Each unit has a 3 ft buffer that they can plant gardens, park fees cover water usage, trash pick up, landscaping and snow removal, 2inches and above beyond your 3 ft buffer zone. Plans for an outdoor games/ picnic area is in the works; cornhole, bocci, horse shoes! Pickleball courts less than 3 miles away, at the High school.
