Colony Club Mobile Home Pk Introduce
For individuals seeking "RV parks near me" in the Fort Pierce, Florida area, Colony Club Mobile Home Pk, located at 2601 US-1, Fort Pierce, FL 34946, USA, is a location that may appear in search results. They can be contacted at (772) 882-1313 or their mobile number +1 772-882-1313.
However, it is critical to carefully consider the feedback provided in recent customer reviews before evaluating Colony Club Mobile Home Pk as a potential RV living option. These reviews raise significant concerns regarding the park's layout, infrastructure, and overall condition.
One reviewer, who states they do not live in the park but visit frequently due to friends residing there, highlights several issues. They note that "the trailers are just way too close together and laid out in no clear discernible fashion," suggesting a potentially cramped and disorganized environment. Furthermore, this reviewer describes the roads as "uneven and barely wide enough to drive on" and points out a significant parking problem, stating that "the homes have no parking so people park in the street." This on-street parking further restricts the already narrow roadways, leading to hazardous situations such as having to reverse onto US-1 due to lack of turning space within the park.
Another reviewer offers a far more critical assessment, labeling the park as "a complete dump!" They describe the visual state of the park in extreme terms, stating, "It looks like a bomb went off.. the trailers are falling apart and with good reason.. they are old and no one takes care of anything." This suggests a severe lack of maintenance and a deteriorating infrastructure. The reviewer goes on to recommend that the park "needs to be bulldozed into a pile and burned," expressing strong disapproval of the living conditions. They conclude by stating they could not imagine living in such a place, even in difficult circumstances, indicating a very low opinion of the park's habitability.
Based on these reviews, it is challenging to provide a positive description of the environment and features of Colony Club Mobile Home Pk for those searching for "RV parks near me." The feedback suggests significant drawbacks, including:
- A potentially crowded and poorly planned layout with trailers situated too closely together.
- Deteriorating and uneven roadways that are difficult to navigate due to narrowness and on-street parking.
- A lack of adequate parking for residents, leading to safety concerns and traffic congestion within the park.
- A general state of disrepair and lack of maintenance, with old and dilapidated trailers.
- An overall negative aesthetic impression, described as looking like a "bomb went off."
Given these substantial concerns, it is difficult to speculate on any positive services or features that Colony Club Mobile Home Pk might offer. Typically, mobile home and RV parks provide essential utility hookups (electricity, water, sewer), laundry facilities, and possibly communal areas or recreational amenities. However, the overwhelmingly negative reviews regarding the park's basic infrastructure and maintenance raise serious doubts about the quality and availability of any such services.
There is no information available regarding any promotional offers or unique features that might distinguish Colony Club Mobile Home Pk. The strong negative sentiment expressed in the reviews suggests that any potential benefits would likely be overshadowed by the significant issues raised.
The location of Colony Club Mobile Home Pk on US-1 in Fort Pierce, Florida, might offer certain locational advantages in terms of access to local amenities and attractions in the Fort Pierce area. However, the severely negative descriptions of the park's internal environment and infrastructure would likely outweigh any benefits derived from its geographical location for many potential residents or RV travelers.
In conclusion, while Colony Club Mobile Home Pk at 2601 US-1, Fort Pierce, FL, may appear as a potential option when searching for "RV parks near me," the available customer reviews paint a dire picture of the community. Allegations of a poorly planned layout, inadequate roadways and parking, and a general state of disrepair are significant red flags. Prospective residents or RV travelers are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and seek further, verifiable information before considering this location. The current information does not support recommending Colony Club Mobile Home Pk as a viable or desirable option for RV living or mobile home residency in Fort Pierce.

Colony Club Mobile Home Pk Reviews
Let me start this review by saying that i do not live here but me and my sister in law have friends here so we visit frequently. The trailers are just way to close together and laid out in no clear discernible fashion. The roads are uneven and barely wide enough to drive on because the homes have no parking so people park in the street. Most times we just have to reverse up the main road onto US1 and pray nobody turns in. There should definitely be a better way to manage that
Jul 16, 2021 · Nicole VotinoThis place is a complete dump!It looks like a bomb went off.. the trailers are falling apart and with good reason.. they are old and no one takes care of anything.. it needs to be bulldozed into a pile and burned. I don't see how anyone could live in such condition's. Even in hard times.. this would be the very last place on Earth that I would want to live in. I think more of myself. If you let yourself get to that level... Your not doing something right.
Dec 14, 2017 · Michael JonesWorst place I've ever lived. The management is incompetent. They promise to do bug spraying in the house every month but I've yet to see anyone do this (I have my own I spray since these places have some serious bug problems). If you want any maintenance work done, you do it yourself, or they will start a job and leave it unfinished for weeks while they fix a vacant trailer. There is little to no insulation in these places, and I'm sure there's mold problems in all of them (which it's in the lease you can't legally attack the owner about mold issues... How convenient). Be prepared to live in a sweltering hot house in the day, and for those cold days, there's no heat at all!I would recommend living ANYWHERE else rather than this place. Don't make the mistake I did.
Nov 18, 2014 · Renee GuzmanI disagree with what the others said. If I had a problem, they would come and fix it. One time we had a sewer back up and the maintence man and the manager stayed late to fix it. The manager took care of my dog because we had to go stay somewhere else for the night and couldn't bring him. They worked with me on my deposit and after the sewer incident they worked hard to get me in a better place. This community takes care of their neighbors and watched out for everyone. If I were to go back to Ft Pierce, I would go back and rent a place here.
Feb 17, 2017 · Kellie MeshurleThey need to really start doing there job around this Tralier park what do people pay lot rent for if nothing get done around here need new management or something it’s very sad... how they don’t care for no one they just want everyone’s money but can’t do what needs to be done around here
