Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Nashua, New Hampshire area, and considering the option of a mobile home park for a potentially quieter and more long-term living situation? Rodgers Mobile Homes Park, located at 843 W Hollis St, Nashua, NH 03062, USA, might be a community to consider. You can reach them by phone at (603) 882-3285 or their mobile number, +1 603-882-3285.
When evaluating a mobile home park, local users often seek information about the overall environment, the services and amenities provided, the features of the park, and the experiences of current residents. Based on the available reviews, we can gain some insights into these aspects of Rodgers Mobile Homes Park.
One long-term resident, who has been at the park since 1991 under previous owner Eric Rodgers and manager Peter, speaks positively about the consistent fair treatment received from the office personnel and maintenance staff. This reviewer notes that with the current manager, Ken, the park remains "well managed" and strives to keep prices under control. They highly recommend Rodgers-owned parks for those seeking a "quiet peaceful life." This testimonial suggests that Rodgers Mobile Homes Park has historically fostered a positive living environment with a focus on fair management and a peaceful atmosphere.
However, another more recent review presents a contrasting perspective, raising concerns about price increases relative to the amenities offered. This resident states that the "Price keeps going up with zero amenities," indicating a potential lack of facilities or services that would justify the increasing costs. The absence of specific amenities is a significant point to consider for prospective residents who value on-site conveniences or recreational opportunities.
Furthermore, this review highlights a significant issue with the customer service experience, specifically mentioning that "The man who answers the phone is very rude always" and recounts an instance where this rudeness caused distress ("Made me cry once - No people skills"). The reviewer strongly urges the owners to "hire a new receptionist asap!" This feedback suggests a potential problem with the initial point of contact for residents and prospective residents, which could impact the overall perception of the park's management and care for its community.
The same reviewer also alleges inconsistencies in how the park is managed, stating that "Some owners get passes that others dont." This implies a potential lack of uniform application of rules or benefits within the community, which could lead to feelings of unfairness among residents. Transparency and equitable treatment are important factors for a positive community environment.
Regarding the value for money, the reviewer expresses dissatisfaction, stating, "Not getting more bang for our buck - higher fees yearly." This echoes the concern about rising prices without a corresponding increase in amenities or services. Additionally, a change in trash collection service is mentioned as a negative development: "new trash people wont take anything outside of the one barrel, last company would take multiple barrels etc." This highlights a potential reduction in a basic service that could inconvenience residents.
It is worth noting a positive aspect mentioned in the more critical review: "worth noting that maintenance (about 3 men) have all been friendly to me!" This aligns with the positive feedback from the long-term resident regarding the maintenance staff, suggesting that this particular aspect of the park's service remains a strength.
Based on these reviews, Rodgers Mobile Homes Park appears to be a community with a history of stable and fair management, fostering a quiet and peaceful living environment, at least according to one long-term resident. However, more recent experiences indicate concerns about increasing prices without commensurate amenities, issues with the rudeness of the phone staff, potential inconsistencies in management practices, and a perceived decline in the quality of some basic services like trash collection.
To provide a more detailed introduction for local users considering Rodgers Mobile Homes Park, it would be beneficial to have information on the specific amenities offered (or lack thereof), the typical lot sizes and layouts, the community rules and regulations, the current pricing structure for lot rentals and any associated fees, and the management's response to the concerns raised in the recent review. Promotional information or any unique features of the park that might attract new residents are also currently unavailable.
Local users searching for "RV parks near me" who are open to the idea of mobile home living should weigh the positive feedback regarding the park's history of management and peaceful environment against the more recent concerns about rising costs, lack of amenities, and customer service issues. It is crucial for prospective residents to conduct their own due diligence by contacting the park directly to inquire about the current situation, the amenities available, the pricing structure, and the management's policies.
When contacting Rodgers Mobile Homes Park, local users should consider asking specific questions related to the concerns raised in the reviews, such as:
- What are the current lot rental rates and what amenities are included?
- Are there any plans to add or improve amenities in the future?
- What is the park's policy on rent increases?
- Who handles phone inquiries and what steps are being taken to ensure courteous customer service?
- What are the rules and regulations regarding fairness and equal treatment of all residents?
- What are the current trash collection policies and are there any limitations on the amount of trash that can be disposed of?
- What other services and facilities are available within the park?
- What are the typical lot sizes and are there different pricing tiers based on lot size or location?
- What is the pet policy?
- What are the requirements for becoming a resident?
Visiting Rodgers Mobile Homes Park in person would also be a valuable step for potential residents to assess the environment and speak with current residents if possible (respecting their privacy). Observing the overall upkeep of the park and the interactions within the community can provide a more comprehensive understanding of what it might be like to live there.
In conclusion, Rodgers Mobile Homes Park in Nashua, NH, has a history of positive management and a reputation for a quiet living environment. However, recent feedback indicates potential challenges related to increasing costs without added amenities and concerns about customer service. Local users exploring "RV parks near me" who are considering a mobile home community should carefully weigh these factors and conduct thorough personal inquiries to determine if Rodgers Mobile Homes Park aligns with their needs and expectations for long-term living.

Rodgers Mobile Homes Park Reviews
Been her since 1991 When Eric Rodgers was owner and Peter was manager. The office people and maintenance staff always treated us fairly. And now with Ken manager it remains the same well managed Mobile home park that does their best to keep prices under control. I highly recommend these Rodgers owned parks for a quiet peaceful life

Oct 30, 2024 · Baros Gruulmoved her 3 years ago. Rent started at $440. 3 years later now $510! wtf. They don't have a website, no one ever answers the phone besides their answering service. Can't pay rent online, checks only. Ridiculous!
Oct 23, 2024 · Tami DaweI have lived here for 6 years. First time living in a mobile home so I can't compare this park against any others. Pros - roads are plowed during the winter for the most part and the park is quiet. Cons - water is shut off quite frequently and they never notify residents. The park I'm in is fairly near the dump so you can smell that. This isn't Rodger's fault and I didn't notice it when I was viewing the property. Lots of rules for the park and their maintenance person drives around daily.
