Windsong Mobile Village Introduce
For those seeking "RV parks near me" in the Fort Pierce, Florida vicinity, Windsong Mobile Village, situated at 3200 S 7th St #70, Fort Pierce, FL 34982, USA, is a mobile home park that may accommodate recreational vehicles for extended stays. Their contact number is (772) 409-4326 or +1 772-409-4326 for inquiries about availability and RV-specific policies.
However, it is imperative for prospective residents to carefully consider the overwhelmingly negative feedback recently shared by individuals familiar with Windsong Mobile Village. These reviews raise serious concerns about the park's management, safety, maintenance, and overall living conditions, which could significantly impact the experience of anyone considering a long-term stay in their RV.
One particularly detailed review paints a dire picture of the park, stating that despite any potential affordability ("it could be free for Christ's sakes"), residents do not receive respectful treatment from the manager. The reviewer describes the park as "a mess" with "strays running loose everywhere," including aggressive animals. A disturbing incident is recounted where the reviewer, while on a scooter with their four-year-old son, was allegedly chased for two hours by a stray dog attempting to bite them. This raises significant safety concerns for residents, especially those with children or pets.
Furthermore, this reviewer alleges that the manager's statements about the park are untruthful. Specific grievances include the lack of tree trimming, unaddressed street light outages (one reportedly lasting four months and later posing a fire hazard), the absence of "watch for children" signs, missing and unrepaired stop signs, and a lack of posted speed limit signs. These issues point to potential negligence in maintaining a safe environment for residents, particularly children.
The review also raises serious concerns about privacy and management conduct. The manager is accused of taking pictures of residents' cars and license plates without consent and allegedly using these photos inappropriately within the park. Conversely, the reviewer claims that other residents are allowed to park in yards without consequence, highlighting a perceived inconsistency and unfairness in rule enforcement. The validity of background checks, for which residents reportedly pay, is also questioned, suggesting potential financial mismanagement or misrepresentation.
The central theme of this extensive review is the problematic management, with the reviewer urging potential residents to avoid the park. The lack of action on critical safety issues like the street light (which ultimately required intervention from Fort Pierce Utilities) and the alleged disregard for resident safety and well-being are deeply concerning. The reviewer also mentions issues with non-residents speeding through the park and causing disturbances early in the morning without any apparent intervention from the management.
Another review corroborates the theme of poor management and inadequate maintenance. This individual noted that the property manager and maintenance person appear to be the same individual, potentially leading to an overload of responsibilities and delayed or neglected repairs. An example is given where the owner reportedly promised to address overgrown brush behind a resident's property but failed to do so for over a year. This lack of follow-through indicates a potential disregard for property upkeep and resident concerns. This reviewer also mentioned being made to remove a shed for a burst pipe repair that was subsequently not completed.
Considering these consistent and serious negative reports, anyone searching for "RV parks near me" in Fort Pierce should approach Windsong Mobile Village with extreme caution. The allegations of aggressive stray animals, safety hazards due to lack of maintenance and traffic control, questionable management practices including privacy violations and inconsistent rule enforcement, and a general lack of responsiveness to resident concerns paint a picture of a potentially undesirable living environment for long-term RV stays.
While the reviews do mention the park being "nice on the main road," this superficial observation is heavily outweighed by the significant issues raised regarding the management and overall living conditions within the community. The lack of basic safety measures, the alleged harassment and privacy violations by the manager, and the failure to address maintenance issues suggest a potentially stressful and unsafe environment for RV residents.
Therefore, it is strongly recommended that individuals seeking "RV parks near me" in the Fort Pierce area thoroughly explore other options before considering Windsong Mobile Village. The consistent negative feedback regarding management and safety should serve as a significant warning. Prospective residents should prioritize parks with positive reputations for responsive management, well-maintained facilities, and a safe and respectful community environment to ensure a more positive long-term RV living experience.
In conclusion, the available online reviews for Windsong Mobile Village in Fort Pierce, Florida, present a deeply concerning picture of the park, primarily due to issues with management, safety, and maintenance. Potential RV residents searching for "RV parks near me" should carefully weigh these serious allegations and are strongly advised to seek alternative accommodations with more positive and reliable reputations to ensure a comfortable and safe long-term stay.

Aug 11, 2024 · Scott StoneWent and looked at a mobile for sale yesterday evening. I love the background checks they are doing but, so many of these mobiles have lawns that are overgrown, landscaping really needs to be enforced. A lot with trash/clutter stacked on the outside. You can be a non criminal but still take no pride in your property. Also I noticed a lot of cats running around and dogs running around without the owners present to watch them. Even if they’re friendly, not everyone else’s dog is. Everyone deserves respect, these tenants may be trying to clean it up but help your neighbors if they can’t manage their yard maintenance. So many need outside repairs. They made this place sound so clean, but I was so upset to see that it isn’t. I felt lied to. Also the lot rent is high at 515$ a month with no amenities, no lawn maintenance, no water or utilities included. Most parks the water is at least included with it. Was very shocked to learn that as well. Windsong needs to focus on getting these places cleaned up on the outside if they want clean and professional, quiet neighbors.
Jun 07, 2023 · Heather BartonWindsong is a safe quiet place to live .it's a family community with lots of children at play.We do have rules and not everyone agrees with them , they are set in place to keep community nice and safe and too also keep the trash out.If you are not interested in obeying rules or living in a safe & quiet community then this place is not for you.
May 11, 2019 · David SnyderNice and quite the kids around the park can be a little rough but that’s kids my only problem is they have broken my porch door and the screen on my window porch can’t say who so haven’t brought it up to management.the fact is the management is doing it’s best I lived here for a year now and the only big problems I’ve had were my own fault the rules can be strict but it’s usually in everyone’s best interest but the rent has Been raised three times I don’t know why but it’s still a good place and the trailers are in pretty good shape even if they are older
