Minor Mobile Home Park Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Carrollton, Ohio area? Minor Mobile Home Park, located at 160 12th St NW, Carrollton, OH 44615, is a mobile home park that may offer possibilities for long-term RV living alongside its permanent residents. You can reach them at (330) 627-4422 or +1 330-627-4422 for inquiries about availability and regulations concerning RV stays.
The customer reviews available for Minor Mobile Home Park present a complex and somewhat conflicting picture. One of the reviews is a direct response from what appears to be the owner or someone closely associated with the park. This individual claims that many of the negative reviews online are not from actual residents but rather from "internet trolls" who are targeting them, their ministry, and their non-profit organization. The reviewer dismisses these negative comments as "false stories" written for amusement and urges these individuals to stop, referencing a biblical verse (Matthew 7:12) about treating others as you would like to be treated.
This response from the park representative is important to note as it directly addresses the credibility of some of the negative feedback. It suggests that potential residents should be cautious about relying solely on online reviews, as there may be external factors influencing the negative commentary. However, it's also crucial to consider that this is one side of the story, and the claims of harassment and false stories would need independent verification.
In contrast to the owner's perspective, another review provides a firsthand account from someone claiming their grandfather lives in the park. This reviewer expresses significant concerns about the park's management and their responsiveness to maintenance issues. They allege that the owner is a "big bully" and has refused to fix their grandfather's trailer, despite it being on park property. The reviewer argues that the responsibility for repairs to structures on park-owned land should fall to the park management.
Furthermore, this review includes a strong condemnation of what they perceive as the owner's inaction and lack of compassion, referencing a biblical passage (2 Timothy 3) about hard-hearted people. The reviewer directly addresses "MINERS MOBIL HOME PRAK" (likely a misspelling of Minor Mobile Home Park), urging them to "STOP BEING LAZEY AND SITING AROUND NOT HELPING GRAMPA!" This impassioned plea suggests a genuine and serious concern about the living conditions and treatment of at least one resident within the park.
Considering these two very different accounts, it is challenging to form a definitive objective assessment of Minor Mobile Home Park based solely on this limited information. The owner's response suggests a belief that negative feedback is unwarranted and stems from malicious intent, while the other review paints a picture of neglectful management and mistreatment of residents.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" and considering Minor Mobile Home Park for a long-term stay, this situation presents a significant need for careful investigation. While the park is listed and may offer spaces suitable for RVs for extended periods, the conflicting reviews highlight potential issues that could impact the living experience.
Given the lack of specific information about RV amenities or policies, it is essential for potential RV residents to contact the park directly to inquire about:
- Availability of RV lots: Determine if the park has designated spaces or allows RVs for long-term stays. Inquire about lot sizes and any restrictions.
- Utility hookups for RVs: Ask about the availability and cost of water, sewer, and electricity connections for RVs.
- Lease terms for RV residents: Understand the duration of leases offered to RV owners and any specific terms and conditions.
- Park rules and regulations regarding RVs: Clarify any rules related to the type and age of RVs allowed, parking, and any specific requirements for long-term RV residents.
- Amenities offered to residents: Inquire about any shared facilities or amenities available to all residents, such as laundry facilities, restrooms, or community areas.
- Maintenance responsibilities: Understand what maintenance is provided by the park for the lots and common areas, and what responsibilities fall to the residents.
Beyond these standard inquiries, the conflicting reviews necessitate a more in-depth approach. If you are seriously considering Minor Mobile Home Park, it would be highly advisable to:
- Visit the park in person: Schedule a visit to observe the overall condition of the park, including the grounds, infrastructure, and any available RV lots.
- Attempt to speak with current residents: If possible, try to have informal conversations with residents to get their unbiased perspectives on the management, maintenance, and community environment. Be mindful that some residents might be hesitant to speak openly.
- Consider the context of the reviews: While the owner claims the negative reviews are from trolls, the specific grievance raised by the other reviewer regarding a grandfather's living situation warrants careful consideration. Try to discern if there are broader patterns of complaints or if the issues seem isolated.
In conclusion, Minor Mobile Home Park in Carrollton, Ohio, presents a complex scenario for potential long-term RV residents. While it is listed as a mobile home park and may offer RV accommodations, the available online reviews offer starkly contrasting viewpoints. The owner suggests that negative feedback is unfounded and malicious, while another reviewer alleges significant issues with management and resident care. For local users searching for "RV parks near me," thorough due diligence, including direct contact with the park, a site visit, and attempts to gather firsthand accounts from residents, is crucial before making any decisions about staying at Minor Mobile Home Park for an extended period.

Minor Mobile Home Park Reviews
Many of the reviews are not from anyone who ever really lived in the mobile home park. They are from internet trolls that hate me, my ministry, and non-profit organization. These trolls have nothing else better to do with their time, but to harass me even by writing false stories on the internet because they think it is all about fun and games. Why don't you just stop before what comes around goes around. In other words from God's Holy Word: Matthew 7:12 "Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets".
Jul 02, 2019 · CAER Security Radio PatrolMy grampa lives hear. He says that the owner is a big bully and wont fix his trailer. Its on there property, so they shuld fix it. 2 Timothy 3 says hard harted poeple will not go to Hevean. WAKE UP MINERS MOBIL HOME PRAK!!! SOTP BEING LAZEY AND SITING AROUND NOT HELPING GRAMPA!
Jul 27, 2019 · CAER President Bobert L. McKim IIIThere's been a heap of red biohazard disposal bags next to one of the lots for a couple months now. I have no idea how dangerous the contents are, but the whole surrounding area stinks, especially near that one trailer, and management hasn't done anything about it.
Jun 30, 2019 · Mitch M. RolonnThis place would be great if it wasn’t for the village idiot ambling about ranting and raving. He’s always pretending to video the weather but always points the camera at my trailers windows. Not to mention who knows what
