Navy Earle MWR RV Park Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in a serene and well-maintained setting? Look no further than Navy Earle MWR RV Park, situated in the charming town of Colts Neck, New Jersey. While the name suggests a military connection (MWR stands for Morale, Welfare, and Recreation), this RV park may also be accessible to the general public, though priority and access rules might apply. It's advisable to inquire directly about eligibility.
Based on initial feedback from fellow travelers, Navy Earle MWR RV Park offers a pleasant and comfortable camping experience. One reviewer mentioned enjoying their stay, noting that despite being a "really small park," there is ample "room to navigate around the pads." This suggests that while the park might be intimate in scale, it is designed with practicality and ease of movement in mind, ensuring a stress-free setup and departure for RVers.
A significant highlight of this RV park, as enthusiastically reported by a visitor, is the presence of "nice concrete pads and patios." These concrete features are highly desirable for RV enthusiasts as they provide a stable, level, and clean surface for parking and outdoor living. Unlike gravel or grass pads, concrete minimizes dust and mud, contributing to a more enjoyable and low-maintenance camping experience. The inclusion of patios further enhances the usability of each site, offering a dedicated space for outdoor furniture, grilling, and relaxation.
The park's name, seemingly unofficially, is "Deer Run," and it truly lives up to this moniker. The same reviewer excitedly shared that "Deer are everywhere," indicating that the park is situated in an environment where wildlife is abundant and frequently sighted. This natural setting offers a unique appeal for nature lovers and those seeking a tranquil escape. Imagine enjoying your morning coffee or evening relaxation with the peaceful presence of deer nearby – a truly special aspect that distinguishes Navy Earle MWR RV Park from more urban or heavily developed "RV parks near me."

Navy Earle MWR RV Park Reviews
Enjoying my stay so far. It’s a really small park but there’s room to navigate around the pads
Jul 05, 2024 · Adrian RendonNice concrete pads and patios. Truly lives up to the name deer run. Deer are everywhere. I'll be back.
Jun 24, 2021 · Jim MendicinoWow this small out of the way base has wide spacious concrete sites, we were so surprised and happy. We stayed two days on our way up the east coast. It was a great break for us and they have an amazing Delicious Orchards grocery store that is huge and carries everything. Unfortunately we went on a Saturday and it was so busy you couldn't hardly walk through it. If you are traveling up the east coast and want a nice place to stay on your way, this is it!!!
Nov 08, 2018 · jill caddellOne of the best RV parks we have been to. This is our third time staying here over a period of five years. It is a military (retired and active duty) only park on Earle Naval Weapons Station in Colts Neck, NJ. There are 15 RV sites with concrete pads, electric, water and sewer hookup. The rate is $25/night. Worth every penny! Like living in a peaceful park with deer everywhere. Very nice.
Jul 03, 2021 · James FortMilitary campground. Small but nice concrete pads. It has water, electricity and and sewer. Pets welcomed. Personal were very pleasant and helpful. We were there 2 weeks for peace and quite as we travelled up the east coast.
