Pacific Sunset Mobile Home Est Introduce
Pacific Sunset Mobile Home Est is located at 211 S Beach Blvd in Anaheim, California. For local users searching for "RV parks near me" or considering mobile home living in the Anaheim area, it's important to gather a balanced perspective on potential communities. The available online reviews for Pacific Sunset Mobile Home Est offer a glimpse into resident experiences, highlighting both positive aspects within the park and concerns regarding the surrounding neighborhood.
While mobile home parks can provide affordable housing and a sense of community, a comprehensive evaluation includes considering not only the internal environment and management but also the safety and quality of life in the immediate vicinity. The reviews for Pacific Sunset Mobile Home Est present a mixed picture that prospective residents should carefully consider.
Environment and Location:
Situated on South Beach Boulevard in Anaheim, Pacific Sunset Mobile Home Est is located on a major thoroughfare. While this location likely offers convenient access to transportation and potentially nearby businesses, one reviewer raises a significant concern about the safety of the immediate surroundings. According to this resident, Beach Boulevard is "filled with prostitution and druggie crackheads," creating an unsafe environment for walking, a situation that reportedly persisted both before and after the pandemic. This is a critical aspect for potential residents to consider, as the safety of the neighborhood directly impacts their quality of life and peace of mind.
In contrast, another reviewer who has a friend living in Pacific Sunset Mobile Home Est describes the park itself as "nice and quiet" and "always very clean" and "very quaint." This suggests that within the confines of the mobile home estate, the environment may be well-maintained and peaceful, offering a pleasant living space for residents. The discrepancy between the perception of the park's interior and the surrounding street is a key point to note.
The limited information available does not provide details about landscaping, common areas, or specific amenities within Pacific Sunset Mobile Home Est. However, the description of the park as "quaint" suggests a possibly smaller, more intimate community.
Services and Amenities:
One reviewer mentions an individual named "Uncle Joe" who was "very friendly and helpful" during their move. This suggests that at least one member of the park's staff or management is perceived positively by residents. However, the other reviewer states that they have "never talked to the people that work here," so it's difficult to draw a comprehensive conclusion about the overall quality of management and services based on this limited data.
The reviews do not provide specific information about the amenities offered at Pacific Sunset Mobile Home Est. Typically, mobile home parks offer essential services such as utility hookups (water, sewer, electricity) and trash disposal. Depending on the park, there may also be additional amenities like laundry facilities, community rooms, or recreational areas. Individuals considering this park as a potential "RV park near me" would need to inquire specifically about the availability of RV spaces and the types of hookups provided.
Features and Lifestyle:
The contrasting reviews offer different perspectives on the lifestyle at Pacific Sunset Mobile Home Est. One resident's positive experience, through the eyes of a friend, highlights a "nice and quiet" environment that is "always very clean." This suggests a peaceful and well-maintained community within the park's boundaries.
However, the other review paints a less favorable picture, citing concerns about the safety of the surrounding Beach Boulevard and stating that the "rent is too high for the quality of life there." This suggests that while the park itself may have positive attributes, the external environment and the perceived value for money are significant drawbacks for at least one resident.
For individuals considering Pacific Sunset Mobile Home Est as a potential "RV park near me," the quiet atmosphere within the park could be appealing. However, the safety concerns regarding the surrounding area would need to be carefully evaluated. Long-term RV residents would also need to inquire about specific facilities and policies for RVs.
The limited number of reviews makes it challenging to form a definitive picture of the overall lifestyle within Pacific Sunset Mobile Home Est. The positive comments about quietness and cleanliness are encouraging, but the serious safety concerns about the neighborhood and the feeling that the rent is too high are significant factors that cannot be ignored.
Promotional Information and Opportunities:
Based on the limited review data available online, there is no specific promotional information or special offers mentioned for Pacific Sunset Mobile Home Est. The positive comment about "Uncle Joe" being helpful could be seen as an indirect positive aspect of the park's service, but it does not constitute a specific promotion.
To obtain information about current lot availability for mobile homes or RVs, pricing, and any potential opportunities or specific promotions, interested individuals should contact Pacific Sunset Mobile Home Est directly at (714) 995-8889 or +1 714-995-8889. Speaking with the management would be the best way to get the most up-to-date details and to inquire about the process of becoming a resident.
For those looking to purchase a mobile home in Anaheim and reside in a community described as quiet and clean, contacting Pacific Sunset Mobile Home Est to inquire about any homes for sale within the park would be a step to consider. Similarly, RV owners seeking a potentially peaceful long-term spot should inquire about RV site availability and terms, while also being mindful of the safety concerns raised about the surrounding area.
