the positive one to form a well-informed decision.

Manatee Mobile Home & RV Park Reviews
Getting REAL , OPEN BONEST A D XO WHAT KNS Really run down. People do not care for their homes, loose & stray cats, dogs, and little children running on the dirt and gravel roads. We did not get an offer, and our lawn is underground EVERY time it rains. No driveways, entrance way alone could scare anyone off...if you have a question, don't hold your breath! They also make the lessee find and pay for old delapidated shed & heavy , dangerous tree limb removal on THEIR LEASED LOT. NO SENSE. The branches, now touching our roof, will cost us about 2 grand. God only knows why their maintenance staff can not remove the branches and the shed. Since 8 years ago, it's been one gigantic, expensive, do it yourself run down trailer with a quick & several very hurried sloshed jobs. I guess Debbie couldn't afford any better , used stoops the
Jul 09, 2024 · Jacqueline H LuttonThis park has been cleaned up and most of the trailers are new the management is exceptional and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
Jan 08, 2019 · David RobidouxPersonally stating there are some nice neighbors and then some rude and dishonest neighbors... No violent crimes, no cops, no noisy sirens. Pet friendly and definitely affordable. Some have nice lots with grass and gardens and then some mobile homes are a bit tight... I enjoy it so far.
Mar 09, 2022 · Jennifer GriffinThey really need to get this place cleaned up. Some of the homes look great and some looks like trash. Update.... Since new management came in she's working really hard and helping us bring our community up and it's starting to look like a nice home community, however the speed bumps have destroyed two cars that I'm aware of and the roads are really bad, so the roads in a major repairhowever it's all coming together and I'm no longer embarrassed to say that I live in this park
Sep 21, 2019 · Sinae CruzI could not live in these old mobile homes. I love the people that live there though great people. Well at least the ones that I met. I wonder if somebody turns one of the trailers into a church and the people started coming it would change many hearts and minds.Free them from their addictions, most people I talk to drank alcohol, smoke cigarettes and I don't even want to ask what else.2000 a year just to smoke cigarettes could go a long way to beautifying their homes.Again though a lot of really great people.