Conclusion:
Pacific Sunset Mobile Home Est in Anaheim, CA, presents a mixed profile based on the limited online reviews. While one perspective highlights a nice, quiet, and clean environment within the park, another raises significant concerns about the safety of the surrounding Beach Boulevard and suggests that the rent is too high for the overall quality of life. The helpfulness of at least one staff member is a positive note.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" or considering mobile home living in Anaheim, Pacific Sunset Mobile Home Est warrants careful consideration. The potential for a peaceful living environment within the park is appealing, but the serious safety issues reported about the neighborhood are a major drawback that cannot be overlooked. Prospective residents should contact the park directly at (714) 995-8889 or +1 714-995-8889 to inquire about current conditions, amenities, and pricing. Additionally, it would be prudent to personally assess the surrounding neighborhood to determine if the safety concerns raised by a resident align with their own comfort levels. A thorough evaluation of both the internal park environment and the external surroundings is crucial before making any decisions about residing at Pacific Sunset Mobile Home Est.

Uncle Joe was very friendly and helpful when we moved. Beach blvd is filled with prostitution and druggie crackheads so it’s not safe to walk down the street. It’s been like that before and after the pandemic. The rent is too high for the quality of life there.

Jul 31, 2023 · Cherie AllardPedro Leon was right. The place is nice, but the manager is unreasonably rude. She is unprofessional and does not deserve this job. I too was receive a notice to remove stuffs, 7 days notice to fix all. She could just talk with us in person, I feel like she is racist because my parents are not that good as english as we are immigrants. The behaviors of the manager Pedro Leon listed are also still happening. She has not change a bit! She is not in her office the hours she said she would be. And she seemed to take things personal, we had no idea why she just glare at us when we tried to say hi. I too want to talk to the corporation, I believe she is more than under qualify for the job.
Jul 06, 2017 · Nick IvannyReally nice place to live except for the fact that they have a horrible manager named Denise. By far the worst ever! We need to talk to the corporate or owners of this property because Shen has gone too far in her rudeness, she is so unprofessional. This lady gave us a notice to remove some trees we had in our front yard & it took us a while to make time to take it down but by the time we took them down it was too late because this lady had gone to her attorney's, by the way she threatened me to go to her attourney before she even went to them. We received a 7 day notice to fix all the problems at our home and we complied to most of them except to paint a border of our windows. She even inspected our house and told my husband that everything looked fine expect for the printed border of the window, so since she believed we didn't do anything she went to her attorney again so we got another letter so I went this morning to ask her when she was going to be in the office (which she's NEVER in her office) there's a sign at the front office saying the hours which she should be in there but she's not. So I asked her when she was going to be in her office and she said what time do I want to go and I told her my husband gets off at 4:30 & since the office is closed by that time she said to go to her house & I explained to her that my husband wants to speak to her about some things and she knew I was talking about the other paper we received so she that she sent something to her attourneys because she thought we didn't do anything we hadn't taken down a chili plant in the front lawn which was not started in the first paper which I told her that we did all the things in the first paper that she sent us and there was nothing about that in the paper and she said our front house was ugly and that we should have thought beyond to fix it up to her expectations, she then went on to yelling at me, which was all happening in the middle of the street, & she started to get upset and I told her not to yell at me because I wasn't disrespecting her so she shouldn't disrespect me & she started saying that she's dealing with children and that's when I got really upset and I told her to relax to respect me that we were all adults not children & then she got even more mad and she was like I don't even have to be talking to you your not the owner or the house and I told her yeah I know I'm not the owner but my father in law told me to speak to you in his behalf. She just wouldn't stop being rude & she just kept saying that she doesn't have to talk to me and she just drove off and left me talking by myself in the middle of the street which really upset me, that was just so rude to me and unprofessional that I got off my car and i asked her for the corporate # & she said why do I want it and I told her that I didn't believe it was okay the way she was talking to me the way she was or yelling at me and I told her that she needed to learn how to speak to people and well she denied to give me the corporate # & I just told her to leave it in our mail box. I then just said okay thank you have a great day and I walked away. I have heard a lot of horrible comments from other residents her but I never believed it until I had to deal With her today. I can't believe that your business has such a person like this working here, so unprofessional, rude, hard headed & stubborn working here.
Oct 26, 2016 · Pedro LeonThe manager (Denise Dickson) is racist and extremely rude, she has a HORRIBLE temper she should be reported to the owner of the mobile home park. The place is beautiful but heaving her as a manager it sucks.
